I tried to collect detail information and put it in the report as much as it was possible. This report starts with an overview of Robi Axiata Limited which contains Robi‟s profile and the description of total business of Robi Axiata Limited. Based on number of subscriber and revenue generation currently it gains the 2nd leading position in telecommunication sector of Bangladesh. After that, I mention all the works in details which I did in my internship period in Robi Axiata Limited. Then the report includes the origin, purpose, scope, limitations, objectives and research question of the report. Then a literature review is being provided in the report which includes the definition of recruitment, its classification and how important the recruitment process is for any organization. Moreover, methodology of the report is being provided which tells how I gathered all the information and data to prepare this report and then try to analyze and interpret all the data. Then the procedures of recruitment process of Robi Axiata Limited and the findings are given in the report by recognizing the problems of recruitment process. Then, the recommendations are being provided followed by a conclusion of the report. Today, the company owned total twentysix companies which are sister concerns of KG. Mainly, the owner or shareholders of the companies are the agriculturists of Bangladesh, who have a large number of investments. It is the platform where agriculturists work together for the development of agriculture sector and making a good profit for investors. The objective of the report is to analyze and investigate the factors and parameters that are responsible for enhancing and influencing employees' Performance Management System in KG. Some important responsible factors and parameters are influencing, controlling and enhancing the employees performance and organizational performance. The indicators are as follows: analyzing the enhancement indicators of performance management, evaluating a clear understanding of PMS among employees, investigating the effect of organizational factors towards PMS. The barriers of productive performance, examine the clear understanding of job responsibilities among all the employees, observing the appreciation of excellent performance from management, analyzing the job security and future growth in the organization. Additionally, the indicators of PMS are also focused on compensation and promotions based on employee engagement and performance level, employees’ freedom to a disagreement regarding feedback decisions with employers and the last is employees overall suggestion on how performance can be better in the organization. While the growth in customer numbers in corporate banking segment is becoming stagnant, new customers in consumer banking is growing every day. This report is based on practical working experience at The Prime Bank Limited as a part of internship program. Under retail banking City bank provides three different types of loan for better convenience of the customers such as Personal Loan, Home Loan and Auto Loan.
