Evaluasi desain sudu turbin gas model S-20 tipe aksial menggunakan CFD
In the design of a gas turbine as a power plant, the turbine manufacturer always makes a redesign for improvement from the previous design (continuous improvement). This study discusses the redesign of a gas turbine for S-20 model power plant. The use of software that has been used to get more tangible from the basic theory of a gas turbine blade in this case is the average speed triangle. Can be seen a change in the flow of gas that enters the rotor and stator to be absorbed by the kinetic energy of the gas that hit the blade to produce a larger number of shaft paths. The results of this design produce for enthalpy in high pressure turbine is 1,211,129 J/kg, with mechanical power is 2,747 Watt. Produce view of shape is ellipse on leading edge and trailing edge and choice of twist turbine blade stating from hub, meridian and tip. In this research flow of gas depend on rotor turbine blade position and rotating speed of rotor. Analisis terjadinya hentakan dan suara keras pada suspensi belakang unit dump truck HD 785-7
The suspension system on the machine unit is very important to support the unit weight against the road surface and also protect the transmission from the vertical vibration of the wheels to the body of the unit. When the unit passes a damaged or bumpy road at high speed, shock loads from the road surface will be felt, so the role of the suspension is crucial in protecting components from damage, maintaining operator comfort and undamaged loads. HD 785-7 unit is one type of dump truck that uses cylindrical pneumatic hydro suspension that contains nitrogen and oil gases to absorb loads or vibrations from the road surface. In its operation which functions as a material carrier in the mine area, there are often problems with the suspension especially at the rear because it is holding a heavier load. Therefore, research needs to be carried out aimed at finding the main causes and solutions to these problems using data collection methods, namely: field surveys, interviews, and library research. The results show that damage to the valve core causes the valve to leak and cause the chamber at the top of the cylinder suspension to be occupied by nitrogen gas to be reduced so that the suspension suffers harsh strokes when operated especially on damaged roads. Damage to the valve core is caused by the use of non-standard and too tight tools in its installation. Keywords: hard suspension, valve core, feed valve, nitrogen gas, oil
PENYIDIKAN DAN PENUNTUTAN YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH KEJAKSAAN DALAM PERKARA TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI
penangan perkara tindak pidana korupsi oleh jaksa dimulai dengan pelaksanaan penyidikan, selanjutnya penuntutan dan pelaksanaan putusan, persoalan mendasar dalam pelaksaan penanganan ini adalah persoalan penyidikan, karena akan menentukan keseluruhan proses selanjutnya. Kewenangan Jaksa sebagai sebagai penyidik untuk saat ini secara khusus disebutkan dalam Pasal 30 ayat (1) huruf d Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2004 tentang Kejaksaan menentukan bahwa kejaksaan mempunyai tugas dan kewenangan melakukan penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana tertentu berdasarkan undang-undang. Kejaksaan memiliki tugas untuk mencari serta mengumpulkan bukti yang dengan bukti itu membuat terang tentang tindak pidana korupsi yang terjadi dan guna menemukan tersangkanya. Alasan hukum dilakukan penyidikan sekaligus penuntutan yang dilakukan oleh kejaksaan dalam perkara tindak pidana korupsi yaitu alasan filosofis, sosiologis, historis dan praktis. Wewenang penyelidikan, penyidikan, penangkapan dan penahanan berada di tangan Kepolisian. Sedangkan penuntutan berada ditangan Kejaksaan. Pemisahan kekuasaan ini oleh penulis dianggap cukup ideal, karena pengawasan yang sifatnya timbalbalik antara Kepolisian dan Kejaksaan dapat terjadi
Perancangan Model Sistem Informasi Penjualan Pada Rumah Makan Joglo
Pada era moderan ini teknologi informasi sudah berkembang sangat pesat hingga digunakan oleh semua masyarakat didunia, tapi masih ada beberapa instansi yang masih melakukan proses bisnis yang masih manual dan belum memiliki sistem informasi pada proses bisnisnya, salah satunya Rumah Makan Joglo yang memiliki permasalahan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Perancangan model sistem informasi berorientasi objek dengan pendekatan RAD / Rapid Application Development. Oleh karena itulah, diberikan solusi dengan perancangan model sistem informasi penjualan yang hasilnya akan dapat membantu dalam proses setiap kegiatan transaksi sampai dengan pembuatan laporan atau proses bisnis pada Rumah Makan Joglo.Â
Pengaruh jumlah sudu dan diameter nozel terhadap kinerja turbin pelton
