While the cure for this cancer is now available in almost all first world and some of the third world nations,the main dilemma takes place when the cancer can not be correctly identified at the very initial stages. Machine Learning,in this field has proved to play a vital role in predicting diseases such as cancers alike.Classification and data mining methods so far have been reliant and an effective way to classify data.Especially in medical field,these methods have been used to predict and to make decisions.In this paper,we have successfully used six classification techniques in the form of Decision Tree, K-Neighbors, Linear Discriminant Analysis(LDA), Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine(SVM)on the Wiscons in Breast Cancer(original)data sets,both before and after applying Principal Component Analysis.The main objective is to assess the correctness in classifying data with respect to efficiency and effectiveness of each algorithm in terms of accuracy,precision,recall,specificity and F1 Score. Experimental results have shown that Logistic Regression(recal score=1.000)and Support Vector Analysis(recall score =1.000)with PCA performs better when it comes to Breast Cancer Prediction for his data set. The Unilever Bangladesh Limited is consumer goods company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and founded in 1964, engaged in the manufacture and distribution of home care products, personal care products, and foods. There are 3 Major Categories, 3CS which are Home-care like vim, surf-excel etc, Personal-care like Dove, Fair & lovely, life-buoy, Lux etc & food and water purifier like Pure-it, Taaza, Knorr. Under these 3Cs, there are 22 different categories. My topic entails a new entity of Unilever, 1SF, 1 Sales Force, which is a digital app mainly focused for S/SOs (Senior Sales Executives/ Sales Executives) and FSEs (Field Sales Executives) who can have all the options in that single app. From attendance to leave or target to be met, everything will be notified in the app. By taking the topic, I wanted to know more about the new customized app and develop it by implementing new attributes and tackle glitches as the app is in its incubation period. The main problems rise due to inexperienced users and a totally new app that still is yet to be made smooth 100%. plus, not every operating system supports the app as per designs and planned. Many tabs are old and got obsolete and other problems are there in the sideways too. This report is solely based on first-hand information and data provided by managers of Ares/Territories and 3P Recruiters (3rd party recruiters). All the information is being taken and included from the last quarter and everything is up to date. There are rectifications and amendments made on the course of developing the app in its incubation period and a lot of points and opinions are there as add-ons but I have kept the report very neutral keeping every party associated with the app in mind. The research done by (R.K.Pradha, Kesari Jena, 2016) was conducted on random employees both in the headquarter and the field. The initial analysis of content validity ratio (CVR) of the instrument had resulted in 38 items having CVR value of 0.49 and above with 75 percent acceptability from expert analysis. My report has a tremendous amount of data information regarding every employee who are out in the field, not in the Headquarter. All the names, numbers and other information along "Developing 1SF (1 Sales Force) app for Unilever's Field Employees to manage HR Life-cycle in a single digital platform". with designation were handled and assessed for performance evaluation which is a core feature of the app 1SF. The data collection system is mainly secondary as all the data were previously entered and structured in the database. However, new data keep coming every day which we need to extract out from the market from area coordinators and managers. So that is my primary source of information collection. E-school is another project of mine that has been assigned by Unilever under Customer Development Department. Unilever always values its employees and ensures the best for all of them to succeed in life. Along with the need and availability with every passing day, Unilever is not only prioritizing its managers but all the field workers as well so that they get the opportunity to grow their potentials. With the passing time and in this digitalized era, essential things are just available within the grasp of hand. Along with the study, my team has come through many hurdles and hiccups. We have to acknowledge that our main project is in incubation period and will be easily usable at the end of the year for all. In my report I could cover certain aspects of the 1SF app and E-school but not all as the project will still be ongoing after you read the report. I have recommended, adaption is important than implementation. Extensive trainings should be given to each and every DFFs possible and give them some time to adapt. During that time, they should be strictly monitored so that they are well adapted to the whole scenario. The face recognition process has to be tailored keeping the DFFs in mind. Not all the DFFs own phones with high resolution front camera. As a result, the face recognition might not identify the face and the DFF has to login manually. So, the accuracy level of face recognition should be lower up so that almost everyone can log-in without any hurdle. I feel that all the database should be flexible and have to be updated every month as many employees get swapped. It is because many field workers leave and enter the workforce on almost daily basis. There are alternative ways to make the interface easier as it had different portals and new amendments meant for the comfort of the DFFs. Many aspects and entities like leave icon and process are altered to make life easier. In recent times, students have been observed to indulge in compulsive use of Internet which has a relation to the massive upsurge of depressed individuals among the youth. Hence, the main and foremost objective of this research is to find correlation among the leading disorders which are Internet addiction, depression, self-esteem and introversion which can diminish these predicaments. In order to serve this purpose, 461 undergraduate students have been selected arbitrarily from several institutions of Bangladesh and were solicited to complete a standard questionnaire which was prepared based on the self-reported measures concerning the disorders mentioned before. The correlational survey design which was employed through social media