高齢初産婦の育児不安および産後うつとその関連要因
Get PDF武庫川女子大学博士(看護学)産後4か月時における高齢初産婦の育児不安や産後うつとその関連要因を明らかにすることを目的とし、A市の4か月児健康診査の対象となる児の母親977名に質問紙調査を行った。初産の母親を分析対象とし、育児不安とエジンバラ産後うつ病質問票（EPDS）得点を従属変数、基本属性、健康状態、サポート、妊娠期・育児期の体験、育児支援チェックリスト、赤ちゃんへの気持ち質問票、特性的自己効力感尺度のうち、育児不安およびEPDSとの単変量解析で有意であった項目を独立変数としたロジスティック回帰分析を行った。
この結果、分析対象である初産の母親207名から回答を得た。育児不安には、育児期の体験2項目、赤ちゃんへの気持ち質問票1項目、特性的自己効力感が関連していた。また、産後うつには、子どもの疾患、育児期の体験1項目、赤ちゃんへの気持ち質問票1項目が関連していた。
高齢初産婦では、産後の健康状態、育児生活の受容、特性的自己効力感が育児不安や産後うつにつながりやすい要因であることが考えられ、育児不安や産後うつを早期に発見し支援することや妊娠期から予防的な関わりを行うための具体的な支援策を検討するための示唆が得られた。doctoral thesi

Get PDF本研究は，芦屋市立精道幼稚園の「保育研究」についての取り組みを，沿革史や研究紀要等からその変遷を辿り，一人一人を育む保育研究について考察してくことを目的とする。また，この研究報告は，先の研究「芦屋市立幼稚園の創立から昭和36 年までの歩み」(1) に続いての研究である。
待機児童，保育所不足，少子化等の社会の現状に伴い，公立幼稚園の危機とも取れる時代が到来している。公立の幼稚園教育が目指してきたもの，これからも守っていかなければならないもの，保育における様々な課題に対して，研究を積み重ねてきた芦屋市立幼幼稚園の変遷を振り返っていきたい。

A Study of Movement Analysis for Application in Physical Expression in Early Childhood Care and Education―Focusing on Tension Flow Attributes in the Kestenberg Movement Profile―
Get PDFInstructing physical expression in early childhood education and care does not mean teaching fully choreographed dances. Rather, teachers should provide children with various opportunities to experience various joyful movements. However, this is challenging for the majority of teachers who do not understand the theoretical structure of movement. Knowledge of movement analysis may support them and offer a solution.
The Kestenberg Movement Profile（KMP） is a complex tool for analyzing human movement, especially useful for babies and infants, from a psychodynamic and developmental point of view.
The author, a KMP Certified Analyst has been attempting to apply it in various fields such as Dance/Movement Therapy and physical education for small children.
This study focused on Tension Flow Attributes across 9 KMP categories in order to explore the possibility of increasing movement variations for physical expression. It is theoretically based on Laban Movement Analysis （LMA）, and consists of the following 6 factors: Flow Adjustment, Even Flow, Low Intensity, High Intensity, Gradualilty, Abruptness, which can be applied to change Effort quality in LMA to enrich physical expression. Concrete examples of animal movements such as elephants and frogs were described to clarify how the elements of KMP may be used for expanding the variations of movement when instructing children.
The KMP approach is always used to analyze the relationship between one person and another, or between a person and an object, and can be applied to interactive relationships through body movements. Technology Affordances Identification―A Netnography Study of Digital Nomads（Part 1）

The commoditization of digital technology accelerates the growth of the digital nomad community. In this research, the author draws on the theoretical perspective of technology affordance to look into the years of digital nomads' lives for exploring the interplay among individuals, technology, and society. Evaluating the Migration and Settlement Policies in the Population Shift toward Ayabe City
Get PDFEven as the total population of Japan declines, the depopulation of rural areas and the overconcentration in Tokyo must be perceived and addressed as interconnected problems. In recent years, there has been a growing trend to “return to the countryside,” which has seen mainly the younger generation moving from urban areas to rural districts, especially in the underpopulated areas. Migration, along with the preservation of the resident population, and the reinforcement and revival of regional areas are considered important policies for regional municipalities in this era of regional revitalization. This study analyzed interviews conducted with five families who have moved to the rural districts of Ayabe City in Kyoto Prefecture, which can be called a municipality with advanced migration. Thus, it examined whether the migration and settlement policies developed by Ayabe City are viable and effective. The results indicated that the policies were not necessarily the cause of migration. Instead, it was suggested that the “human connection” was the most important reason for migration from urban to rural districts.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本研究では，女子大学を卒業した新卒3 年目までの正規採用の小学校教員を対象に，若手教員の意識や研修課題及び卒業生支援に対する要望を調べ，それらに対する方策について検討を行った。調査の結果，卒業生の若手教員の多くが教職にやりがいを感じながらも，採用前の予想を上回る学校現場の厳しい困難な現実に直面し，それぞれに研修課題を抱いている実状が明らかになった。例えば，研修課題においては，日々，適切な指導が求められる「教科等の指導」，「生徒指導」や新しい教育課題である「特別の教科 道徳」などのニーズが高いことなどが明らかになった。こうした結果を踏まえ，本研究報告は，在学中の早い段階から教職の魅力を伝えたり，実践的指導力の向上を意識した授業内容を設定したりすることなどの教職課程の改善や，卒業後もニーズに応じた研修を提供するなどの卒業生支援の拡充についての方策を提言している。departmental bulletin pape