Pelton turbine is one type of impulse turbine that is commonly used in hydroelectric power plants such as micro hydropower plants. The choice of the turbine is based on the high-efficiency generated by the pelton turbine. The main components of the pelton turbine are blades and nozzles. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of blade and nozzle diameter on the performance of the pelton turbine. The research method was carried out experimentally by design and manufacture of a pelton turbine prototype. Turbines made and protected have specifications of a runner diameter of 150 mm, blade length of 31,1 mm, blade width of 14,6 mm, blade depth of 6,45 mm and number of nozzles 1 piece. From the results of the study note that the number of blades and diameter of the nozzles affect the power turbine. The highest turbine power is obtained using a number of 21 blades and 8 mm nozzle diameter of 2,15 Watts. Whereas with the number of blades 19 and 8 mm nozzle diameter, turbine power is 1,91 Watt, turbine power with 23 blades and 8 mm nozzle diameter is 1,95 Watts. Turbine power with 19 blades and 10 mm nozzle diameter is 1,4 Watts, turbine power with 21 nozzles and 10 mm nozzle diameter is 1,49 Watts and turbine power with 23 blades and 10 mm nozzle diameter is 1,41 Watts.Keywords: Number of blades, nozzle diameter, pelton turbine performance
PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM DALAM PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA PERIKANAN PERSPEKTIF OTONOMI DAERAH
Konfigurasi kebijakan perikanan sebelum era otonomi daerah menunjukkan hegemoni negara yang yang menganut doktrin milik bersama, sentralistik, dan anti pluralisme hukum. Sejak era otonomi daerah pemerintah provinsi dan kabupaten/kota memiliki kewenangan yang lebih bersar dalam pengelolaan potensi daerahnya, termasuk sumber daya perikanan. Seiring dengan pergeseran kewenangan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan tersebut, daerah diharapkan dapat berperan dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan potensi perikanan. Namun disisi lain, pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan sulit untuk diwujudkan tanpa adanya kebijakan yang harmonis antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah. Oleh karenanya, dengan menggunakan pendekatan hukum normatif, penulis akan mengkaji kewenangan pemerintah daerah dalam pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan di era otonomi daerah, dan harmonisasi kewenangan antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah dalam pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan. Berdasarkan pembahasan, kewenangan pemerintah daerah dalam pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan pada era otonomi daerah meliputi kewenangan di bidang perikanan tangkap, kewenangan di bidang perikanan budidaya, kewenangan di bidang pengawasan sumber daya kelautan dan perikanan, serta kewenangan di bidang pengolahan dan pemasaran perikanan. Selanjutnya disharmoni antar kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan menimbulkan urgensi untuk melakukan harmonisasi terhadap Undang-Undang Pemerintahan Daerah dengan kebijakan sektoral di bidang pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan
FIDUSIA TERHADAP HAK MILIK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DALAM PERJANJIAN PEMBIAYAAN
Today, many consumer finance companies, especially motorcycle financing, are experiencing rapid development and have sprung up with offers of various convenience. Finance company engaged in the financing of motorcycles, specifically for the brands of Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki through consumer financing agreements with the guaranteed surrender of ownership rights in a fiduciary manner. Based on the results of research and discussion obtained that the status of ownership of motor vehicles in the consumer agreement is on the debtor. However, because the motorized vehicle is used as a fiduciary guarantee, the ownership rights of the motor vehicle are transferred to the consumer finance company until the payment of all debtor loan installments is paid. The legal consequence of this fiduciary transfer of ownership rights is that the debtor no longer holds the ownership rights to the motorcycle and only has the borrower's right to use the motorcycle. Transfer of ownership from the debtor to the creditor results in the debtor not having the right to hand over the motorbike to another party as it is being transferred because the motorcycle is collateral for the debtor's debt to Perusahaan Pembiayaan
MENCURI INFORMASI PENTING DENGAN MENGAMBIL ALIH AKUN FACEBOOK DENGAN METODE PHISING
