Enhancement of Serum Adiponectin Level by Ingestion of Dried-bonito Broth in Humans
Get PDFIn our previous report, it was suggested the daily ingestion of dried-bonito broth might increase the blood adiponectin level. To revalidate this observation, 54 healthy Ibusuki citizen subjects ingested dried-bonito broth for 62 days twice after an interval for 64 days. Measurement of body composition and blood biochemical parameters were performed before and after each ingestion period. The serum adiponectin level after the each ingestion period were significantly higher than that before the ingestion. This study may clarify that the reproducibility of enhanced basal metabolism and prevention against lifestyle-related diseases by the daily ingestion of dried-bonito broth.departmental bulletin pape

Early Childhood Care and Education Student's Understanding of Children's Advocacy : Based on a Questionnaire Survey for Students Who Had Practical Training at Child Nursing Homes
Get PDF児童養護施設において施設実習を行った保育学生を対象としてアンケート調査を行い， 実習を通して児童の最善の利益の尊重や児童の権利擁護についてどのような学びを得たのか， またどのような方法で理解を深めることができたのか状況の把握を試みた． 調査結果として， 被措置児童への虐待防止の重要性や， 児童の最善の利益や権利擁護の重要性については多くの学生が理解を深めることができていたものの， 権利擁護を保障するための具体的な取り組みに関しては多くの学生が十分に理解を深めることができていない状況が明らかになった． 学生が施設実習においてよりこれらについて深く学ぶための養成校の課題として， ①児童の最善の利益の尊重及び児童の権利擁護を基盤として位置付けた実習プログラムの再構築， ②施設の実習担当者に対するより明確で具体的な実習目的や内容の提示及び学習方法の提案， ③学生に対する主体的な学びの姿勢及び学習方法に関する指導の徹底， ④養成校と施設との協働による施設実習の実施があげられる．departmental bulletin pape
