Dampak negatif leverage dan periode pandemi Covid-19 pada kinerja perusahaan sektor konstruksi di Indonesia
Company Size, Leverage, and the Anomalous Year of COVID-19 on the financial performance (ROA) of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2017-2022) using panel regression. The findings reveal that the CFO has no significant impact on ROA. At the same time, Leverage negatively affects ROA, and Company Size positively affects it. The COVID-19 Anomalous Year significantly and negatively influences financial performance, highlighting the pandemic’s disruptive effect. These findings offer insights into financial performance factors, emphasizing the importance of adaptive management strategies during uncertain economic conditions.

Urban Farming Dengan Teknologi Precision Farming Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat dan Pemanfaatan Lahan Kosong
Urban Farming is proposed as a solution for unused land (empty land), as well as allowing residents to increase productivity by managing unproductive empty land. The community service program (PKM) is implemented by STIE Indonesia Jakarta in partnership with PT Alif Tekno Farm (ATF). PKM was carried out in Kebon Baru, Tebet, South Jakarta, near the Ciliwung river. The priority of this community service is to empower unemployed individuals or communities while utilizing empty land in urban areas. This program uses precision farming technology with a Smart Nutrition Valve (KNP) tool that saves water, fertilizer, energy and labor. The commodity being developed is a short-lived fruit plant (65 days) which is suitable for lowland areas, namely melons. Training and mentoring is carried out by PT ATF from sowing to harvest. Furthermore, training and assistance in financial management and marketing of harvests was carried out by the STIE Indonesia PKM team. At the end of the program, the target community has independence in managing and developing sustainable urban farming
Pengaruh leverage, intensitas modal, dan intensitas persediaan terhadap tarif pajak efektif pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2022
This research study investigates the effective tax rates. It aims to provide empirical evidence of the impact of leverage, capital, and inventory intensity on the effective tax rate. The study uses specific selection criteria to focus on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. A total of sixty-eight companies were chosen as samples through purposive sampling. The samples were then analyzed and tested using the multiple linear regression method. The study results indicate that the leverage variable affects the effective tax rate. At the same time, capital intensity does not affect the effective tax rate. On the other hand, inventory intensity has also been proven to affect the company's effective tax rate.

