Factors related to the competency of interprofessional collaborative practice: From a survey of healthcare professionals in advanced treatment hospitals
Get PDF本研究は，IPE（Interprofessional education）のアウトカムである専門職連携実践コンピテンシーが，IPEの教育体験や基本属性から受ける影響について，また，他職種とのコミュニケーションの実践に与えている影響を検討した．2つの特定機能病院に勤務するすべての医療専門職3,070名を対象とする自記式質問紙調査を行い，1,691名から回答が得られた（回収率：55.1％）．Chiba Interprofessional Competency Scale 29によって測定した専門職連携実践コンピテンシーは，性別，学歴との関係は認められなかった．年齢は20歳代でその得点が低く，一定年数の職業経験がコンピテンシーを高めることが示唆された．現任教育のIPEはコンピテンシーを高めること，また，卒前教育のIPEは現任教育を介して間接的にコンピテンシーを高めることが示唆された．医師̶看護師間のモデルの検討では，コンピテンシーに関連する要因の構造に大きな違いは認められなかった．IPEの重要性が示唆されたとともに，モデルの精緻化や職種別の更なる検討等の課題が残された．departmental bulletin pape
当院における臓器提供体制の構築と課題
Get PDF当院は2000年に全国９例目の脳死下臓器提供を経験した．2005年に「臓器提供のための対応委員会」を設置し，委員会の活動や院内移植コーディネーターの養成を通じて段階的に臓器提供体制を構築してきた．2022年までに79件の臓器提供関連情報があり，脳死下臓器提供４件，心停止下腎提供２件，角膜提供のみ14件を経験した．委員会活動を通じて体制整備が進み，臓器提供は終末期医療の選択肢の一つとして定着しつつある．患者及び家族の提供意思を尊重するため，今後も活動を継続したい．The ninth case of organ donation under brain death in Japan was managed at our hospital in 2000. Weestablished the Organ Donation Response Committee in 2005. A total of 79 cases of organ donation-related information were received by 2022, of which four were classified under brain death. A total of 14 corneas and two kidneys were donated. Through the activities of the committee, the organ donation system has improved.
Organ donation is becoming established as an option for end-of-life care. We would like to continue our activities to encourage respect for the organ-donation wishes of patients and their families.journal articl
回盲部内膜症で腸閉塞をきたした一例
Get PDF子宮内膜症とは，子宮内膜様組織が子宮内膜以外に発生する疾患である．今回，骨盤症状が乏しいにも関わらず稀少部位と言える回盲部子宮内膜症の診断となった症例を経験した．症例40歳代，０妊０産．他院より腸閉塞の診断で当院救急外来受診．子宮内膜症の既往があったが，診察上婦人科疾患は否定的と判断し外科入院となった．閉塞起点と思われる回盲部腫瘤を腹腔鏡下に摘出したところ，回盲部内膜症の診断となった．稀少部位内膜症は診断率の低い疾患であるが，鑑別疾患に挙げ，確定診断できるように努めることが重要である．technical repor
