It provides equal employment opportunity for all Bangladeshi citizens. It is the policy of the organization to attract, retain and motivate qualified and skilled employees within the organization. Bay Rose stands to give the most delicious, healthy and affordable food services in Narayanganj, amongst other restaurants. Although there is some limitation, Bay Rose HR trying their best to input right people at right time and in right place. The bank which has been focused on investigating this topic is government owned Agrani Bank Limited (AB). Agrani Bank Limited was a nationalized commercial bank in 1972 after the independence of Bangladesh. It started functioning as a going concern basis through a Vendors Agreement signed between the ministry of finance and Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh on behalf of the former Agrani Bank. There are three areas of Agrani Bank Ltd. (Mohakhali Corporate Branch). They are- General Banking, Foreign exchange and loan &Advance section. The General Banking section deals with- collecting cash, clearing check, account opening, NFT, BEFTN, RTGS, security and bank Pay Order. Foreign exchange section deals with import and export cash payments. Lastly, loan & advance section deals with Staff loan, Cash Credit and Project loan. Agrani Bank has implemented the Real Time Gross Settlement system as a part of their financial transaction process after Bangladesh Bank introduced it in 2015. This report investigates the full impact of this integration in the bank in question. The findings from the report show that, RTGS system has been significantly impactful for the bank and gave their clients a very useful option of conducting their day to day one off important transaction instantly. It has been a better upgrade from its previously used system as the new system adds a lot of benefit for both the bank and their clients. However, the system still faces some challenges from technical issues and lacks skilled operators who can solve them. My internship journey had started on the 27th December 2018 and I am fortunate to say that because of my performance and past experience, I was hired as a permanent employee and my designation is Junior Executive in Digital Services department. Therefore, I am being treated as a full-time employee at my workplace which helped me to observe the workplace culture closely and gave me a clear idea on how the digital agencies can shape a marketing strategy for the clients. The internship report starts with a brief introduction of my workplace, i.e. Pink Creative Limited and the services that the marketing agency offers. Next, the significance of the report is discussed here. Moreover, the wonders that a marketing agency does and how the social media tools functions are then thoroughly been mentioned. To make a better understanding, I have tried to relate the topic with the brand that I have been working with, “Symphony Mobile” and discussed how this brand has been communicating with the customers with the help of Facebook digital analytics and tools. Since I have been working in the digital services department, here I mainly focused on Facebook, because Facebook controls a major and important part of Symphony Mobile’s digital platform. Thus, some of the recent tools of Facebook and how this analytics works has been discussed in the later part of the report. The goal of this report was to find out the results that employees are happy or unhappy about their jobs because with an increase number of workers eager to find a work life and family life balance so organization should find out the ways to keep their employees happy. This report is based on the level of job satisfaction of the employees of BASIC Bank Limited, Khulna branch. Job Satisfaction depends on Career development opportunities, feedback from supervisors and flexibility between work and home etc. Printed questionnaires were distributed among 15 employees and I used the MS Excel to find out the result that is employees are satisfied with their work or not. During this internship program I learned about core components that trigger the job satisfaction of the workers in BASIC bank Ltd. First part of the body contains the overview of Top One Trading having company profile, historical background, product range and much more. In my internship period I have worked as an intern in the payroll and secretarial department of GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Limited. As an intern I have seen closely how the department runs. In this report I have talked about the entire payroll procedure of the company as well as the secretarial procedure of the company as well. In this report I illustrated what payroll and secretarial is, I also pointed out the tasks of payroll department like how it gives the salaries to the employees, how it process the advance payments, how they do the final settlements and other settlements. I also talked about the GVR process of GlaxoSmithKline Limited which is done by this department and also summarized the pension process of the company. Furthermore, I illustrated different functions of Secretarial department how they do all the legal woks and also preserve the documents, arrange EGMs and AGMs. The report also talks about the current software used by GSK Bangladesh which is SAP and the old software used of payment process JVR as well. The report also contains a brief idea about the satisfaction level of the employees working in GSK Bangladesh about the current payment process where I took interview of hundred GSK Bangladesh employees working in the corporate office and asked them few questions about the current payment process of the company, I took their reviews and made a summary with graphs attached for every questions and attached in the report. So, the report contains a picture of the satisfaction level of the employees working in GSK Bangladesh about current payment system. I also illustrated my jobs as an intern in this report.
