A Study of “Shin Kashoki” 3-4: Hojo Tokimune, the eighth regent of the bakufu and the Genko, the Nigatsu-sodo
Get PDFIn this paper, I examine the three-layer structure of Shin Kashoki volumes 3-4. I explain the impact of the Noh song “Takasago,” the ancient Chinese story of W?i D?n, and the major renovation of the Himeji Castle, which are the contents of this chapter, on the main story of the second layer based on Article 34 of the “Goseibai Shikimoku.” Regarding the third layer, I argue that the eighth regent of the bakufu, Tokimune Hojo, subdued the February Disturbances and built Genko Borui to prepare for the Mongolian invasion.
Like the previous chapters, this chapter focuses on the wisdom of the samurai and of pursuing the ideal form of the Kamakura shogunate. The author, Ihara Saikaku, through this work, depicted Tokimune?s wise administration and clever strategy. By exploring such topics, I recognize the author?s attitude in praising the Kamakura shogunate.departmental bulletin pape
Relationship between learning motivation and Willingness to Communicate: Focus on the Ideal L2 self and Ought-to L2 self of exchange students majoring in the Japanese language
Get PDFThis study investigates the changes observed in exchange students? Japanese language learning motivation and Willingness to Communicate during their stay in Japan. Interviews are conducted with the participants had majored in Japanese language in their country and they studied for approximately 10 months to learn the language at university in Japan. Data was analyzed qualitatively via Steps for Cording and Theorization （SCAT） method, focusing on the Ideal L2 self and Ought-to L2 self. The results of the study suggest that 1）changes in their learning motivation were mainly affected by their Ought-to self during their stay in Japan; 2）the change in the Willingness to Communicate associated with the Ideal L2 self during their stay in Japan and support their learning motivation; 3） their various experiences including communication experiences in Japan were affected, which resulted in the emergence of a new Ideal L2 self; The study concludes that it is important to support the learning environment to enhance the students? Willingness to Communicate and induce Ideal L2 self, such that they retain their L2 learning motive after their studies in Japan.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF武庫川女子大学博士（薬学）本博士論文では, CKR12 とPLGA とのコンジュゲートは、抗微生物活性および抗がん活性を高めることができると考えた. そこで, CKR12-PLGA を調製して,CKR12-PLGA ミセル形成に関する臨界ミセル濃度 を測定するとともに, ミセル形成及び非形成条件におけるCKR12-PLGA の抗微生物活性と抗がん活性について検討することを研究の主題とした.
第1 章では, CKR12-PLGA の抗微生物活性を評価するために, Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus),Escherichia coli (E. coli) およびCandida albicans (C.albicans) に対する抗微生物作用について検討した.LL-37, FK-13 およびCKR12 の構造特性解析を, オンライン解析ソフトを用いて比較検討した. CKR12-PLGAの構造および物性解析は, 核磁気共鳴 (1H-NMR) およびアガロースゲルを用いた電気泳動による評価を行い,CKR12-PLGA についてはCMC 測定を行った. また,ミセル形成条件でCKR12-PLGA の平均粒子径および表面電位の計測も行った. 次に抗微生物活性についてはCLSI ガイドラインに従い, FK-13, CKR12,CKR12-PLGA のMIC を評価した. 加えて細胞毒性評価, 走査型電子顕微鏡 (SEM) および透過型電子顕微鏡(TEM) による微生物の形態観察を行った.
第2 章では, CKR12-PLGA の抗がん活性を評価するために, 4 種類のがん細胞 (マウス卵巣癌細胞由来 : HM-1細胞, マウスの黒色腫由来 : B16/BL6 細胞, ヒト子宮頸癌細胞由来: HeLa 細胞, ヒト肝細胞癌細胞由来 :HepG2 細胞) の細胞増殖の抑制評価, がん細胞の遊走抑制と浸潤の抑制について評価した. CKR12-PLGA の物性評価は, 第1 章と同様にCMC, アガロースゲルを用いた電気泳動による評価を行い, 粒度分布および表面電位を計測した. 次に, CKR12 単独またはCKR12-PLGA を用いて4 種類のがん細胞 (HM-1, B16/ BL6, HeLa, およびHepG2) の細胞増殖の抑制評価,がん細胞の遊走と浸潤の抑制評価を行った. ネガティブコントロールとして, CKR12 のアミノ酸配列を入れ替えたCKR12 スクランブルペプチドを合成して比較検討した.doctoral thesi

Get PDFフランスは，革命以前の王家による統治時代から芸術を愛好するだけではなく，政治的な場面で活用し，現在に至るまで時の権力者が関与（コントロール）してきた傾向にある。現代でも，フランスといえば，ルーブル美術館やパリ・オペラ座など，華麗な芸術文化の中心地であるイメージが持たれている。当然それらフランスを象徴するような対象には注力しているが，実は，一見フランスを象徴すると思われないようなジャンルも，文化政策の対象となっているのである。本稿では，音楽分野を中心として，政策対象となる概念である「現在の音楽」と呼ばれる領域に対する音楽政策を検討する。「現在の音楽」は，オーケストラやオペラなどの芸術音楽以外のジャンルを包括する呼称である。社会的課題の解決と密接な関係にあり，これからの文化を創造する目的のために，音楽政策の対象として設けられている。本稿では，これらの最近の動向を明らかにするとともに，社会的課題の解決などと結びついた音楽政策の在り方を考察する。departmental bulletin pape
Teaching material ideas used for a university specialized volleyball class―From post-class surveys in the first half of 2021―
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to consider whether the teaching material ideas used for a university specialized subjects volleyball class would be effective to utilize them in future classes. A survey about physical education class experience, volleyball experience, basic skills, and tactics was conducted on students.
（1） On average, the nine presented basic skill teaching material ideas and five tactical teaching material ideas were considered to be effective.
（2） However, among the content related to basic skills, further consideration is needed for the three low-rating teaching material ideas which were an interpersonal receiving test, a 2 vs 2 mini game, and creating a spike motion illustration. It is especially necessary to improve the interpersonal receiving test by systematizing a path to success so that students can understand and succeed, as individual skill level is directly related to grades.
（3） In the specialized volleyball class, to understand the competitive characteristics and the true fun of 6-player volleyball, it is necessary to further drive the learning of basic skills and the tactics involved in returning three-step attack rallies built on such skills.departmental bulletin pape
