Analisis determinan kinerja pasar modal (IDX30) di Indonesia
No full textIndonesia has a capital market called the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). IDX performance can be measured from existing indices and one of them is the IDX30 index. IDX 30 performance can be influenced by several factors such as macroeconomic variables and CPO prices. This research aims to determine movements in capital market performance in Indonesia caused by influencing factors. The VECM method will be used in this research. The research period starts from 2019 to June 2023. The result of this research is that CPO prices and inflation have a positive influence, while reference interest and exchange rates have a negative influence on IDX30 performance in the short and long term. The performance response of the IDX30 is most influenced by the IDX30 variables themselves.

The research hopes that the relevant parties, especially the government, issuers and investors can take the necessary policies. The results of this research can be a reference material in predicting capital market movements in Indonesia, especially the IDX30 index, which is caused by factors that influence it, such as macroeconomics and CPO prices
Pemediasian Kinerja Keuangan: Manajemen laba dan Kebijakan dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
No full textThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of earnings management and dividend policy on firm value with financial performance as the intervening variable. Firm value is an indicator of financial performance for companies that have gone public. High corporate value will indicate high shareholder prosperity. The research was conducted using population data from 168 listed manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 - 2019. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling and used the SEM PLS regression analysis technique and path analysis which was processed using the WarpPLS 7.0 program. The research results show that earnings management and dividend policy directly affect financial performance and firm value. While financial performance is able to mediate the relationship between earnings management and firm value, as well as the relationship between dividend policy and firm value, financial performance can mediate these two variables

No full textThis research was carried out with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of profitability, cash holding, and firm size on earnings management through moderating managerial ownership. The type of research applied is causal based and involves quantitative methods from secondary data. The population of this study consists of companies in the real estate, property and building construction sectors that are officially listed on the IDX for the 2020-2023 period. Purposive sampling technique is a data collection technique. Data processing involves the Eviews version 10 application. Sample selection. Profitability has a positive influence on earnings management, cash holding does not affect earnings management, and company size does not affect earnings management. Meanwhile, managerial ownership cannot moderate profitability in earnings management, cash holding with earnings management can be moderated by managerial ownership, and company size in earnings management cannot be moderated by managerial ownership

No full textThe focus of empowerment in community service activities is oriented towards non-profit organizations which are one type of public sector organization. In the implementation of community service carried out, the assisted subjects chosen were the administrators (takmir) of the mosque in Kwangsan Village, Jumapolo District, Karanganyar Regency. The assisted subject was chosen because he saw the condition of managing the source of funds for the mosque in the village was considered massively lacking. This has an impact on the condition of the mosque which becomes poorly maintained. In this report, community service activities are carried out in Kwangsan Village, Jumapolo District, Karanganyar Regency. Community service activities were attended by approximately 25 participants in each session. In this activity, an explanation was given about increasing the use value of goods and the concept of accountability. All participants already understood the material presented. The results of the assistance were carried out optimally. There is also an increase in infaq and funding sources of mosques in Kwangsan Village

The aim of the training activities for making vegetable growing media using the hydroponic technique of the DFT system among students in Lamandau Regency is to become an alternative to appropriate technology that can be used to overcome land conversion problems. Students are chosen because they are agents of change now and in the future. The training method used in carrying out this activity is training with lectures and work demonstrations on making hydroponic DFT systems using planting media, as well as monitoring and evaluating the application of DFT. The result of this training activity is an increase in knowledge and skills for students regarding appropriate technology to overcome the problem of land conversion which is always increasing in the future as a preparatory step

