PROFIL PRODUKTIVITAS KEPALA SMA NEGERI DI JAKARTA DAN FOKUS PEMBENAHANNYA
Get PDFThe objective of the research was to obtain facts about the principals productivity of senior high school state in Jakarta. The research was conducted in the working area of Jakarta Education and Culture Department. Study time from January to March 2015. The design of this study used survey method. The data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire is prepared using a Likert scale. The number of samples determined by using Slovin formula obtained as many as 60 people. The sample was obtained by simple random sampling technique. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The result of the research can be concluded that: First, headmaster's productivity profile of senior high school state in Jakarta based on 25 predictor component that has reached good category as much as 18 pieces or equal to 72%.Secondly, the predictor component of headmaster productivity of senior high school state in Jakarta which is categorized requires correction of 7 units or 28%

Get PDFProvision of probiotics in feed or catfish culture media is an effort to increase the growth rate, improve the digestibility of feed and maintain the quality of the cultivation environment. This study aims to determine the effect of probiotic Lactobacillus strain on the growth rate and efficiency of feed utilization of catfish masamo stage I by using the biofloc system, knowing the best probiotic doses of Lactobacillus strain and preparing the research as a learning resource in the form of LKPD. The research design was using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Treatment was a variation of probiotic dose of Lactobacillus strain consisting of P0 treatment (without probiotics), P1 (5 mg / kg of feed), P2 (10 mg / kg of feed) and P3 (15 mg / kg of feed). The results showed that probiotic Lactobacillus strain on feed affected the growth rate and feed efficiency level (EPP) of masamo fish significantly (P> 0.05). The best treatment was P3 with 15 mg / kg of probiotics which resulted in average growth rate of length, weight, daily, EPP of 1.43 cm each; 1.02 gr; 7.30% and 37.87%, whereas treatment without probiotics (P0) yielded 1.04 cm each; 0.93 gr; 6.65% and 34.48%. Research results can be developed as learning resources in the form of LKPD
PENGEMBANGAN MODUL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK PADA KELAS X SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS
Get PDFThis study aims to develop a product of effective teaching materials for use by students of class X High School, Teaching materials developed are modular teaching materials. This research uses research and development method by adapting model development of Banathy and Dick model, Carey and Carey. To obtain information on the feasibility of teaching materials, expert validation and limited field testing are performed. Validation is done to the feasibility of curriculum (material and content), language, and grafic (presentation) by using questionnaire scale 5 by lecturer Data in limited field test obtained through multiple choice test. Subjects in a limited field trial comprised 35 students. Based on the analysis of expert validation results, module development can be categorized as good or feasible. The results of a text knowledge test show an average increase in the value of multiple choice tests changed from 75.71 to 85.14 with a margin of 9.43. In the test the ability to understand the structure and rules of text shows the average of 70.46 to 85.2 (difference 14.74). Thus, this development result module can improve students' ability to understand text and provide potential effects.Â

Get PDFSistem Informasi berbasis E-learning ini merupakan hasil dari analisis dan observasi yang penulis lakukan terhadap sistem informasi yang sedang berjalan dan hasil perancangan yang baru dari perancangan Sistem Informasi Perkuliahan Online Pada Diploma-III Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro Kota Metro yang menggunakan database, dan menghasilkan sebuah antarmuka perkuliahan antara dosen dan mahasiswa.Secara garis besar penulis dapat mengemukakan bahwa sebagian sistem informasi yang sedang berjalan belum cukup baik, karena terdapat kekurangan dalam sistem tersebut, yaitu sistem SIAKAD dan e-learning yang tidak menjadi satu, sehingga dinilai kurang efisien dalam sistem perkuliahan sebuah universitas. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengolahan data berupa observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Bagan Alir Dokumen, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram. Software pendukung dalam pembuatan website ini ialah adobe dreamweaver cs 6, bahasa pemrograman php dan database mariaDB. Sistem Informasi Perkuliahan Online menghasilkan rancangan berupa rancangan database/basis data yaitu tabel perkuliahan, dosen, mahasiswa, status, forum. Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Relasi antar tabel. Rancangan antar muka yaitu login, halaman utama, halaman mahasiswa, halaman forum, halaman nilai dan halaman status. Dari perancangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki sistem perkuliahan yang berjalan pada Program Diplima-III Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro

The problem in this research is social interaction of Sundanese Tribe with Java Tribe in Buko Poso Village, Way Serdang Subdistrict, Mesuji Regency. Looking at social reality as a whole, complex, dynamic, and symptomatic relationship is interactive. In this research the research method that researchers use in this research is qualitative research method. The result of this research is the social interaction of Sundanese with Javanese Tribe is a positive interaction. Both tribes interact daily. Get PDFCommunity Service Program entitled "Improving the Skills of Writing Scientific Articles for Teachers at Muhammadiyah School of Metro City" aims to help teachers overcome difficulties in writing a paper in the form of articles published in journals in both print and electronic form, science on practical methods of how to write scientific articles for teachers of Muhammadiyah Metro City. This program involves partners namely: PDM Kota Metro. The method of approach used in this program is to conduct scientific writing skills training for teachers of Muhammadiyah Kota Metro. The targets to be achieved by this program are: (1) improving skills in writing a paper published in the journal in print or electronic form, (2) improving science on how to write scientific articles for teachers, (3) can be resolved difficulties of the teachers in writing scientific papers are articles in PDM Metro City. The outcomes are: First there are at least two considerations why the movement of writing scientific works among teachers can improve the professionalism of teachers, namely (1) The profession of writing is open, anyone can do so long as willing to learn and work hard and (2) Writing scientific works can improve the competence of teachers, especially those concerning pedagogic competence and professional competence. Secondly there are several strategies that can be taken in implementing the movement of writing scientific papers among teachers, namely: (1) increase the training of writing scientific papers among teachers, (2) subscribe to scientific magazines / journals, (3) able to make a writing plan that will be published in the future, (4) publish the results of scientific work in the journal

Biogas produced by take waste farm will bring value more. Waste management done with better than it can prevent the environmental pollution also provide added value of business cattle or the cultivation of fish. If dirt shaped mud and it is not so levels soon cleared ammonia in the water would rise and can threaten survival ikan-ikan preserved. The purpose of this study is to find influence temperature mesofilik against the rate of flow of biogas and hasill flame biogas. The method do first is preparing equipment for making a series of using drigen biogas, with varying temperature that 300C mesofilik, 350C, 400C. The result showed, the rate of flow of treatment t1 biogas 736,8 ml/day, as for treatment t2 the rate of flow of biogas 774,8 ml/day, and treatment t3 the rate of flow of biogas 748,75 ml/day and potential biogas 1,8719 ml / liters of raw materials with the same pressure on all the treatment 101.570,25 N/m2. Kejahatan yang dilakukan di dunia virtual dengan menggunakan komÂputer itu disebut "kejahatan komputer" atau "cyber crime". Kejahatan-kejahatan komputer telah menciptakan masalah-masalah baru bagi tugas penyelidikan, penyidikan, dan penuntutan oleh para peÂnegak hukum. Konsekuensinya, electronic information dan electronic transaction memerlukan adanya perlindungan yang kuat terhadap upaya-Âupaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab untuk dapat mengakses informasi yang tersimpan dalam sistem komputer. Sedangkan upaya penanggulangan cyber crime jika dilihat dari perspektif hukum pidana dapat dilihat dan berbagai aspek, antara lain aspek kebijakan kriminalisasi (formulasi tindak pidana), aspek pertanggungjawaban pidana atau pemidanaan (termasuk aspek alat bukti/pembuktian).Â
