Family supports and maternal factors of complementary feeding self-efficacy for children aged 6-24 months
Maternal self-efficacy in parenting is often associated with complementary feeding practices. Maternal and external factors influence the level of maternal self-efficacies. This study aimed to measure the relationship between family supports and maternal factors with complementary feeding self-efficacy for children aged 6-24 months. The survey research has a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were 74 mothers who were selected using simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out in the work area of Kalirungkut Public Health Centers for one month. Family support variables, maternal factors, and maternal self-efficacy were collected using a questionnaire, and then the data on each variable was processed by editing data, coding, and tabulating. The data analysis with Chi-square test and logistic regression on 95% CI. The results of this study were that age (p=0,872), parity (p=0,660), knowledge (p=0,252), informational (p=0,135), and instrumental support (p=1,000) were not related to maternal self-efficacy. There was a significant relationship between education (p=0,040), emotional (p=0,027), and appraisal support (p=0,020) with maternal self-efficacy. Appraisal support is the dominant factor affecting children's complementary feeding self-efficacy (p<0,05; OR=3,711). The conclusion is that education, emotional support, and appraisal support are significantly related, and appraisal support affects complementary feeding self-efficacy
Effect of nutrition education using the podcast method on adolescent girls' knowledge and attitudes on anemia in Central Jakarta
Anemia is one of the nutritional problems in Indonesia and is the higher number in female adolescents. Anemia was caused by low nutrition intake, high intake of inhibitors, and low adherence to an iron tablet. Therefore, there should be new education methods to increase knowledge and attitudes toward anemia prevention during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of education with audio podcast media about anemia on knowledge and attitudes. We conducted a quasi-experimental with a control group design on 68 female adolescents in 4 State Senior High School, Central Jakarta. We divided subjects into two groups, the podcast group as an intervention group and the flyer group as a control group. The intervention was conducted in four phases over two weeks period. Pretests and posttests were collected using an online questionnaire shared through a messaging platform. Posttests were conducted twice, after the intervention and two weeks after the intervention. We analyzed data using Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney test with α= 0,05. The results showed there was an increase in knowledge (p= 0,000) and attitude (p= 0,036) scores in the audio podcast group, but for the flyer group, the significant increase was only in knowledge scores (p= 0,000). However, there was no difference increase in both methods (p>0,05). The podcast was significantly more effective in increasing knowledge (p= 0,007) than flyers, but not for attitudes (p= 0,389). Podcasts could be an alternative education method for adolescents. It shows effectiveness in increasing knowledge but not in attitudes, which needs more study.

Pengaruh terhadap lama perendaman buah rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) melalui uji kadar vitamin C secara spektrofotometri UV-VIS
Background: rosella fruit is a fruit that has a high enough vitamin C content. Vitamin C is needed for collagen production and helps the body's metabolic processes. Vitamin C dissolves easily in water and is easily damaged, so care must be taken to get a high enough content. Vitamin C levels are essential to measure, one of which is by using the UV-VIS spectrophotometry method. This study aims to determine differences in vitamin C levels through the length of soaking rosella fruit, commonly used among the public as an alternative to herbal medicine. Objectives: to determine differences in levels of vitamin C in rosella fruit samples through soaking time as is often done among people who drink rosella fruit boiled water as an alternative to herbal medicine. Methods: the design of this research is experimental research, namely to determine the level of vitamin C in rosella fruit soaking through soaking time (10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes). Tests were carried out using UV-VIS Genesis spectrophotometry. Results: the study found that the levels of vitamin C found in rosella fruit soaking for 10 minutes was 117.9 mg/50 g, soaking for 20 minutes was 74.778 mg/50 g, and soaking for 30 minutes was 69.621 mg/50 g.Conclusion: this shows that the level of vitamin C content is higher in 10 minutes of immersion compared to 20 and 30 minutes of immersion. Rosella fruit has the potential as a source of vitamin C, therefore, it is recommended to pay attention to the long soaking time of rosella fruit because the longer the soaking time of rosella fruit, the less vitamin C content in the fruit will b
