    Faktor Pembentuk Brand Love, Word Of Mouth, Dan Repurchase Intention Atas Produk Hedonis: Telaah Pada Pelanggan Produk Gunpla Merek Bandai

    This study aims to analyze the factors that influence brand love, as well as its implications for word of mouth, and repurchase intention. Rooted in the theory of interpersonal love and relationships, this research is an expansion of previous research models by accommodating aspects of brand community, brand experience and price perception. Empirical data was collected through an online survey of 100 samples of Bandai Gunpla consumers living in Indonesia. Hypothesis testing is done through Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Based on the estimation of the structural model that has been carried out, the results show that self-expressiveness has a positive effect on brand love, brand trust has a positive effect on brand love, brand community has a positive effect on brand love, brand love has a positive effect on WOM and e-WOM, brand love has a positive effect on repurchase intention and brand experience has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the hypothesis of the positive effect of hedonic products on brand love and price perception on repurchase intention was not proven in this study.   &nbsp

    This research aims to determine whether company size, profitability, audit opinion, and auditor reputation significantly affect audit report lag. This research was conducted at property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2021. Return measures the natural logarithm of total assets, company size, and profitability on Assets (ROA). Audit opinion and auditor reputation are measured using the nominal scale with dummy variables. The type of this research is quantitative, with purposive sampling as the technique of selecting samples, and 26 companies were selected as samples. The data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. Based on the analysis results, it was proven that company size, profitability, and audit opinion had a significant effect on the audit report lag. Meanwhile, the reputation of a public accounting firm has no significant effect on audit report lag on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  &nbsp

    Financial distress and earnings management: The role of audit quality

    This research was aimed to examine the effect of financial distress on earnings management, moderated by audit quality in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange 2017 – 2020. The type of data in this study is secondary data with a sample selection method that is purposive sampling method. The analysis model used is panel data, regression analysis and data processing using Eviews12. The sample in this research is 83 manufacturing companies for the 2017-2020 research year. The results of this study indicate that the financial distress variable has a significant negative effect on earnings management and audit quality variable weakens financial distress on earnings management. &nbsp

    This study aims to determine and calculate the score of financial distress by using the financial ratios Altman Z-Score model. In addition, this research also aims to determine the liquidity ratio, profitability, leverage, market testing, and activity will significantly contribute to the discriminant equation. Data were collected from Shariah hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the stock index Indonesian sharia before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Research result shows that using the Altman model, two companies in 2019 and 4 companies in 2020 have the potential to experience financial distress. Besides the results, research shows a significant influence between the liquidity ratio, profitability, and leverage on the Altman Z-Score discriminant equation. Then the results of subsequent research show a significant difference between the Altman Z-Score model in predicting financial distress in sub-company the hotel, restaurant, and sharia tourism sector listed on the Indonesian sharia stock index before the pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic

    This research is aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, knowledge of investment and motivation on students investment decisions in the sharia capital market. This research is carried out using quantitative approaches that obtain primary data from the spread of questionnaire. The data analysis carried out is the analysis of multiple linier regression. The population in this study were PTKIN student from East Java majoring in Sharia financial management, totaling 2.358 students. The sample used based on the slovin formula is 96 students. The result of this research show that financial literacy and knowledge of investment have an influence on students investmen decisions in the sharia capital market.     This study aims to determine the role of grit and self-efficacy on work engagement for health workers at type C hospitals in Depok City. The data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample size in this study was 200 respondents. The results showed that grit positively and significantly affects work engagement. Grit has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Self-efficacy mediates the relationship between grit which has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Based on the Variance Accounted For (VAF) calculation, self-efficacy mediates partially. With self-efficacy, grit will affect increasing work engagement. This research can provide literature about the role of grit and self-efficacy on the work engagement of nurses at Type C Hospital. This research is helpful for hospitals in developing strategies to increase nurse work engagement

    Perception of Islamic student interest in stock investment: financial literacy, financial behavior, and risk perception

    Research that focuses on the perception of Islamic students in investing has not been carried out. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors (financial literacy, financial behavior, and risk perception) that arouse interest in investing in Muslim students. This research is sourced from primary data obtained from respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The data collected can be processed 100 from a sample of 195 respondents, which is measured by the Slovin formula. The sample was taken by means of convenience sampling, which is part of the population targeted in this study, namely students who are Muslim who are students of the National University of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are data analysis techniques used in this study with the program STATA Statistics version 16. Based on study’s results, it was found that financial literacy and financial behavior variables had a significant and positive effect on investment interest, while risk perception was not significant in attracting investment interest in Muslim students in the management study program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, National University. Suggestions in the future that it is necessary to promote financial literacy and provide training with insight into financial literacy and financial behavior in promoting investment interest, especially in Muslim students

    This research aimed to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility and firm size on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. The population of the research subject was companies listed on the LQ45 index in the period 2017-2019. The method of determining the sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique and obtained 57 sample observation data. This research is causal, and data analysis was done by moderation regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The data analysis showed that corporate social responsibility had a negative and significant effect on firm value, firm size did not affect firm value, and profitability could not moderate the influence of corporate social responsibility. However, it could moderate the influence of firm size on firm value
