Hubungan kualitas pelayanan, physical evidence dan keputusan berkunjung : efek mediasi minat
This study has a purpose: to analyze whether the decision to visit the Muaro Jambi Temple tourist attraction area is influenced by the service quality variable and physical evidence through the variable interest in the visit. As the research population in this study, it was determined that all visitors to the Muaro Jambi Temple tourism object during 2021. The number of research samples used was 100 respondents. The research approach uses a quantitative approach, while the research method is a survey. The data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS). Before testing the data, the first thing to do is test the outer model, which includes validity and reliability tests. The results are that the quality of service affects the interest in visiting, the service to visitors affects the decision to visit, physical evidence affects a person's interest in visiting, and physical evidence affects the decision to visit. Interest affects the decision to pay a visit to the tourist attraction of the Muaro Temple area. 
Determinan karakteristik keuangan perusahaan terhadap manajemen pajak
This study aims to determine the factors that influence tax management by using the effective tax rate as a measuring indicator. Several factors of the company's financial characteristics are used, such as capital intensity ratio, profitability, leverage, and size. This study analyzes the effect of capital intensity ratio, profitability, leverage, and size on tax management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The use method is quantitative. The sample was selected through purposive sampling; as many as 244 data were used for five years from 2017 to 2020. The data collection method is the non-participant observation method. Data acquisition sources using secondary data and data processing techniques use multiple regression tests. This study result concludes that it has a significant positive effect on the company's profitability variable on tax management and a positive relationship between the capital intensity ratio variable on tax management. Furthermore, a positive impact of company size on tax management has been confirmed. At the same time, leverage is also significantly positive on tax management
Financial performance analysis of sharia banking with maqashid shariah index method
This study aims to determine the financial performance of Islamic banking using the Maqashid Shariah Index financial approach. This study uses a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia operating from 2015 to 2020. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 10 Islamic commercial banks with six years of observation. Data was used in this study in the form of secondary data. The data collection technique uses the documentation method in the form of annual financial reports (annual reports) on the official website of each Islamic commercial bank. The results of the study prove that 1) Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) ranks first in calculating the performance of the maqashid sharia index, and Bank BTPN Syariah (BTPNS) ranks lowest. 2) In general, Islamic banks in Indonesia have fulfilled the three objectives of sharia well, so in the future, this good achievement needs to be developed and improved. Management may be made to determine and implement a reasonable and also appropriate strategy, such as increasing the knowledge and capabilities of the company's human resources, optimizing capital, developing various financing products, and maintaining a spirit of cooperation between Islamic financial institutions with related customer
Relationship Model of Capital Structure, Profitability and Profit Growth
This study aimed to determine the effect of capital structure and Profitability on profit growth. The sample collected secondary data from companies in the Food and Beverage Industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with the following criteria: (1) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; (2) Issued audited financial statements for the period 2017-2019. The data needed in this study was taken from the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) 2017-2019. Statistical tests were carried out with t-test and multiple linear regression analysis before this test, first the classical assumption test. The study results show that: Capital structure does not affect profit growth, while Profitability has a significant positive effect on profit growth

This research aims to analyze and determine the accuracy of the dimensions of brand equity (brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand associations in influencing brand trust. This study examines instant noodle brands as research objects. The number of samples used was 170 respondents. The sample determination used was the purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. In analyzing the data, it was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand associations affect consumer trust. This research is expected to confirm the accuracy of the dimensions of brand equity in predicting consumer trust. The practical contribution of this research is that it can provide information to academics and practitioners about the application of brand equity dimensions in predicting consumer trust in instant noodles: indomie and mie sedaap
The impact of the tourism and cultural industries on the economic conditions of the people of the west coast district of Lampung
