Archaeological Site Festival and Local Identity : A Case Study of "SHIBAYAMA HANIWA FESTIVAL"
Get PDFわが国において遺跡は埋蔵文化財として捉えられ、長い間保護すべき対象として扱われてきた。しかし、近年になって遺跡を観光資源や「町おこし」などに積極的に活用しようという動きが出てきている。こうした傾向に対して、本稿では遺跡の活用のあり方の一つであり、現在全国各地で実施されている「遺跡まつり」を取り上げた。まず、全国各地で実施されている「遺跡まつり」の現状について概観し、教育普及型と町おこし型という「遺跡まつり」の類型化を試みた。その後、具体的な事例として町おこし型の「遺跡まつり」である「芝山はにわ祭」(千葉県芝山町)の歴史や催しものについて詳細に検討した。そして、この祭りは行政のバックアップによる「町おこし」としての役割だけでなく、地元の小中学生を古代人として参加させることによって「地域アイデンティティの創出」に寄与していることを指摘した。In Japan, archaeological sites were regarded as a cultural property and have been treatedas an object of conservation for a long time. However, archaeological sites are utilizedfor tourist attractions and "town revitalization" in recent years. In this paper, I picked up "archaeological site festival" and surveyed about the actual condition of the"archaeological site festival" in Japan. Study on health care reform and the pharmaceutical industry in the Cameron government in the UK : From the point of view of the industrial cycle
Get PDF現行安倍政権は2025年までを視野に入れた長期戦略である『イノベーション25』を上奏し、「イノベーション創造と生産性の向上」を成長戦略の中枢として医薬品・医療機器の開発を促進すべきであると主張した。この視点に基づき、医療先進国と謳われるイギリスの医療政策と同国の基幹産業とされる医薬品産業の動向を検証した。現行のキャメロン政権下では経済危機前のピーク水準を上回る成長が達成されているが、これを支えた個人消費の伸びは、実質所得の伸び悩みと生産性の改善不足から、鈍化に転じ今後の経済成長の伸び悩みが現れるものと予想され、現状でも厳しい緊縮財政が図られている。また、我が国と同様に人口の高齢化に対応した医療費削減策がサッチャー政権下より継続的に展開され、様々な医療制度改革が実施されている。この様な環境の中で、近年大手製薬業界の大規模なM&Aが展開され、市場の寡占化が進行したが、この背景となった市場動向を分析し、同時に同国の製薬産業に対する投資促進制度等を検証した。また、医療費削減のために採られたジェネリック医薬品処方に纏わる諸問題の存在も明らかにし、イギリスの行政面と産業面において我が国が参照すべき点や警戒すべき点等を考察した。Abe Cabinet, announced long-term strategy of the 2025 "Innovation 25". A Study about Commercial Books : Reference to the Crime of Fraudulent Bankruptcy Case of Article 374 of Japan's Bankruptcy Act prior to its Amendment in 2004
Get PDF本件の被告人は、破産会社の債権者であり、破産宣告確定前に、被告人及び同会社の代表取締役の利益を図り、一般債権者を害する目的をもって、破産財団に属する財産を隠匿し、被告人と代表取締役とが共謀のうえ、情を知らない税務会計事務所の職員を通じて、同税務会計事務所のパーソナルコンピュータで処理するフロッピーディスクに記録させた総勘定元帳ファイルに不正の記載をするとともに、内容虚偽の清算貸借対照表を提出した。被告人のこれらの行為を、最高裁判所は、財産隠匿等の罪(旧破産法374条1 号)、商業帳簿の不正記載等の罪(同条3 号)とした。また、最高裁は、破産法374条3 号にいう商業帳簿は、商法にいう会計帳簿及び貸借対照表をいうのであり、可視性、可読性が確保されている限り、これらの規定にいう商業帳簿として欠けるところはなく、帳簿の外形を備えた商業帳簿と差異はないと判示した。当時は、電子的記録に関する法律が未整備の時代であり、破産法、商法の電子化に対応した法律改正がまだなされていなかった。この判決で、被告人は財産隠匿の罪に問われたばかりではなく、電子的に作成された元帳ファイルへの改ざんが不正とされた。注目すべきは、電子的記録は可視性、可読性が確保されており、直ちに、プリントアウトできるのであれば、それは、商業帳簿と認められると判示したことである。本判決後、破産法は大改正された。本稿のテーマとして掲げている商業帳簿の位置づけも見直された。本判決以前は、商業帳簿のような自ら作成する書面には証拠力が乏しいとする学説が優勢であった。破産法は、商法との関わりが深く、また、刑事性を帯びてくると、刑法の適用が生じてくる。そして、商業帳簿の記録要件は商法と刑事訴訟法に規定されている。この破産法違反事件を題材に、改正された破産法における商業帳簿の位置づけ、商業帳簿の作成・保存等に関する商法の規定、書面の証拠能力に関し規定する刑事訴訟法、さらにその他の関連諸法規を見るなかで、電子的に作成された記録の真実性、真正性の確保は、どのようになされるべきか、などを考察する。At the time of the case, his friend, who was the representative director of company, wasa debtor, the condition of receiving an adjudication of bankruptcy by petitioning forbankruptcy. He was sentenced to a fraudulent bankruptcy punishment for thecrime that committed injustice by the false ledger file which was made electronically.In those days, before revision of the computerization of Bankruptcy Act and CommercialAct, this was first judgment by the Supreme Court in our country at that time.The Supreme Court gave a judgment, which was considered to be commercial books ifhe could print out a floppy made electronically and immediately. It was considered that itwas commercial books if he could print out even a ledger made electronically and immediately,as far as visibility, readability were secured.Not only the Supreme Court was accepted a ledger file made electronically in evidence,but also recognized that it was commercial books. After the judgment, the BankruptcyAct was revised greatly. With this revision, the text of the bankruptcy punishment waschanged, too.Before this judgment, the self-proof was in the opinion that they said a negative viewpointagainst the value of evidence of commercial books from an opinion that it wasproved. In addition, an opinion was divided about the value of evidence of commercialbooks made electronically.In late years, as for the law, revision occurred successively under the tide of the computerization.The Bankruptcy Act is a sect of the commercial Act, and the Criminal Actis related deeply when it becomes the criminal case. For that, we will take semiotic andtranslation studies point of views. A New Method of Character Input of the Tablet-PC
Get PDF現在、iPhone やスマートフォン、タブレットPCなどのモバイル機が、個人時代の情報機器として広く普及している。しかし、QWERTYキーボードが付属していないタブレットPCを用いて文書や表などを作成する場合、大量の文字情報を入力する方法に大きな弱点がある。一方、筆者が授業を担当している学生は、iPhone やスマートフォンを日常生活で多様に良く使いこなしている。そこで、筆者が、「iPhone やスマートフォンをタブレットPCの文字入力機器として使用した場合、便利か?」という調査を実施したところ、極めて限定的ではあるが、肯定的な結果を得た。特に、PCによる文字入力のスピードがより遅いグループの方が、事後において、より顕著に肯定的な回答をしている。特に、800字のPC入力に20分以上かかる学生にとって、iPhoneやスマートフォンによる文字入力は1.5倍速く入力できる。従って、iPhone やスマートフォンからタブレットPCに文字入力が出来る機能が登場すれば、市場を席捲する可能性が有る。Currently, mobile devices such as iPhone or Smartphone or Tablet-PC, are widely usedas information equipment of personal era.However, when some Word-documents or Excel-sheets are created by using a Tablet-PC without keyboard, there is a large weakness inhow to enter large amounts of text information.On the other hand, my students are masteringvery well in everyday life the mobile device.So, a survey was done as follows. "IfiPhone or Smartphone are used as a character input device of tablet-PC, is it a convenientmethod?" While it was very limited, but a positive result was obtained.In particular, studentof the slower group of PC-typing has a positive answer more pronounced. Get PDFプロオーディオの世界で使用されているワイヤレスマイクの歴史は50年以上にも前にさかのぼる。 今やワイヤレスマイクなくして映画作品、 テレビ番組制作はできないと言っても過言ではない。 また、 ライブ・コンサートをはじめとする各種イベント、 選挙の街頭演説、カラオケ、 教育機関の授業と枚挙にいとまないほどに、 ワイヤレスマイクは我々日常生活に深く入り込んでいる。 また、 携帯電話などの電波需要の増加に対応するため、 2011年6月1日の電波法改正で、 A型ワイヤレスマイクで使用していた周波数帯域が携帯電話専用となった。 そして、 2019年4月1日以降は、 全てのA型ワイヤレスマイクが一切使用できなくなる。 これに伴い、 全国の放送局はじめ劇場・ホール等で使用されている約27,000本(2014年2月推定)にも上るワイヤレスマイクは全てこれに則した製品への更新が発生する。 本学、 情報表現学科においても、 「映像ドラマ演習」 はじめ、 様々な演習系授業で、 映像実践においてのワイヤレスマイクの使用は避けられない。 しかし、 使用する場所によって電波がデッドポイント入り受信感度が極端に落ち、 音声がミュートすることがある。 この問題の解消を含め、 筆者の実践を踏まえ、 考察する。In the professional audio world, wireless microphones have a history of over 50 years. Today, wireless microphones are irreplaceable in the field of film and television production. Even more, wireless microphones are deeply entrenched in our daily lives where they are used in various situations and events such as concerts, presentations, karaoke and classrooms. In order to cope with the rising demand of radio waves resulting from the increase in mobile phones, the frequency band previously used by Type-A wireless microphones was designated for exclusive use with mobile phones in June 1, 2011 in Japan. With this change, all Type-A wireless microphones will become unusable starting April 1, 2019, and as result, approximately 23,000 wireless microphones used in broadcasting stations, theaters, concert halls and other venues around Japan will need to be replaced accordingly. In the Department of Information Expression, wireless microphones are essential as they are used in various exercises and settings in our classrooms. Depending on where a microphone is used, the radio wave may hit a dead point and the reception level of the microphone may drop significantly. In extreme cases, the volume may become completely mute.
