Whilst, digital platform ranges from Ecommerce sector to mobile banking to the society’s door of health, education, and government level each and to each and every sectors which connect people for convenience. According to a report of ‘State of the Industry Report, 2018’, the growth in Ecommerce transaction facilitated by mobile money is 79% and the rise of global mobile penetration from 2013 to 2017 is 29% to 43%. These information clearly shows the attractiveness of the digital platform globally. By the same token, digital platform transaction has also opened a new era in Bangladesh as well. In addition to that, the trend of using digital platforms for payments is being widely accepted by the people of the country leading this industry to make mark on the economy of Bangladesh. In this whole report, I have well-tried to cover the DFS services of Bangladesh and their gap to meet the market requirements. Chapter 1 presents the company overview of SureCash, bkash, iPay and Upay including mission, vision, objectives and their offered services to the customers. Chapter 2 presents the literature review of DFS in Bangladesh and some description major terms and abbreviations. Before that, I have mentioned the research background, scope of study, methodology, sources of data. In the Chapter 3, I have done competitive analysis of SureCash, bkash, iPay, Upay using Porter’s five forces model, PESTEL framework and SWOT in the last. After that in Chapter 4, the presentation of the results of survey has been showcased with different charts and graphs. The data analysis is done using SPSS tool and Microsoft excel. Not only that, the reliability testing has also been done for better investigation. And in the last, I tried to figure out all the possible Findings and based on that my Recommendations were given. To conclude my report, I write a few lines for the Conclusion part for this reports along with References and attached the survey questionnaire in the Appendix section.Tashnin HossainB. Trust, reliable, effective prompt needful service up to customer expectation help it to build strong corporate brand image in Bangladesh. To build brand awareness and brand association with the brand they basically use different techniques including promotional activities like attending DTG fair, leaflet, mini leaflet, banner, poster, and electronic media,. It is very tough task to evaluate brand performance based on three months working experiences of brand department. Even then through brand audit, four steps of Brand Building, Perceived quality, Brand Power Grid Model, I have tried to high light the position of Trade Venture Limited’s Brand position. I also add some finding of Trade Venture Limited, based on my practical knowledge I gave some recommendations at the end of the report. Trade Venture Limited has captured major market share successfully and won the heart of the customers through excellent service providing live up to customer expectation and as they needed in Bangladesh. Citibank N.A Bangladesh has a formal and structured performance management in their organization which makes the professionalism of the organization. They do the performance measurement at the end of the year via its own database input. Citi has 4 parts of performance management which includes: Goal setting, Development planning, Mid-year conversation and Year-end review. Every employee has maximum 7 goals. To determine the goals employees consult with their line manager. The manager uses previous year assessment data of the employee. The goals are weight based. . Citi’s development plan is designed to identify and track action plans to enhance employees’ short term and long term job performance, as well as career objectives. Citi also give emphasis on the values that the employees process during the job. To measure the values they use numeric rating. At the middle of the year, the managers make mid-level review and at the end of the year, they do the final performance evaluation. All employees who join before 30th June have to face the whole performance management. They follow the behavior approach to measure performance. The final evaluation rating is given on Citi’s website and approved by the individual, line manager, matrix managers and HR head. The basic differences are in the rules and regulation that every country has to follow not in the steps taken to conduct audit but in the rules and regulations that they have to comply with. In Bangladesh, audit is practiced based on the audit practice manual by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. The paper gives an overall view between the general audit practices in Bangladesh and of those used by Rahman and Rahman Huq (KPMG Bangladesh). It digs deep into the overall structure of the Rahman and Rahman Huq, the services provided by them and the way they go into dealing with audited firms. It describes all the process implemented by RRH in their audit process starting from client engagement evaluation process to forming an opinion on the report of the audit. Moreover, this paper dives into the audit policy of Bangladesh and perfects to analyses the policies that are to be implemented by the auditors in the country. It aims to figure out the core policies that should be put into place while performing audits which will help to identify the effectiveness of the audit policies based on the presence of these core policies. 12 core audit policies have been identified and the effectiveness of RRH’s audit policy effectiveness have been measured against those core policies. The paper also talks about the absence of the policies that have been noticed in Rahman and Rahman Huq (KPMG Bangladesh) and the way they can develop these policies and implement those policy and provide better quality assurance service. Performance management is the systematic process by which an organization involves with the employees, as individuals and members of a group, in improving organizational effectiveness in the accomplishment of organizational mission and goals. Process of performance appraisal is the setting up of the standards which will be used to as the base to compare the actual performance of the employees.