This study aims to determine the role of the government in managing the tourism industry on the west coast of Lampung province and the determinants that influence the management of Tourism and Culture to improve the economic conditions. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation and in-depth interviews with key respondents. The results show that the tourism problem is very urgent, given that Indonesia is rich in natural resources, both in terms of culture, local wisdom, and other natural potentials, west coast of Lampung province, as a tourist destination, is very important as a source of state income whose implementation is still cooperation is needed from elements of the government, stakeholders, the community, to jointly organize professional tourism, in addition, to support in the form of policies in community empowerment
The Influence of Covid-19 Daily Cases, World Oil Prices, World Gold Prices And Rupiah Exchange Rates
This study aims to clarify the effect of the daily number of reported cases of Covid-19, World Oil Prices, World Gold Prices, and the rupiah exchange rate on the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index during the Covid-19 Pandemic, both in the short and long-term. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of Error Correction Mechanism using Eviews software. The data collected is daily time series data from March 2, 2020 to July 30, 2021, so the number of samples collected is 341 samples. The results of the study stated that the increase of daily reported Covid-19 cases had a negative impact on the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index in the short term, however, in the long-term, the increase of daily reported cases of Covid-19 has no effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. Meanwhile, World Oil Prices have a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index both in the short term and in the long-term. This study did not find any short-term or long-term effect between the World Gold Price on the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index. A significant negative effect was found, both in the short term and in the long-term, in the relationship between the Rupiah Exchange Rate on the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index. 
Are Legal Aspects, New Normal (Covid-19), and Entrepreneurial Characteristics Important for the Growth of Higher Education Industry Performance in DKI Jakarta?
This research is a quantitative research conducted to find out how big and how important is the role of business legality, New Normal (Covid-19) and the entrepreneurial character of an entrepreneur, especially on business performance in the form of market share, profitability, and business productivity, especially in the business sector of universities in Indonesia. DKI Jakarta. Determination of the sample was carried out by purposive sampling with a sample of 150 respondents consisting of lecturers, students, and several university officials in DKI Jakarta. In this study using SEM-PLS as a test analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurial characteristics of business actors have a vital role in the growth of business performance, while the legal aspect of business does not have a significant influence in improving the performance of higher education institutions in DKI Jakarta, both from the point of view of profitability, market share, and business productivity.
 
Tingkat underpricing saham syariah dan non syariah saat IPO dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya
Underpricing is a condition where the stock price of a company when conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) is below the stock price when it is in the secondary market. In Indonesia, shares are divided into two types, namely Islamic shares and non-Sharia shares. This study aims to determine the effect of underwriter reputation, investment risk, profitability, financial leverage, and company size on the level of underpricing of Islamic stocks and non-Islamic stocks. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with cross section data type. The results of the study found that there were differences that affected the underpricing of Islamic and non-Islamic stocks. In Islamic stocks, underpricing is only influenced by financial leverage, while underpricing for non-Sharia stocks is influenced by investment risk and company size. This study provides an overview to investors who have the aim of investing in companies that are IPOs for profit so that they carefully consider the influence of underwriter variables, investment risk, company size, financial leverage, and profitability. For companies, this research provides an overview for companies so that they can make the right decisions in offering optimal share prices. And for further researchers, these findings can be used as a reference to be able to do better research in the future
Eksistensi bisnis kuliner halal melalui digital marketing di era new normal
This study aims to analyze the existence of the halal culinary business through digital marketing in the new normal era. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that the halal culinary business in the new normal era still exists. This is supported by the application of digital marketing, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and business opportunities in the form of the majority of the Indonesian population being Muslim, increasing demand for halal food, business digitization, lifestyle, easy halal certification, product diversity, local wisdom, efficiency and effectiveness as well as the development of e-commerce. However, the challenges faced are in the form of business sustainability, other cheaper halal products, variety of products from large industries, ease of entering the market and the emergence of similar new businesses. For this reason, alternative strategies include utilizing social media by displaying complete information regarding shops or stalls and products, displaying clear and attractive images, establishing good communication with customers, offering promos or discounts, paying attention to customer reviews and correcting any mistakes and being active on social media
