Revitalisasi Nilai Sosial dalam Hadis: Telaah Living Hadis di Era Digital

    Get PDF
Social values in Hadith such as brotherhood, justice, empathy, and mutual assistance serve as the ethical foundation for interpersonal relationships within society. In the digital era, the dissemination of Hadith has become increasingly widespread through various social media platforms. However, this transformation is often not accompanied by a deep understanding and actualization of its intrinsic values. This study aims to examine how social values in Hadith are being revitalized through the living Hadith approach in the digital era. Using a qualitative library research method, the data were analyzed through hermeneutic and sociology of knowledge perspectives. The findings reveal that while the circulation of Hadith in digital media tends to be symbolic and superficial in meaning, it simultaneously opens new opportunities for actualization through inclusive and participatory digital practices. Textual reinterpretation and contextual reapplication are key strategies in restoring the social function of Hadith as a guide for modern life. This study recommends the development of digital religious literacy, value-based da'wah, and integrative approaches in enhancing the living Hadith tradition in the information age.

Child sexual abuse is still frequent and unresolved in Thailand. Sex education is essential for health promotion, and media plays an important role in promoting individual health status and prevention efforts. This study aims to educate the prevention of sexual violence through educational game media, namely snakes and ladders for adolescents to see the level of knowledge of adolescents regarding the prevention of sexual violence. This study is a quantitative study using a one group pretest posttest design, namely by conducting a pretest and posttest on 31 students at Thamavitya Mulniti School Thailand. Data on pre-test scores and post-test scores were analyzed using Paired Samples T-test with a 95% confidence level. Students' knowledge was obtained before education and snake and ladder games with an average score of 74.97 and students' knowledge after education and snake and ladder games with an average score of 83.16. The results of the study obtained P-Value 0.006≤0.05 means that at Alpha 5% there is a difference between the average knowledge of Pre-Test and Post-Test. There was an increase in student knowledge between before the intervention and after the intervention. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of sexual violence education with snakes and ladders on increasing adolescent knowledge. Keywords: Adolescent, sexual violence, snakes and ladders gam

Impact of Shift Work on Nurse Fatigue and Productivity in an Indonesian Inpatient Ward: A Cross-Sectional Study

    Get PDF
Shift work, particularly night shifts, is known to affect the health and productivity of healthcare workers. However, there is limited research on how shift work impacts nurses in low-resource settings, such as secondary hospitals in Indonesia. This study aims to explore the effects of different shift types on nurse fatigue and productivity in Indonesia, filling a critical gap in the literature. A cross-sectional study was conducted with 150 nurses from Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Deli Serdang (RSUDDS) in Medan, Indonesia. Participants were selected using stratified random sampling based on their shift types (morning, evening, night). Fatigue was measured using the Nurse Fatigue Scale (NFS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), while productivity was assessed through both self-reports and objective task completion data. Statistical analyses included one-way ANOVA, multiple regression, and effect size calculations (Cohen’s d). Night shift nurses reported significantly higher fatigue levels (mean NFS = 32.4) and lower productivity (mean self-reported productivity = 6.1) compared to morning (NFS = 28.3; productivity = 7.2) and evening shift nurses (NFS = 30.1; productivity = 6.9). The differences were statistically significant (p < 0.01). Cohen’s d for the comparison of fatigue between night and morning shifts was 0.68, indicating a moderate effect. Multiple regression analysis revealed that fatigue (β = -0.48, p < 0.001), shift type (β = -0.29, p < 0.01), and work environment factors (β = -0.35, p < 0.05) were significant predictors of nurse productivity. Night shifts were strongly associated with higher fatigue and lower productivity among nurses. To mitigate these effects, hospitals should consider implementing policies such as limiting consecutive night shifts and providing structured rest breaks. Further research, particularly longitudinal studies, is needed to explore causal relationships and test scheduling interventions to optimize nurse well-being and performance. Keywords:  Shift work, Occupational health, Nurse productivity, Fatigu

This study aimd to examine the extent of internet media use and its impact on sales growth among MSMEs in Tanjung Balai City. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative study using a qualitative triangulation approach, which integrates observation, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to strengthen data validity without conducting statistical tests. The results of the study indicate that optimal use of internet media results in an average increase in sales of 32% compared to the period before adoption. The most widely used media and contributing to this increase is Facebook social media. Other findings in this study suggest that MSME actors still lack a strategic understanding of how to utilize digital platforms effectively and other obstacles related to limited technological infrastructure and high market competition, which hinder product visibility and consumer engagement. These results indicate the need for capacity building initiatives and digital literacy training to help MSMEs maximize the benefits of internet media for business growth. Keywords: Digital Marketing, MSMEs, Tool

The Effect of Work Environment, Organizational Commitment and Competence on Employee Performance at UPTD Puskesmas Abang II

    Get PDF
This study investigates employee performance in public health services at the community health center level, focusing on how internal and external factors shape outcomes. Using a quantitative approach, it explores whether organizational commitment mediates the impact of the work environment and competence on performance. The research surveyed all 64 staff at UPTD Puskesmas Abang II, collecting data through carefully tested questionnaires. Analysis included reliability, validity, classical assumption checks, and path analysis. Key findings reveal that a supportive work environment and higher competence both significantly strengthen organizational commitment. Additionally, the work environment and competence each directly enhance employee performance, while organizational commitment independently boosts performance levels. However, organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between the work environment or competence and performance. This suggests that although commitment is beneficial, it does not serve as a connecting pathway in this context—possibly due to factors like work stress, organizational culture, or heavy workloads. The study highlights the importance of managerial efforts to align employee values with organizational goals, foster motivation, and deepen commitment to ensure sustained improvements in employee performance. Keywords: Put your keywords here, keywords are separated by comma. In Indonesia, stunting has emerged as a critical national issue that must be addressed as it significantly affects the potential and quality of human resources. One of the initiatives implemented by Puskesmas Multiwahana to combat stunting is the evaluation of the supplementary feeding program, specifically the 'One Egg per Day' initiative for stunted toddlers. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the program using a qualitative approach, employing in-depth interviews with nine informants. The evaluation framework consists of three components: Input (Man, Money, Material, Method), Process (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), and Output (Program Coverage). Findings indicated that the 'One Egg per Day' program at Puskesmas Multiwahana has been effectively implemented, successfully providing eggs to stunted toddlers. However, several challenges remain, particularly in monitoring consumption and distribution. In conclusion, the program faces limitations in supervision frequency and relies primarily on weight and height measurements for evaluation, highlighting the need for improved monitoring mechanisms to enhance its overall impact
