The Influence of The Congress Party on The Muslim League in India 1906 – 1947
This study aims to: (1) Analyze the history of the founding of the Congress Party and the Muslim League (2) Analyze the development of the Congress Party and the Muslim League (3) Analyze the struggle of the Congress Party and the Muslim League to achieve independence in India (4) Analyze the influence of the Congress Party and the League Muslim Muslims to achieve Independence in India in 1906-1947. This research uses historical methods. Data collection techniques were carried out using heuristic methods and literature studies. The findings of this research regarding the Influence of the Congress Party on the Muslim League in India in 1906-1947 show that the beginning of the founding of the Congress Party and the Muslim League was the result of their efforts in approaching British colonialism. However, in the process of development, the Congress Party and the Muslim League have encountered their own problems. In the end, the Congress Party and the Muslim League worked together to fight for independence in India from British rule and gave them the right to form their respective countries, namely India and Pakistan
TAUHID SEBAGAI WARISAN TERBESAR NABI IBRAHIM DALAM PERSPEKTIF TEMATIK HADIS
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi tauhid sebagai warisan terbesar Nabi Ibrahim AS dalam perspektif hadis, serta untuk mengkaji aspek-aspek ajaran tauhid yang diwariskan oleh Nabi Ibrahim dan relevansinya dalam konteks ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peran sentral Nabi Ibrahim dalam menyebarkan tauhid dan bagaimana ajaran ini diwariskan kepada generasi selanjutnya. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik hadis, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menganalisis dan menafsirkan hadis-hadis yang berkaitan dengan ajaran tauhid. Dengan pendekatan ini, penelitian dapat menggali dimensi teologis dan praktis dari tauhid yang diajarkan oleh Nabi Ibrahim, serta bagaimana ajaran tersebut diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari umat Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ajaran tauhid Nabi Ibrahim tidak hanya mencakup dimensi teologis, tetapi juga melibatkan praktik-praktik kehidupan yang menjadi pedoman bagi umat manusia untuk tetap berada dalam keesaan Allah. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keyakinan tauhid Nabi Ibrahim adalah tauhid aktif, di mana iman harus diiringi dengan amal baik dan akhlak karimah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ajaran tauhid memiliki implikasi yang luas, tidak hanya dalam aspek kepercayaan, tetapi juga dalam tindakan nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari umat Islam.The purpose of this study is to explore monotheism (tauhid) as the greatest legacy of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) from the perspective of Hadith, as well as to examine the aspects of tauhid teachings inherited by Prophet Ibrahim and their relevance in the context of Islamic teachings. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the central role of Prophet Ibrahim in promoting tauhid and how this teaching was passed down to subsequent generations. The method applied in this study is thematic analysis of Hadith, which allows the researcher to analyze and interpret Hadiths related to the teachings of tauhid. Through this approach, the study delves into the theological and practical dimensions of tauhid taught by Prophet Ibrahim and how these teachings are implemented in the daily lives of Muslims. The findings reveal that Prophet Ibrahim’s teachings of tauhid encompass not only theological dimensions but also practical aspects of life, serving as guidance for humanity to remain steadfast in the oneness of Allah. The study identifies Prophet Ibrahim’s tauhid as an active tauhid, where faith is accompanied by good deeds and noble character (akhlaq karimah). KONTRIBUSI MATERI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENUMBUHKAN KESADARAN LINGKUNGAN PADA SISWA SD ALMADANY GRESIK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi materi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), khususnya pada tema “Cinta Kebersihan” di kelas 2 SD Almadany, dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan pada siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI secara aktif melibatkan lingkungan sekitar sekolah dalam pembelajaran, baik melalui praktik langsung maupun pembiasaan perilaku hidup bersih. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dengan aktivitas lingkungan terbukti efektif meningkatkan kepedulian dan tanggung jawab siswa terhadap kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan materi PAI berbasis lingkungan sebagai strategi pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan pada anak usia sekolah dasar.This study aims to examine the contribution of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material, specifically the theme “Love Cleanliness” in grade 2 of SD Almadany, in fostering environmental awareness among students. Membumikan Adab: Menyingkap Gagasan Al-Attas sebagai Fondasi Pendidikan Karakter Generasi Z
This study aims to analyze and implement the concept of adab (etiquette) proposed by Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas as a philosophical foundation in addressing the crisis of character education and moral erosion among Generation Z in the digital age. Generation Z, who live in a digital and global environment, experience value disorientation due to the weak internalization of adab in an education system that tends to be cognitive and materialistic. Through a literature review using a qualitative-descriptive analytical approach, this study examines Al-Attas' major works, particularly The Concept of Education in Islam, as well as various literature related to the character crisis and the dynamics of Generation Z. The results of the analysis show that, according to Al-Attas, manners are not merely social etiquette, but rather a spiritual and intellectual awareness to place everything in its proper position according to its essence. The concept of Islamization of Knowledge (IIEP) becomes an implementative instrument for the formation of civilized human beings (al-insan al-mu'addab) through the purification of knowledge from secular values towards a monotheistic orientation. This study concludes that effective character education for Generation Z must be holistic—integrating spiritual, moral, intellectual, and technological aspects to produce a generation that is knowledgeable, moral, and civilized in accordance with the Islamic worldview
Pentingnya Pembentukan Aturan Pemindahan Narapidana Asing Antar Negara Sebagai Upaya Perlindungan Terhadap HAM
The transfer of prisoners between countries is an increasingly common form of international cooperation. This step is considered effective in protecting human rights, as it allows prisoners to undergo a rehabilitation process in their home country. Every Indonesian citizen and foreign citizen residing in the territory of Indonesia is given recognition of rights as a legal subject along with legal protection from the State. Human rights law emphasizes that there are 3 (three) duties of the state, namely the obligation to respect, the obligation to protect, and the obligation to fullfil the rights of citizens. In the realm of constitutional law, the state's legal obligations are regulated in Article 28 I paragraph (4) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as Article 8 and Article 71 of Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights, which further contains the state's duty to promote and protect. The Indonesian government has received many requests to transfer prisoners abroad. However, until now Indonesia has not carried out such transfers due to the absence of regulations or legal frameworks governing the procedures for transferring prisoners in the national legal system. This research uses a normative method by examining laws and regulations related to the subject of research to understand the existing problems

