Cultivating an Attitude of Professionalism Based on Prophetic Value
Get PDFProfessionalism is a matter of attitude towards the values that apply in the world of work. Professionalism is a condition or attitude manifested by individuals in carrying out their duties. In its implementation, it requires individual expertise as a result of learning from specific education or training. However, in today's reality, the Indonesian people have not put forward the values of professionalism in every work activity. So what happens is that various cases such as corruption and fraud occur. This study aims to analyze the attitude of professionalism and its relationship with prophetic values. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through literature study. Qualitative research is a way of analysis to understand the meaning behind individuals or groups in personal or social problems. The research data were taken from various books, journals, and news articles to provide data on professional attitudes and prophetic values. The researcher analyses and interprets the collected data as a reference and answer to the existing problems. The results show that in Islam, professionalism has been regulated by referring to prophetic values. Prophetic values are values that exist in the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Prophetic values are the values of professionalism that are directly actualized by the Prophet Muhammad. With these values, he gained a lot of public trust at that time. These values that Indonesian people should implement today in every daily activity and the world of work
Discussing Reframing Strategies for Learning Financial Literacy in Children
Get PDFFinancial literacy is not a study that is rarely discussed. Not a few people who managed to master it. In fact, in several scientific sources, there are also people who only know about the concept of financial literacy but do not understand and apply it. This study aims to discuss the reframing strategy that aims to collect various kinds of positive perceptions about financial literacy. In addition, this study also discusses reframing strategies in children for learning financial literacy. This study focuses on the stages of the reframing strategy based on studies conducted by Cormier, namely rationalization, identification of perceptions, unraveling the role of selected perceptual features; identification of alternative perceptions; modification of perceptions in problem situations, homework and follow-up. In this series of stages, the formation of perceptions according to Weber's theory of perception is also studied. With this study, it is hoped that parents will have two social actions, namely instrument rationality and value-oriented rationality in responding to the existence of financial literacy. The first rationality certainly has an impact on his welfare in the future. The second rationality is of course aimed at values that can be passed down to children
Implanting Morals in The Implementation of the Distance Learning System

The results showed that the efforts made by teachers in the cultivation of noble morals in students through religious activities in students of class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Islam Jatisari District karawang are through routine activities such as performing congregational dhuha prayers, congregational dhuhur prayers, tahfiz juz 30 programs, and muhadharah programs. The Strategy of Tadzkirah in Implementing Characters at MAN Insan Cendekia Sambas
Get PDFThis Artiel examines the tadzkirah strategy in instilling the character values of students in MAN insan chili sambas, West Kalimantan. This study is more focused on aspects (1) Learning Planning for Akidah Akhlak in Instilling Student Character in MAN Insan Cendekia Sambas, (2) how is the tadzkirah strategy in instilling character in students at MAN Insan Cendekia Sambas. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that (1) to formulate learning objectives, we should pay attention to the material to be delivered, the student's health condition, their abilities and the supporting facilities to be used. The learning materials chosen should be tailored to the needs of students, the list of materials listed in the syllabus and the material has something to do with moral development. Considering the selection of teaching methods, the goals to be achieved, the conditions of students and teachers, and the environment around the school, collaboration methods such as (lecture methods, stories, discussions, exercises, assignments, demonstrations), group work and exemplary, (2) as for strategies tadzkirah in planning akidah akhlak learning in instilling student character values in MAN Insan Cendekia Sambas, is to pray before the learning process, preparation of classroom situations in general, preparation of conditions for students who will receive material, preparation of material to be delivered, preparation of methods, media and assessment .Religious and sociological approaches. At the same time, Islamic education is needed to ensure the survival and existence of Islamic society. The purpose of this study is to reveal one side of Fazlurrahman's thoughts on Islamic education because Fazlurrahman, one of the Islamic reformers, tries to find solutions so that Islamic education is more advanced and can answer the challenges of the times. This type of research is library research, and the data source is primary and secondary data. The analytical methods used are inductive, deductive and comparative. The research approach used is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the background of his intellectual experience influences Fazlurrahman's thoughts. He believes that many things must be reconstructed and reformed in the world of Islamic education, including the goals and the education system. The purpose of Islamic education, which has been defensive-oriented to the hereafter, must be changed to be oriented to the world and the future. In addition, Muslims must take knowledge from the modern West. Fazlurrahman's thoughts are still very relevant today
Internalizing the Values of Islamic Education in the Learning of Physics in MA Darul Ulum Purwogondo

