Get PDFKota Metro saat ini menjadi salah satu kota di Provinsi Lampung yang sedang berkembang pesat. Sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan milik pemerintah kota Metro sudah tentu seharusnya memiliki fasilitas parkir yang memadai untuk menampung kendaraan pengunjung maupun karyawan rumah sakit. Tetapi RSUD Ahmad Yani belum memiliki lahan yang cukup untuk tempat parkir pengunjung, banyak kendaraan milik pengunjung rumah sakit yang parkir dibahu jalan. Hal tersebut menimbulkan kemacetan bagi pengendara lain yang melintasi jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani.Survey dilakukan selama 7 hari. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 16 jam yaitu pukul 06.00 – 22.00 WIB. Penelitian yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Jenderal Ahmad Yani Kota Metro ini meliputi survei Cordon Count atau medirikan pos – pos pencatat terpisah, dimana masing – masing pos menghitung jumlah kendaraan yang datang dan meningglkan areal parkir setiap interval waktu tertentu. Selain itu dilakukan juga survei Patrol Survey yaitu dengan melakukan pencatatan langsung nomor polisi kendaraan yang masuk dan keluar dari lokasi pada waktu interval waktu tertentu.Dari hasil analisa terhadap kapasitas kendaraan parkir pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Jenderal Ahmad Yani Kota Metro selama satu minggu diperoleh jumlah akumulasi parkir kendaraan terpadat. Untuk kendaraan roda empat sebesar 76 kendaraan sedangkan untuk kendaraan roda dua sebesar 434 kendaraan. Untuk satuan ruang parkir kendaraan yang ada saat ini ialah 31 kendaraan untuk kendaraan roda empat dan 450 kendaraan untuk kendaraan roda dua. Dari nilai akumulasi parkir kendaraan tersebut diatas dapat dilihat bahwa kapasitas parkir kendaraan roda empat sudah melebihi kapasitas sedangkan untuk kapasitas parkir kedaraan roda dua masih dapat menampung jumlah kendaraan yang ada

Get PDFAbstrak---VestaCPÂ merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang banyak digunakan oleh jasa penyedia domain atau hosting dalam memudahkan penggunanya untuk mensetting sebuah website, dengan cPanel ini maka pengguna(mahasiswa) akan dimudahkan dalam mengatur, mendesain atau bahkan mengupload database ke jaringan intranet tanpa mengalami kesulitan yang berarti. VestaCP juga dapat diguanakan sebagai wadah sekaligun tempat simulasi uploading web mahasiswa(web ecommerce) Â untuk mengupload web hasil rancangannya ke server intranet LAB D-III MI UM Metro. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut perlu adanya Control Panel Hosting dengan VestaCP pada Server Intranet LAB Multimedia D-III Manajemen Informatika UM Metro.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah perangkat server yang didalamnya berisi penerapan control panel hosting. Contorol panel hosting dibuat untuk memudahkan proses hosting di sebuah situs web. cPanel menggunakan 3 tingkat struktur untuk memberikan fungsi administrator, agen, dan pemilik situs web untuk mengatur berbagai macam aspek dari situs web dan administrasi server melalui sebuah penjelajah web standar.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem jaringan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Control Panel Hosting dengan VestaCP pada Server Intranet LAB Multimedia D-III Manajemen Informatika UM Metro berjalan baik dan mudah digunakan.. Hail itu ditunjukkan dengan hasil wawancara dan angket bahwa VestaCP sangat bermanfaat untuk mengelola akun email, akun FTP, fungsi manajement file upload (web ecommerce), membuat subdomain, disk space monitoring, bandwidht monitoring, dan membuat backup file.Kata Kunci--- Implementasi Control Panel Hosting; VestaCP pada Jaringan Inranet; Control Panel Hosting

Get PDFRuas jalan Proklamator Bandar Jaya Kabupaten Lampung Tengah yaitu pada titik ruas jalan Bandar Jaya Plaza – Komplek Pertokoan Bandar Jaya Lampung Tengah memperlihatkan ketidakteraturan atau kesemrawutan, pejalan kaki menyeberang melintasi ruas jalan tersebut pada sembarang tempat yang tidak mempunyai fasilitas penyeberangan ditambah lagi ruas jalan tersebut merupakan akses jalan negara (lintas antar propinsi) yang selalu dilewati berbagai jenis kendaraan selama 24 jam . Maksud dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan kondisi penyeberang jalan serta mencari hubungan persamaan antara volume lalu lintas dengan volume penyeberang serta menentukan fasilitas penyeberangan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pejalan kaki di lokasi penelitian. Data yang diambil meliputi data volume penyeberang jalan dan volume kendaraan, sampel di sini diambil dari lokasi penyeberangan pada tujuh hari pengamatan selama 12 jam per hari pengamatan. Adapun langkah analisis yang akan dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah menghitung PV2, terdiri dari volume penyeberang (P) dan volume kendaraan (V) dan dicocokkan dengan persyaratan fasilitas penyeberangan pada ruas jalan yang ditinjau sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Dari hasil penelitian didapat karakteristik penyeberang jalan didominasi oleh penyeberang jalan kategori mandiri, yaitu penyeberang jalan dengan usia ≥ 10 tahun atau 750 Kendaraan/jam serta PV2 > 2 x 108 dengan nilai PV2 terbesar terdapat pada hari Sabtu pada jam 13.00 – 14.00 sebesar 5.159.759.632 . Sehingga untuk menunjang keselamatan para pejalan kaki dan kelancaran arus lalu lintas direkomendasikan dengan menggunakan fasilitas penyeberangan pelican cross dengan pelindung tanpa medianâ

ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING SUPERVISION AT STATE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS OF KUBU RAYA REGENCY
Get PDFThe objectives of this research are: (1) to describe and analyze the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya, and (2) to find main factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervisor at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya regency. This study used the qualitative method with the interview as the data collection technique tested its validity through source triangulation. The research subjects in this study were one guidance and counseling supervisor and seven guidance and counseling teachers as the informants. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that: (1) the implementation of the guidance and counseling supervision has still many weaknesses on each stage done by the supervisors, such as unidentified guidance and counseling teachers‘ needs, the program planning is not yet organized well, the supervisors do not use particular approaches, and they do not control the supervisions carried out, (2) some factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision include lack of guidance and counseling supervision forces that so many guidance and counseling teachers are not supervised optimally, lack of knowledge and understanding by the supervisors on the implementation of the guidance and counseling supervision, and also minimal development of supervisory competencies in the guidance and counseling field. The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe and analyze the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya, and (2) to find main factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervisor at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya regency. Character development must get the attention of all parties, especially the world of education. A person's character is not permanent, the characters can be changed and developed. Education is becoming a tools for the right to develop the character of students. Each subject in the school should be used as a media to develop the character in addition to developing intellectual. For this purpose, an educator is required to have the ability to carry out learning that is able to develop the character of their students through the subject matter, also through the example of daily life, especially at school.  Â

In fact, however, many of them in investment of IT supply meet the failures. Instead of increase the performance, they must be back into the manual system after release the investment. Immature in the development planning of IT and do not exist a strategic planning of information system development of organization which become information system development led to these failures. The planning orientation is incomplete and it is based on the temporary demand or particular function of organization, which it result in disintegration between developed systems. Support of information system development a strategic planning contain rules, actions and management to obtain the vision and mission of organization in the development of integrated information system, is expected to minimize a potential failure. By integrated information system development a strategic planning in PT. Peksi Gunaraharja it expected that the system development will moves in continuously, intended and integrated to create the competitive advantage of organization. The compilation process of integrated information system development strategic planning is started by analysis in organization area, whether in internal or external. The analysis carried out to find out any challenge and related condition to obtain a visison and mission. The analysis is supported by value Chain analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter’s Five Forces analysis. The analysis result is used as input in formulation of organizational IS/IT strategy, from the analysis result above, it can know the opportunity, threat and organizational potency to reach competitive advantage based on IT. By identifying critical factors which play an important rule to attain the vision and mission by IT, it can be arranged a related application portofolio to the organization.The contribution of application portofolio which have been formed to attain organizational vision and mission must be studied, subdividing application portofolio pursuant to its contribution to attain organizational vision and mission can make application portofolio development project measured and in harmony with the condition and target of organization. Subdividing application portofolio pursuant to its contribution to organization purposes uses composite matrix tool. Subsequently, to makes the application portofolio development could provides a maximum result, there is must be compiled an organizational application portofolio development priority. The priority arrangement should have to accordance with vision and mission to makes the information system can gives an early valuable result and yield the competitive advantage. Application portofolio development strategy and method required a special attention of organization to make it moves in effective, efficient and optimum. Application portofolio development method in PT. Peksi Gunaraharja suggested to use a spiral model. It is suggested because the system development in research location includes in an unstable requirement. The proposed strategy for integrated information system development in PT. Peksi Gunaraharja is used an in-source development strategy. It is used to complete the previous suggested method. By shortage, it suggested to use a joint-source development strategy with the outside in preliminary development because of not enough resources that owned IT skill