This study aims to identify and analyze the legal certainty, benefits, and fairness for employers and workers following the provision to abolish the article on postponing minimum wages at the city and/or regency levels in Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. Another objective of this study is to examine and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the abolition of the article on postponing minimum wages at the city and/or regency levels in the business sector under Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation.This research employs a normative-empirical approach with a descriptive-analytical nature. The study involves library research to collect secondary data through document studies on primary and secondary legal materials. Field research was also conducted to obtain primary data through interviews with key informants and respondents, using interview guidelines as the instrument. The research findings from both library and field studies were then qualitatively analyzed and presented descriptively.The provision to abolish the article on postponing minimum wages at the city and/or regency levels in Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation provides legal certainty, benefits, and fairness for employers and workers because the abolition of the article does not violate existing regulations. Using the legal certainty theory approach, the regulation on the abolition of the article on postponing wages in Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation is considered to meet the criteria outlined in legislation. However, the theories of benefits and fairness have yet to be fully realized, as further field research is required to address the second problem. Analisa Pengaruh Maintenance Cylinder Block Terhadap Efisiensi Bahan Bakar Mesin Speedboat Mercury 450 Racing V8
This study aims to evaluate how the condition of the cylinder block affects the fuel efficiency of a Mercury 450 Racing V8 speedboat engine. As a vital component in the engine, the cylinder block is responsible for housing and supporting the cylinders, where the combustion process takes place. Damage to the cylinder block, such as cracks, corrosion, or wear, can lead to decreased compression pressure and gas leakage, resulting in decreased combustion efficiency and increased fuel consumption. This study used an experimental approach to assess the effect of different levels of cylinder block damage on engine fuel efficiency. The results showed that the condition of the cylinder block significantly affects fuel efficiency, with damaged cylinder blocks drastically reducing engine efficiency. These findings highlight the importance of regular maintenance and repair of the cylinder block to maintain optimal fuel efficiency and improve speedboat engine performance. The repair of the cylinder block gave an improved fuel consumption efficiency of 22.22% meaning the engine became more efficient in using fuel after the repair of the problem of sticking shells and oil leakage
Membangun Generasi Sadar Hukum: Urgensi Pendidikan Hukum bagi Remaja dalam Penegakan Hukum di Indonesia
Indonesia, as a country based on the rule of law, places law at the foundation of every aspect of social, national, and state life. However, reality shows that the level of law violations among teenagers, especially high school students, is still quite high. One of the factors behind this is their lack of understanding of the law and lack of awareness of the consequences of their actions. This study aims to analyze the role of legal education in shaping legal awareness and supporting the law enforcement process from an early age. The research method used is a sociological juridical approach with data collection through direct interviews with high school students. The results show that legal education is not only important to be included in the school curriculum, but also needs to be implemented through legal counseling programs involving law enforcement officials and related agencies. Through the implementation of legal education, students can understand the values of justice, recognize prohibited and permitted acts, and internalize an attitude of legal compliance. Thus, legal education plays a strategic role in shaping a young generation that is legally aware and contributes to the creation of more effective law enforcement in Indonesia
CAMPUS DAY PENGABDIAN MASYARAKAT EDUKATIF UNTUK PELAJAR
ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertajuk Campus Day: Pengabdian Masyarakat Edukatif untuk Pelajar dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kontribusi perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung peningkatan pengetahuan, motivasi, dan wawasan pelajar tingkat SMK di wilayah Lampung Timur. Kegiatan ini bermitra dengan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Labuhan Maringgai, SMK IB Khalifah Bangsa, dan SMK Muhammadiyah 1, serta dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17–24 Juni 2025 bertempat di Gedung KH Mas Mansoer, Kampus 3 Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Metode kegiatan meliputi seminar, diskusi interaktif, pelatihan motivasi, serta pengenalan lingkungan kampus sebagai upaya memperluas wawasan pelajar mengenai dunia perguruan tinggi dan karier masa depan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelajar memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman terkait pentingnya pendidikan lanjut, serta meningkatnya motivasi belajar dan minat untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pelajar dan diharapkan dapat menjadi program rutin tahunan.Kata kunci: pengabdian masyarakat, pelajar SMK, campus day, motivasi pendidikan, edukasi karier
Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Buku Bacaan Bermutu Berbasis Lesson Study Learning Community untuk Meningkatkan Literasi dan Numerasi
Rendahnya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Metro menjadi masalah yang membutuhkan penanganan segera. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan guru menggunakan model Lesson Study Learning Community (LSLC) dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan buku bacaan bermutu. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di 12 Sekolah Dasar dengan capaian literasi dan numerasi rendah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan intensif guru, pelaksanaan lesson study dalam tiga siklus pembelajaran, serta refleksi dan replikasi praktik baik. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa dari siklus pertama ke siklus berikutnya. Guru melaporkan peningkatan kemampuan profesional dan kesiapan dalam mengintegrasikan buku bacaan bermutu, sementara siswa menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan numerik. Pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan model LSLC yang terintegrasi dengan pemanfaatan buku berkualitas efektif dalam memperkuat budaya literasi dan numerasi di sekolah dasar, sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi sekolah lain dalam pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi
