Preliminary Assessment for Effect of Dried-bonito Broth Ingestion on Physical and Mental Fatigue in Humans
Get PDFP(論文)In many previous reports, it has been suggested the daily ingestion of dried-bonito broth (DBB) might improve various symptoms related to fatigue. To (re)confirm these effects of DBB, 24 healthy young female subjects ingested DBB for 40 or 42 days. Measurement of fatigue score on the profile of mood states (POMS) questionnaire, critical flicker-fusion frequency (CFF) and physical fitness using bicycle ergometer were performed before and after the ingestion periods. The urinary amount of 8-hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine (8-OH-dG) and creatinine were also measured before and after exercise stress using bicycle ergometer. Although the analysis for fatigue score on the available POMS data didn’t significantly decreased, 7 subjects with high fatigue score (more than 20 points) before the ingestion periods revealed the significant improvement of the score. Also significant increase of CFF showed the recovery from the mental fatigue by DBB ingestion. On the other hand, since the results for measurement of physical fitness and urinary 8-OH-dG level corrected with creatinine amount didn’t change significantly, we couldn’t observe the anti-fatigue effect against physical fatigue in this study. All things considered, our results suggested that the daily ingestion of DBB might show the tendency for the improvement against at least some type of fatigue.departmental bulletin pape
Effects of Polyphenolics on Sweetpotato β-Amylase Activity
Get PDFP(論文)b-Amylase [EC 3.2.1.1] is an important enzyme for the industrial production of maltose as sweetener and as protective of starch degradation in food processing. Effects of polyphenolics, anthocyanin dyes and caffeic aid-derivatives prepared from sweetpotato on sweetpotato b-amylase were investigated for its industrial utilization. Crude extract of anthocyanin dyes did not inhibit b-amylase activity at a concentration of 2.0 mg/ml reaction mixture. In caffeoyl acid-derivatives, 3,4-dicaffeoyl-quinic acid had no inhibitory effect at a concentration of 2.0 mg/ml. Caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, and 3,5-dicaffeoyl-quinic acid showed the inhibitory activity of about 20% against b-amylase at the same concentration.departmental bulletin pape
Eduard Spranger und Berufsbildung.
Get PDFBekanntlich gehrt Eduard SPRANGER（1882-1963） zu den Klassiker der Berufsbildung, die vor 1890 ungeschtzt blieb, weil der Gedanke, da Bildung immer die allgemeine Bildung sein mu, als heiliger Grundsatz galt. Erst nach Bemhungen KERSCHENSTEINERs um die Einfhrung des Handwerkliches in die Fortbildungsschule wurde der Erziehungskraft des Berufs allmhlich anerkannt. Die Berufsbildungskonzeption SPRANGERs war die Theoretisierung des durch KERSCHENSTEINER gebten und zu der erfolgreiche Leistung gebrachten Reformfalls. Was SPRANGER in Fortbildungssculreform sah, das war in erster Linie die realistische Wende in der Bildung. Fr ihn gab es nicht Widerspruch zwischen Allgemeinbildung und Berufsbildung, vielmehr waren beide die mitgehrige Momente der Erziehung. Deswegen schaltete er beide durch das von ihn vorschlagten Dreistufenmodell um: die in der Volksschule unterrichtete Bildung ist nicht Allgemeinbildung, sondern die grundlegende Bildung, sodann die Berufsbildung, und zwar formale Berufsbildung, die ein Beruf auf ein gewissen Berufstyp bringt, letzlich wird diese zu die Pforte der formalen Allgemeinbildung. Und anwendet er dieses Modell auf Erziehungsziel, Erziehungsinhalt und Erziehungsmethode in zweiter Stufe. Die Aufgabe der Berufsbildung zielte darauf, die praktisch arbeitende Jugend zwischen Schulentlassung und Militreinstellung vor der um sich greifenden Verwahrlosung und der Sozialdemokratisierung durch nationale und politische Erziehung zu bewahren und zu das gemeinschaftsbildende Berufsethos zu erwachen. Dabei hielt SPRANGER das Handwerk fr bedeutsam. In diesem Sinne korrigiert er die alte neuhumanistische Allgemeinbildung und veredelt zugleich die Berufsbildung. Wir mssen nun aber die Schwierigkeiten der Berufsbildung SPRANGERs andeuten. Das in Berufsschule eingefhrte Handwerk, das damals auf verfallendem Wege war, ist idyllisch und romantisch oder reaktionr und konservativ. Er konnte nicht den Verlauf damaliges wirtschaftlichen Strukturwandels wie der expandierenden Industrialisierung und Verstdterung exakt beobachten. Vielleicht war seine Absicht in der Rettung des Handwerkers, richtiger zu sagen, in dem Schutz des Mittelstandes, zu dem er gehrte. Vocational Consciousness and Decision-Making Support : A Study on Utilization of VRT Cards
Get PDF本研究は， 学生のキャリアに関する意思決定を支援する方法ついて述べたものである． 研究方法として， 就職活動を控えた一般企業を進路先とする本学教養学科学生に， 夏休み明けの段階でどのような意識で， 就職を考えているかアンケート調査を行い， その不安材料・ニーズに対しキャリア支援を行い， その効果を確認する手法である． アンケート結果では， 約６割がまだ進路が不明確であり， 大まかに進路を決めている学生も含めて全体の９割が自分の就職に不安を感じている結果が出ている． 学生の就職に対する不安材料 「希望業種・職種が不明確」 および企業選択で重視する条件 「仕事の質・量が自分にあっているか」 であり， この二つは， いずれも職業選択の自分とのマッチングということに集約できる． 「VRT カード」 を使った職業レディネス・テストを試行として希望学生に実施したが， 課題への対抗策として有効なツールの一つであることが， 今回の受検者に関して認められた．departmental bulletin pape
