Get PDF働き方改革推進に向け、看護師長と副看護師長の働き方改革に関する認識を明らかにするため急性期病院1施設の看護師長5名と副看護師長5名を対象に質的記述的研究を行った。看護師長の『働き方改革』に関する認識は【肯定的な働き方改革の受け止め】【否定的な働き方改革の受け止め】【時間外勤務の要因に対する捉え方】など9カテゴリーが明らかにされた。副看護師長の『働き方改革』に関する認識は【肯定的な働き方改革の受け止め】【否定的な働き方改革の受け止め】【働き方改革を阻害する要因】など7カテゴリーが明らかにされた。両者の認識には、働き方改革の肯定的な受け止め、導入に対する困難さや不安などの共通性を認めたが、サブカテゴリーでは異なる内容も見られた。働き方改革という共通の目標のためには、看護管理者としての役割による認識の特徴を相互に把握し、連携して看護の質を維持できるように進める必要性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
A Study of the Notator?s Kinesthetic Empathy in using Input Devices in automating the Kestenberg Movement Profile
Get PDFResearch on automating the Kestenberg Movement Profile （KMP） is now in its fifth year. Three types of input devices for drawing rhythm lines, which are essential for automation, were produced by IT specialists. In studying the specifications of these input devices, the issue of the notator?s physical familiarity with the device surfaced, which had not been noticed at first.
In the original method of rhythm line notation, the notator first holds the pen and concentrates on the client on the screen. The notator then uses their own Kinesthetic Empathy to feel the rhythm of the movement and draw the rhythm lines, attuning into the various rhythms in breathing and movement. Comparing the notator?s physical sensation among these approaches of drawing rhythm lines with one another, it was quite different. While specifically discussing the differences, the author focused on Kinesthetic Empathy as the underlying concept. The five approaches that lead to Kinesthetic Empathy in a previous study were replaced with the approach used when operating the input devices.
Since this is based solely on the physical sensations of the individual author, further research is needed to target multiple notators in the future. However, as a future vision for the automation research of KMP, the author could find a new theme, such as the construction of a learning system that can quantify and demonstrate the establishment of Kinesthetic Empathy.departmental bulletin pape
Comparative Study on 11 Different Editions of “A Squash Vine”
Get PDF本稿の課題は，道徳教材として広くもちいられている童話「かぼちゃのつる」の原作と道徳教科書掲載の各版を比較検証することをとおして，①原作および道徳教科書各版のあいだで本文にいかなる相違が見られるのかを明らかにすること，②各異版の改変が登場人物の印象や物語の読解にいかなる影響を及ぼすものであるのかを考察することにある。これにより各版のあいだには，主人公をあらわす主語の相違や，物語の冒頭と末尾にある太陽の描写の相違，主人公や他の生きものたちの言動の相違など，複数の重要な相違が存在することが証示される。加えてこれらの改変は，主人公の言動の背景の不明瞭化や，主人公の死を予感させる結末の回避，「わがまま」という道徳的主題の強調，制裁の理不尽さの緩和，登場人物の言動をめぐる省察の端緒の削減・創出など，この童話を道徳教材として読み解くさいに無視することのできない重要な影響を及,すものであることが明らかにされる。departmental bulletin pape