Cegah Stunting Melalui Pendampingan Ibu Balita di Posyandu RW 01 Kelurahan Kampung Bandar, Kecamatan Senapelan, Pekanbaru
The problem health of stunting needs serious attention. This activity aims to assist and increase the knowledge of mothers at posyandu picking happy days in achieving the goal of preventing stunting in children in order to achieve a state of complete physical and mental well being and free from chronic diseases. The method used in this activity is in the form of health counseling using a tool in the form of posters. Participants were given material on stunting and continued with a question and answer session, where there was filling out of knowledge questionnaires before dan after health counseling. The activity participants, namely mothers at the posyandu, picked happy days as many as people where the activity lasted 100 minutes. All mother of child were able to understand well to prevent stunting by increase in the average value of knowledge from 5.4 to 7.8 (pre-test and post-test results) of 2.5 points. Pendampingan Pembuatan Desain Kemasan Pada UMKM Di Desa Sumbernangka
Sumbernangka is one of the villages in Arjasa District which has various potentials that need to be developed. This service activity is very important to carry out immediately in order to create independent and prosperous MSMEs. There are two priority problems that will be resolved through this service activity, namely the problem of MSME actors not being aware of the importance of packaging design and the problem of not knowing how to create attractive packaging designs. Therefore, this activity was carried out with the aim of providing education to the public about the importance of packaging design and providing training on how to make good packaging. The activities carried out are in the form of outreach and training. This method is deemed appropriate to solve the problems experienced by SMEs in Sumbernangka Village. There are three stages carried out during the implementation of activities, namely the activity preparation stage, activity implementation stage and activity evaluation stage. The socialization and training activities carried out were able to increase participants' understanding of packaging design. Apart from that, this activity is also able to increase the competency of MSMEs in Sumbernangka village in creating packaging designs using the Canva application
Literasi Memulai Usaha Baru Dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Sederhana Bagi Usaha Kecil Di Kelurahan Jakasampurna Bekasi
Small businesses play an important role in driving the local economy, creating jobs and supporting inclusive economic growth. Many small businesses are run by the community, but most business actors are still confused about starting a new business and do not have adequate knowledge and skills in managing their business finances. This service activity was carried out with the aim of providing literacy in starting a new business and simple financial management for small businesses in Jakasampurna Bekasi Village. This activity was carried out on 11 and 21 August 2023 at Jakasampurna Bekasi Village and was carried out in two stages, namely delivery of material and evaluation. Participants in this activity were 20 mothers who were members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK). The final result of this activity was an increase in participants' understanding of the material presented, this was proven through the results of the pre-test and post-test which before taking part in the literacy activity the level of participants' understanding was 50-80% and after taking part in literacy the level of understanding of the participants increased to 80-100 %, and there was a participant satisfaction level of 91% who said they were very satisfied. The very high level of participant satisfaction, namely 91%, shows that this activity has fulfilled the participants' expectations in starting a new business and simple financial management
Pemberdayaan Keterampilan Literasi Matematika melalui Metode Picture and Picture pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar
he community service activity aimed to enhance students' mathematical literacy skills using the Picture and Picture (PnP) method. The PnP method is a method that supports students' success in solving learning problems, especially in mathematics lessons. The PnP method can create students' sense of knowledge visually or with real images, which students really need in creating an ideal learning atmosphere so that students can directly experience the visuals of mathematics lessons. The method used in this activity is in the form of a lecture by providing counseling on how to learn using the PnP method so as to improve students' skills in solving mathematical problems. Students are given counseling using PowerPoint and video media. Then participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and then 4 discussion groups were formed to discuss problems related to how to learn using the PnP method. The activity took place on Monday, May 20 2024, participants were students of SDN Duri Kepa 03 West Jakarta. From the pre-test results through questions and answers from 30 students, knowledge about the Picture and Picture method was still in the poor category, while the post-test results showed an increase in knowledge of around 82% of students with a good level of knowledge
Efektivitas advertising, brand image, dan harga kompetitif terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan merek XYZ di Kabupaten Gresik
The aim of this research is to study consumer behavior based on purchasing decisions. Based on observations in the literature, advertising, brand image, and competitive prices are components that make consumers decide what to buy. There are 150 respondents for this type of quantitative survey research. Consumers in the Gresik Regency area who have purchased or are currently consuming XYZ brand instant noodles were given a questionnaire as part of the data collection process. Hypothesis testing is made possible by multiple linear regression methodology in this study. Research findings show that in the Gresik area, advertising does not have a significant effect on purchasing XYZ brand instant noodles. Meanwhile, brand image and competitive prices have a significant influence on the decision to purchase instant noodle brand XYZ. Purchasing decision variables are influenced significantly, both partially and jointly, by advertising, brand image and competitive price variables. Future developments in this research could consider three main factors: advertising, brand image, and competitive pricing. For more comprehensive research, other variables such as product quality and psychological factors that influence purchasing decisions can also be included to provide more important contributions regarding this area of research
Analysis of multi-factor evaluation process methods in the decision to choose Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance
Insurance is a crucial financial institution that helps mitigate monetary loss for individuals and businesses. To select suitable insurance products, particularly Sharia life insurance, customers need efficient approaches and relevant information regarding their specific conditions, such as age and payment terms. The Multi-Factor Evaluation Method (MFEP) enhances decision-making by providing accurate and effective evaluations. This research ranks Sharia life insurance products based on their evaluation scores, with the AJSB Assalam Family product receiving the highest score of 3.60, making it the recommended choice for customers. Mitra Iqra' Plus scored 2.80, and Mitra Mabrur Plus scored 2.40.

Analysis of the application of Sharia principles in student savings products
This research aims to determine the application of Sharia principles to student savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Simpang Limun and to explain the application of the contracts used in student savings. This research includes field research with a qualitative approach. In terms of its nature, the research is descriptive and analytical. Data was obtained using primary and secondary data by taking samples from staff employees of Bank Syariah, which were taken from interviews regarding student savings. The research results show that Islamic Sharia has implemented student savings at this bank. However, the bank still needs to carry out a less active and effective level of promotion, so student savings are still relatively low. Bank staff must strive for more active and effective marketing in increasing awareness about the benefits of student savings products to encourage more potential customers.