Phising bisa dikatakan mencuri informasi penting dengan mengambil alih akun korban untuk maksud tertentu. Kata lain dari Phising adalah Password Harvesting yang artinya sebuah tindakan kejahatan untuk memancing mengumpulkan password. Tindakan Phising ini adalah mengarahkan pengguna untuk memasukkan data akun seperti username dan password di sebuah website palsu (fake webpage). Hebatnya lagi website Phising akan didesain dengan tampilan serta nuansa yang menyerupai situs aslinya (spoofed webpage). Misal seperti logo, alamat domain dan seterusnya. Sehingga jika tidak cermat mengamati, mereka yang menjadi target penjahat siber akan memberikan informasi mereka seperti username, password dan informasi penting lainnya secara sukarela. Salah satu metode paling umum yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait akun adalah metode "phising". Metode ini digunakan untuk menipu pengguna agar menyerahkan data mereka secara suka rela. Fake Webpage memang masih digunakan untuk mendapatkan akun social media seperti facebook. Hal tersebut karena pembuatan nya yang sangat mudah dan tingkat keberhasilan nya yang masih tinggi. Cara kerjanya adalah dengan mengirimkan tautan (link) phising facebook di media social atau langsung mengirimkan link tersebut ke target. Bagi pengguna awam, mengira bahwa itu adalah situs web facebook yang asli sehingga memasukkan username dan password, situs web sedang mengirimkan informasi yang diterima dari pengguna seperti user name dan pasword ini ke pelaku, yaitu hacker. Setelah pelaku mendapatkan user name, email dan password korban maka akun korban akan digunakan untuk hal yang tidak baik.Â
Analisis pengaruh parameter proses terhadap kuat tarik produk 3D Printing dari bahan Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA)
Polyvinylalcohol (PVA) is a polymer that is often used in 3D printing technology in the health sector. However, most research addresses the behavior of products interacting with the body, and very rare information discus about the mechanical properties of 3DP products from PVA. This study aims to determine the effect of 3D printing process parameters on PVA materials using the Taguchi method. PVA filament with diameter of 1.75 mm was obtained from ESun Co. Specimen was designed with CAD according to ASTM D-638 Type IV and fabricated using Pursa-I3 3D Printer Machine. The orthogonal arrays L4 (22) experimental design with two process parameters namely nozzle temperature and extrusion width and two levels for each parameter with tensile strength in response was carried out. The specimen was then measured by weight, dimensions, and time of production. After that the specimens were tested using the Zwick Roell Z020 engine. The data were then analyzed using S/N Ratio and ANOVA. The results showed that all the products meet the dimensions that have been set with the product weight that is not much different (0.03-0.1 gr). S/N Ratio and ANOVA analysis showed the same results that the extrusion width parameter had a greater effect than the temperature of the nozzle on the tensile strength response of the PVA product. The combination of optimal process parameter levels obtained, nozzle temperature of 180 ° C and extrusion width of 0.4 mm produces the highest tensile strength of PVA products (7,611 MPa).Keywords : 3D Printing, PVA, Taguchi, tensile strength
ANALISISIS LITERASI TEKNOLOGI DALAM MENGHADAPI ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0
The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is a situation in which technology plays an important role in all aspects of life. The presence of the industrial revolution era turned the manual system into a fully digital system. The existence of the industrial revolution 4.0, both directly and indirectly, will affect all circles of society. The world of education is of course inseparable from the influence of the industrial revolution 4.0, there are lots of adaptations that must be done with the development of this industry 4.0. Learning that refers to the digitalization era is increasingly being encouraged. However, this also becomes a problem, namely students who have not been able to adapt to the various sophistication of existing applications.Learning using technological literacy must be directed towards useful literacy. Technological literacy is not just using technology for things that are not important. With the existence of technological literacy, it is hoped that students can have technological literacy skills that are more useful in terms of learning.The result of this research is that learning in the industrial revolution era requires adaptation from various parties. Lecturers and students must always learn about the latest technology to support the latest learning. Technological literacy is very important for learning in the era of the Industrial revolution 4.0. The role of technology is to facilitate the learning process by not limiting learning space and time