The methods used in this journal are preparation, implementation and evaluation. The preparation method includes a meeting with the Dukuh Sutan Youth Organization, while the implementation method includes the presentation of material on political education, the evaluation stage in the form of discussion and questions and answers between socialization participants and resource persons. No full textMSME is an abbreviation for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Basically, MSMEs are the meaning of enterprises or businesses carried out by individuals, groups, small business entities, or households. Indonesia as a developing country makes MSMEs the main foundation of the community's economic sector, this is done to encourage the ability of independence to develop in society, especially in the economic sector. Therefore, competent Human Resources (HR) are needed to produce quality financial reports. This activity is carried out through outreach, training and mentoring to MSMEs and youth organizations in Mandalamekar Village. Based on the PKM activities that have been carried out, there are participants who are able to understand 87% of the material. Apart from that, based on the practice of making business proposals, four financial reports were successfully prepared according to wishes and were able to be presented using a laptop, not manually as before. Significant managerial implications, especially in terms of increasing access to business capital. The following are several managerial implications that can be identified: the mentoring process will help MSME owners and managerial staff to increase their understanding of making business proposals properly and correctly

No full textThis community service program aims to optimize the enhancement of teacher competencies at MTs Tarbiyatul Huda Bogor to support the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Policy. The activities were conducted on June 14-15, 2024, and are considered crucial in shaping students with Pancasila characteristics, namely being faithful and pious to God Almighty, having noble character, being independent, critical thinkers, creative, collaborative, and globally-minded. The program involved a series of training sessions focused on improving teachers' understanding and skills in integrating Pancasila values into the teaching process. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which includes the stages of To Know, To Understand, To Plan, To Act, and To Change. The results of this program indicate an improvement in teachers' competencies in designing and implementing lessons aligned with Pancasila values. Additionally, there was an increase in teachers' motivation and enthusiasm for integrating Pancasila values into the curriculum and school activities. It is expected that strengthening teacher competencies will positively impact the quality of education and the formation of student character in line with the Pancasila Student Profile. The program was evaluated through questionnaires completed by the teachers, with findings indicating the program's success in enhancing the quality of education and the relevance of Pancasila values at MTs Tarbiyatul Huda Bogor

No full textControlling the population of mosquitoes that cause Dengue Fever is one of the efforts to reduce the incidence of dengue virus infection. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge and understanding of the community in areas with high cases in Palu City. It is hoped that by increasing knowledge, DHF cases in the region will decrease and reduce morbidity rates. The method used is socialization about vector control and understanding the clinical conditions of dengue fever to anticipate high mortality cases caused by dengue virus infection. By increasing knowledge about how to eradicate the vector that causes dengue fever, it is hoped that the community can eradicate the Aedes aegypti mosquito vector massively. The stages in increasing knowledge and implementing dengue vector control are the introduction of 3M plus, signs and symptoms of dengue fever, when to see a doctor or health center and initial treatment if dengue symptoms arise. It is hoped that these habits can be applied starting from the school and family environment. From the design above, it is hoped that the output of this activity is an increase in knowledge about how to control dengue vectors and can reduce morbidity and mortality in areas with high dengue cases

No full textThis activity was carried out to increase community empowerment in Sedapurklagen village, Benjeng, Gresik, which produces butterfly pea flower crackers and moringa leaf crackers. The business managed by Mrs. Pamiati has been running since 2018. During the Covid-19 pandemic, this business experienced a decrease in turnover because the public demand also decreased. After the pandemic, the demand for butterfly pea flower crackers and moringa leaf crackers increased so that it was necessary to expand the business that focus on improving the quality and capacity of production. The problem faced by partners in the production sector is that the crackers produced tend to be fragile. So far, the process of making crackers has been carried out in the traditional way, hand-stirred, the measurement of raw materials is based on habit. In terms of equipment, it is also inadequate and less hygienic. In addition, when the rainy season arrives, the cracker dough cannot be dried, so it tends not to produce crackers. This training was attended by 10 participants/residents of Sedapurklagen village on September 8, 2024 and mentoring was held on September 15, 2024. The result was that participants gained an understanding and knowledge about the health potential and business potential of butterfly pea flower crackers and moringa leaf crackers, so that participants had the opportunity to increase their family's economic income
