ผลกระทบของ Knudsen Diffusion ต่อแบบจำลองของเซลล์เชื้อเพลิงชนิดเมมเบรนแลกเปลี่ยนโปรตอน
Davat1AbstractWith an aim of optimizing the operating points of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), it is necessary to understand physical mechanisms of the cell. The physical mechanisms which play the important roles in the PEMFC are the gas transport in the gas diffusion layer and the proton transport in the membrane. Tremendous equations, which require massive computational cost, are used to describe the operations of the cell. However, the Knudsen diffusion, which is one kind of the transport mechanism in the fuel cell, is usually be neglected to reduce the computational cost. This paper presents a comparative study between two types of one-dimensional (1-D) steady isothermal PEMFC models; one of which is include the effect of the Knudsen diffusion and the other one is not. The numerical results of the transport phenomena from both models have been presented. Membrane resistances from each case are computed to evaluate the effect of neglecting the Knudsen diffusion. The result has shown that neglecting the Knudsen diffusion causes about 9% relative error to the membrane resistances, which is quite significant

Whattananarong2AbstractThe purposes of this study were to identify the needs for development, synthesize, and validate a blended instructional model for enhancing self-knowledge acquisition. There were 2 parts for this study. The first part was designed to identify the needs for development of a blended instructional model. The samples were 30 students who studied on “Project Management for Information Work.” The research instruments used in the first part were a 5-rating scale questionnaire and needs identification using PNImodified. The second part was designed to synthesize and validate a blended instructional model for enhancing self-knowledge acquisition. The samples were 9 experts. The instruments used in the second part were a questionnaire, evaluation and suggestion forms developed by the researcher. Index of Congruence (IOC) was used to calculate the congruity with IOC over 0.5.The results indicated that the most essential for instructional setting was the needs for instructors used an e-Learning method (PNImodified.=0.36), followed by the needs for prior learning ability assessment (PNImodified.= 0.29), and the needs for instructors enhance students to search learning method by themselves (PNImodified.= 0.22) respectively. The synthesized model consisted of the principles based on government policies about lifelong learning, the concepts of educational theories used for instructional designs with an emphasis on the learner-centered, self-directed learning activities, self-knowledge acquisition with Big6 process, and blending with e-Learning by the Sloan Consortium criteria. The panel of experts agreed with the model in all aspects with the IOC of 0.92. The first aspect on learning activity had the IOC of 0.94. The second aspect on planning instructional process had the IOC of 0.92, and the third aspect on element of learning had the IOC of 0.90 respectively

The transfer beam used in structural testing such as ASTM method of testing for flexural strength of concrete using simple beam with third-point loading are generally built-up from structural steel using wide flange shapes which are generally expensive and heavy. There are a lot of scrap bars left over from the tensile test and these bars virtually can be used to resist load even through they are tested until yielding occurs. Alternative transfer beams built-up from scrap deformed bars of diameter 25 millimeters were made in the form of 3D trusses with sizes of 0.2x0.3x1.0 meters and 0.2x0.3x1.5 meters. Each truss was analyzed and tested under a single point load of 10 tons and 15 tons with the corresponding deflections at mid-span of 0.53 millimeters and 0.97 millimeters respectively. The testing results showed that both trusses performed elastically. The maximum deflections were within the required limit of 1.7-2.5 millimeters (L/600) . Cracking or failure of welds and buckling of truss members did not occur. Both trusses can be used as transfer beams

AbstractThis paper presents a practical discussion of the emergent requirements for effective Thai industrial education calls for a paradigm shift in competency-based curriculum development. With a paradigm shift away from a behaviorist conceptualization of teaching and learning toward a cognitive point of view, a trend toward investigating competency aspects of learning. The objectivesof the study were: 1) to construct a competency analysis profile content framework on automotive technology subject for the mechanical technology education program (MTE) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi; 2) to identify a competency-based curriculum framework on automotive technology subject; and 3) to describe the typical module format on automotive technology subject. The participants were selected by purposive sampling with 21 specialized in academic instructor in higher education and automotive trainers in private sectors who were involved in curriculum development and training program development. The qualitative data applied to the research instrument were job profile chart and the consequence assessment sheet. The research was collected through document analysis and DACUM workshop. Although each of these aspects may be found in some conventional curricula, it is their collective use that constitutes a true competency-based program. The result showed that the experts’ consensuses variously described of competence as focusing on several key areas in 14 tasks. A competency-based curriculum framework on automotive technology subject can be divided into 7 aspects. The typical module format on automotive technology subject was 7 steps. The areas include the nature of competencies, criteria used to assess the competencies, ways that student competence is assessed, student progress though the program, and the program’s instructional intent
การศึกษาพฤติกรรมและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อซุปกึ่งสำเร็จรูปของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
The purposes of this study were to investigate the consumers’ buying behavior and factors affecting their decision to buy instant soup in marketing Mix ‘4 Ps product price place and promotion. The informants of this study were 400 people with the age of 15 years upward, living in Bangkok. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe. At results, Regarding the significance level of factors affecting decision to buy instant soup, it was rated, as a whole, by aspects and by items at a high level. However, the detailed investigation revealed that the items related to having standards signs, manufacturing and expiry dates were rated at the highest level. The comparison of the significance level in status of sex revealed differences as a whole, in two aspects which were products and distribution place, and in two items including nutrition information and goods placing. Female consumers recognized the significance of such matters more than male. However, consumers with different educational background differently viewed two items related to goods brands and placing. Those having higher degrees recognized the importance of such factors more than those having lower educational background. The statistic significance level of this study was set at .05