contains Internet Addiction Test by Dr. Kimberly Young, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale by M. Rosenberg, PROMIS Emotional Distress-Depression short scale and Introversion scale by McCroskey. In pursuit of extracting desired results from the survey as well as to check accuracy, numerous methods have been utilized. Cronbach alpha provided the proof that the data retrieved from the survey is consistent. Subsequently, Chi-square test and ANOVA procured that positive correlations exists among internet addiction, depression, self-esteem and introversion. To corroborate this newly established correlation, multifarious machine learning techniques have been adopted and experimented. These experiments revealed that Internet addiction can predict self-esteem, depression can predict self-esteem and depression can predict introversion. After applying these methods, we came to the conclusion that there exists correlation among the psychological syndromes mentioned above and that this correlation can be exploited and manoeuvred to a positive outcome whose aim will be to reduce the severity of these disorders.Nadia RubaiyatAnika IslamLamiah IsratLamiya KabirB. The lack of proper technique, substance and machine keep us from the optimal production value. Being a developing country, the use of modern machinery in this sector is very low. Farmers of our country still use traditional tools like a hoe, sickle, fork etc. This is a huge wastage of time and capital. The reason behind the absence of modern machinery in our farming sector is the shortage of capital. Being poor the farmers can hardly support their family let alone spend tens of lakhs behind high tech machinery. With is in mind, we are proposing to build a single piece of a machine which will not only cut the paddy but also extract and store the rice in real time on the field with zero wastage of the crops and time. The present day GlaxoSmithKline is the result of mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliance forged over the years. Therefore GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh at present is an amalgamation of different companies each with unique trading method and industry value. GlaxoSmithKline started through their journey in Bangladesh as an importer of its own products in Chittagong. Currently GlaxoSmithKline has stopped their pharmaceutical operations in Bangladesh thus only consumer goods are in production. The consumer goods sector mainly focuses on the development, manufacturing and commercialization of consumer health good related products. From annual report of 2017 of GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Limited stated in the report that cost of sales across the businesses has increased significantly to support high standards of raw and packaging materials, as well as increased manufacturing expenses from past investments in up gradation of facilities. Operating expenses were maintained below inflationary rates through rationalization of discretionary expenses. Overall, profit after tax increased by 3.8% and stood at Taka 669 million. Correspondingly, EPS (Earnings per Share) increased from Tk 53.51 to Tk 55.56 for the reported year. Due to significance of Horlicks impact on GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Limitedthis report chose Horlicks as the main subject for the evaluation.     Studying vibrio spp. in industrially polluted surface waters : difficulties and uncertainities during characterization

Being the capital of Bangladesh Dhaka city faces multiple pollution problems due to rapid urbanization leading to unplanned industrialization. This often results in the contamination of water bodies with bacteria pathogenic to humans. This eventually increases the risk of humans getting infected during accidental ingestion or contact. The purpose of the study was to detect the presence of Vibrio spp. in water bodies contaminated with industrial pollutants. For this purpose Gulshan Lake and Buriganga River, the two prominent water bodies of our country were chosen for sampling. A total of 80 samples were collected aseptically. In total, 70 samples were from Gulshan Lake and 20 samples were from Buriganga River within duration of three months. Then, they were processed for isolation of culturable Vibrio spp. using culture-based method. Of these water samples, 67% were found positive for Vibrio spp. and the rest were found to be non-Vibrio.Biochemical tests were then performed to confirm DNA extraction in boiling method was performed before the Genus specific PCR targeting the rpoA gene for further confirmation. Then helomysis test was performed where 86% isolates gave beta hemolysis and 14% isolates gave gamma hemolysis. Anbibiotic susceptibility and resistant test was done against ten antibiotics where Nalidixic acid (30μg) showed highest(86%) resistance and Tetracycline (30μg) showed lowest (14%) resistance. This study reveals that both Gulshan Lake and Buriganga river are contaminated with Vibrio spp. and can be highly virulent that may lead to serious health hazard in near future.Sadia AlamB. As face recognition of different people is already established and become very common in almost everywhere, emotion recognition from these faces can be a new feature in the existing processes. On the other hand, image processing is the new emerging field in Computer Science. There are already several well renowned researches on facial expression recognition using image processing. In our research, we have recognized the emotions of children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Most autistic children show symptoms of withdrawal from social interactions and a lack of emotional empathy towards others. Individuals with autism exhibit difficulties in various aspects of facial perception, such as facial identity recognition or recognition of facial expressions. Our goal is to find a way that can understand their emotions accurately so that further improvement based on our research in this field can find a pattern of their expressions for different emotions and can make it easy for them as well as for the people surrounded by them to interact with each other. For our research, we have used seven Machine Learning algorithms along with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) through the datasets of different expression of ASD children and compared the accuracy to find out the algorithm/s that identifies their expression most perfectly. We also demonstrated two feature extraction techniques that are PCA and LBP to improve the accuracy of the algorithms. Our approach shows some mentionable output.
