Among these five airlines company in Bangladesh Regent is doing better and trying to do better in the nearest future. Managing passengers is difficult to any industry. Regent is managing its potential customers very efficiently. There are two types of customers. One is business customer and another is economy customer. Regent is managing both the customers in an effective way. Managing suppliers is also a difficult part to any industry because high or low bargaining power of the supplier plays a vital role to run a company. Moreover, a company like Regent Airways who are totally dependent on their suppliers, face many difficulties to manage their suppliers and expenses. To upgrade their sell Regent has different agencies who are selling their tickets every day in a huge amount. They have their own sales outlets, sales counters too but besides this, they have those agencies that are selling their tickets and getting commissions. As the competition is increasing day by day among the airlines industries so it is also becoming very challenging to maintain the proper quality and service to the passengers. This report gives an idea about the investment schemes or products, strategies they are following to give loan through these products, an overview of overall loan performance based on performing and non-performing loan, how they manages their risks to stay strong in banking industry. Lastly this report will also gives us an idea about overall financial performance based on product wise profit and their last three months of net profit. I discussed with the officials and executive of the FSIBL, Banani branch and found the approximate data which has been used in the report. I have collected my primary data by interviewing bank’s officers. Most of my data has been collected from the primary source. In this paper I had been advised to work on only the most recent three months of data sets. So my secondary data was obtained from the company’s this year financial reports. After having all these data sets and discussing inside the report we have found the result as well. In this report I have shown that the bank is dealing with profit so far but their profit is declining as their depository rate increased by significant amount. Moreover, I have tried my level best to show in which side the bank is doing well and in which side they need to work on so that they can give better customer care services. Lastly, I also have mentioned in this study that though they are making profit but they need to concentrate on some specific issue such as need to increase their lending rate a bit so that their net profit can be stable, also need to provide better ATM service etc.Akibul WadudB. To determine the overall service quality of the company I have made a research on the service quality of Esco Lifesciences (Bangladesh) Pvt. Ltd. Because measuring service quality is the best way to evaluate any service sector. There are four measures of service quality- SERVQUAL, importance weighted SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, and importance weighted SERVPERF. In developing country, the most useful measurement is SERVQUAL. By asking 22 expectations and perceptions questions to the customer of Esco Lifesciences (Bangladesh) Pvt. Ltd. about the performance of the company on the basis of SERVQUAL scale we find six factors are important in measuring service quality. The leading researcher in this area Parasuraman, et al After substantial factor analysis and testing, reduced the 10 service quality determinates in SERVQUAL to 5 (tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy. The original ten dimensions are Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Competence, Courtesy, Credibility, Security, Access, Communication, Understanding the Customer. And in my research I found four factors are important in regarding the service quality of Esco Lifesciences (Bangladesh) Pvt. Ltd. And these are- tangible & empathy, responsiveness, reliability and assurance, where tangibles and empathy are working as one factor. In my research factor analysis, t-test and chi-square technique are used. The variables were 12; and 50 customers have been interviewed. The answers of them were applied in the statistical technique. And interpreting the result of these techniques we find, the customer of the company was highly satisfied with the Tangibles & Empathy of the company. And to be more delightful the customers still want some extra effort from the company like in terms of reliability, assurance and responsiveness. The reason behind of this is that Esco Lifesciences (Bangladesh) Pvt. Ltd. always believes in customer relationship and the customer always expect much higher than to the others. And without no doubt it can be said, very soon after fulfilling all the four factors the company will increase the expectation of its customer more towards them.
