No full textThis article describes the concept of al Ujrah in Islam, which is appropriate as a reference for problems faced by companies or entrepreneurs when experiencing economic difficulties, especially learning from the experience of financial difficulties when faced with the issue of the Covid-19 pandemic 2.5 years ago. As well as the conditions in 2023 presented by the Indonesian and world economies will experience a recession or economic difficulties, so 2023 will be a year full of challenges and struggles for companies in terms of the policy of retaining employees with wages that have been stipulated in work contracts or wage adjustments by making new contracts. The purpose of this research, of course, is to provide accurate and correct references to become a reference for creating policies that are fair for employees as well as safe for companies or employers. This research is a research with a literature study. The data source used is the primary data source. Data collection techniques with literature studies and documentation. The analysis technique was carried out using the meta-analysis-aggregation method, selecting this data analysis to elaborate themes on zakat problems, then forming an analysis framework (conceptual framework), and finally formulating a synthesis by summarizing the various research results or summarizing. The results of the study show that Al Ujrah (wages) are payments or rewards, which can be in the form of goods, money, or other types of assets. Wages are given as an achievement for the results of business or services that have been provided by individuals. Payment of wages (al-ujrah) is carried out based on a work contract (contract), so adjustments to the mechanism and its implementation must also be carried out by deliberation and agreement between the workers and the employer, reflecting fairness and mutual understanding

No full textThis Community Service Activity was carried out with the aim of providing training to the millennial generation in finding inspiration to start their business and motivating participants to be able to start their business by utilizing digital media or existing platforms. In addition, the millennial generation should be able to grow creativity and be able to think creatively to create a business or business opportunity, and be able to calculate the cost of products and the selling price of the products produced so that they can provide benefits for success. The activities are divided into 3 stages of training and are both bold and alluring. The training implementation method uses the service learning method approach through three stages, namely preparation, training and evaluation. The final result of this training was an increase in the proportion of correct answers in the pre-test and post-test implementation and there was a partner satisfaction level of 89%, very satisfied and 11% satisfied
Pendapatan daerah dan fiskal stress akibat Covid-19 di Indonesia
No full textThis research project seeks to analyze and gather evidence about regional income and whether the Covid-19 pandemic has caused fiscal stress in all provinces of Indonesia. The data used includes the budgets for all provinces in Indonesia for 2018 and 2019 prior to the pandemic, and for 2020 and 2021 during the pandemic, with a total of 34 provinces included in the study. The sampling method utilized was saturated sampling, while data processing was done through the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with SPSS 26. The findings indicate that there were notable differences in regional income, transfers to regions, and village funds before and during the pandemic, leading to fiscal stress. This component is crucial to regional income, as it directly involves the central government, and thus the pandemic has had a significant impact on the provinces. However, there were no differences in regional original income or other income before and during the pandemic, indicating that there was no fiscal stress

No full textThis study aims to examine the influence factors of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social environment influences and trust in intentions and actual use of fintech online stock investments. The measurement method in this study used a questionnaire distributed online to online stock investment fintech users in the areas of Jakarta, Bekasi, Depok, and Tangerang. The data processing method used is descriptive quantitative with samples taken using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is the PLS-SEM analysis method. The results obtained in this study indicate that the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, social influence, and perceived trust has a significant effect on the intention and actual use of fintech online stock investment.

How affection leads to overall brand equity and brand awareness? The mediating role of activation

The aim of this study is to examine how the presence of affection influences activation and further, both the overall brand equity and brand awareness. In addition, this study examines activation acting as a mediation factor in the relationship between affection and overall brand equity as well as between affection and brand awareness. There were 202 respondents who had purchased Excelso products participating in this study. The data was analyzed with a structural equation modeling. The findings of this research show affection influences activation and, further, both overall brand equity and brand awareness. In addition, activation mediates the relationship between affection and overall brand equity and between affection and brand awarenes
The urgency of digital literacy in social media to prevent fraud in Islamic banking
No full textThis study explores the use of social media to promote digital literacy and prevent Islamic banking fraud. The article argues that social media is a crucial space for people to access information and has an important role in disseminating information widely. These have not succeeded despite efforts to prevent Islamic banking fraud on social media. Reports from We Are Social, and the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kemenkominfo) indicate that the percentage of social media usage in Indonesia is high, and the number of fraud cases has also increased. To address this issue, social media can provide education and information on fraud prevention through various means, such as fraud material, forms or ways of fraud, and tips on avoiding fraud.

Digital literacy has always been a significant problem. It has a significant role in overcoming problems in the era of Revolution 4.0. Meanwhile, social media has become the closest space for people to carry out their activities, including obtaining information. Therefore, digital literacy can be optimized on social media platforms to prevent current fraud, namely fraud with the type of social engineering in Islamic banking.

The effect of operational audit and implementation of internal control on the effectiveness of health services in hospitals
No full textPurpose: This study aims to examine whether operational audits and the implementation of internal controls affect the effectiveness of hospital health services.
Methods: This study included all employees at a hospital in East Jakarta. The sample was drawn by purposive sampling, resulting in 76 respondents, 65 of whom successfully returned the questionnaires. The approach used was quantitative, and data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26.0.
Findings: The results showed that (1) Operational Audit has a positive and significant effect on Health Service Effectiveness. (2) Implementation of Internal Control on Health Service Effectiveness. (3) Operational Audit and Internal Control Implementation simultaneously positively and significantly affect the Effectiveness of Health Services.
Practical Implications: This study shows that integrating Operational Audit and Internal Control is essential to improve the effectiveness of hospital services. Operational Audit identifies system weaknesses, while Internal Control strengthens the patient service process. Combining both increases efficiency and patient satisfaction, so it needs to be part of the strategy to improve the quality of health services

No full textThe Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted global establishment by accelerating digital transformation, forcing many entrepreneurs to undergo significant transformations. This study aims to determine the influence of digital leadership and collaboration on young entrepreneurs' digital skills in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The empirical analysis was conducted using non-probability sampling and obtained 150 millennial entrepreneurs. After passing the reliability and validity tests, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that digital collaboration has a significant influence on the skills of young entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, digital leadership has no significant effect on digital skills. Furthermore, contributions for digital collaboration practitioners and policymakers play an essential role in improving the digital skills of young entrepreneurs in the Covid-19 Pandemic era

No full textPoverty alleviation in Indonesia today must be a joint agenda for Indonesian Muslims so that it does not only demand the government to solve the increasing poverty immediately. The way to do that is by paying zakat because most Indonesians are Muslim. Zakat is said to be able to overcome poverty which is increasing because zakat is a collection of capital for people in need, which the government also legalizes. Capital management not only comes from using existing natural resources but also utilizes mandatory donations for people who can afford it. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using research techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the managed zakat funds are very beneficial for the community, especially the people in Bojonegoro Regency. Various programs have helped many people in Lazismu, Bojonegoro Regency.

Zakat plays a role in overcoming various problems, such as poverty, income inequality, and unemployment. Using zakat funds must be more beneficial for people in need; therefore, Lazismu Bojonegoro Regency must optimize the distribution of zakat funds for people who need them.