The results showed that of the materials that are taught in the learning of Physics, there are some material relation to the Islamic education such as the theory of relativity where the theory is related to the events of isra’ mi'raj the Prophet Muhammad which relate to the speed of light is the highest speed in this universe, no one can compete except the will and power of Allah SWT. The efforts made by the Physics teacher in the internalise the values of Islamic education in subjects of Physics in MA Darul Ulum Purwogondo include: 1) Implementing the learning methods which vary according to the material being taught, 2) Instill the value of- the value of Islamic education by being role models of good, 3) Undertake the development of the subject matter of Physics with the way of the development of the syllabus, 4) Gives understanding to students about the internalization of the values of Islamic education in materials Physics in depth based on the Al-qu'ran and the Hadith, and 5) Be a teacher who is nurturing students with the approach of the individual can also become a friend
The Influence of Parents Parenting Patterns on the Learning Achievement of Class X Students : (at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Putussibau)
Get PDFParental parenting is a pattern of interaction between parents and children during the nurture and care period with the aim of guiding and educating their children in a better life in a family environment. The role of the family, especially parents, is very important in educating children in terms of religious, social, and individual reviews so that they are able to foster the development of children's personalities into adult humans who have positive attitudes towards religion, strong and independent personalities, physical and spiritual potential as well as optimal intellectual development. This study aims to determine how the parenting style is applied by parents to their children. After it is known how the parenting style is applied, the next step is to look for the influence of parenting styles on the learning achievement of class X students of state madrasah aliyah droppies. This research is a descriptive correlational study, using a quantitative approach. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation methods. The subjects of this research were 118 class X students and a sample of 30 students or 25% of the total population was taken. Analysis of the data used in this study using descriptive statistics and simple regression. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it was obtained: (a) the parenting patterns used by the parents of the students were a mixture of three types of parenting, namely democratic, authoritarian, and permissive with the following details: 32% democratic, 35% authoritarian, and 47% permissive. (b) the learning achievement of the 60 students was mostly at a high level of achievement with a frequency of 32 students or 53%. From the results of the simple linear regression test, it is obtained: the r number is 0.638 which is greater than the significance level of 0.5, so the null hypothesis is rejected and the working hypothesis is accepted. The adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.400, which means that the dependent variable on learning achievement is explained by the independent variable of parenting by 40% while the remaining 60% is explained by other variables outside the variables used in this study

Prinsip 3S diterapkan untuk menarik dan memikat konsumen yang datang untuk kembali lagi berkunjung serta mencari konsumen yang baru dari rekomendasi konsumen yang sudah pernah datang dan mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik di Food Court QueenResto Tulungagung. Implementasi etika pelayanan usaha Food Court QueenResto Kelurahan Bago Kabupaten Tulungagung perspektifekonomi Islam sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam, yang terdiri dari: profesional, komunikatif (tabligh), jujur, dan amanah dalam setiap melayani konsumennya. Sedangkan pembiayaan bermasalah sendiri yaitu pembiayaan yang macet atau tidak lancar dll. Sehingga seorang nasabah tidak bisa membayar atau menjadikan pembiayaan tidak lancar dan tidak sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah diberikan oleh Bank kepada nasabah dan menjadikan pembiayaan tersebut menjadi macet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan. Danuntuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi penyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan.Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu metode studi kasus dan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasalah satu yang terdapat pembiayaan bermasalah terhadap kinerja keuangan adalah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan. Yang mana BPRS ini, juga mengalami alurpembiayaan yang bermasalah yaitu sesuatu pembayaran angsuran tetapi yang bersangkutan tidak dapat mengangsur cicilan tersebut.Dengan demikian untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang telah disebutkan di atas maka saya akan meneliti di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Pragaan
