Interferência da distância de fotopolimerização na intensidade da luz emitida pelos fotopolimerizadores à luz led
Get PDFObjetivo: Verificar se a interposição de uma placa acrílica simulando diferentes espessuras de resina composta altera a intensidade da luz emitida durante a fotopolimerização. Método: Foram avaliados 22 fotopolimerizadores à luz LED, utilizados diariamente na clínica por cirurgiões-dentistas. Para avaliação da intensidade de luz emitida pelos fotopolimerizadores foi utilizado um radiômetro no qual, a ponta ativa do fotopolimerizador foi posicionada sobre o centro da peça acrílica e então foram efetuadas as leituras de acordo com as diferentes espessuras: 0, 2, 4, 6 e 8 mm. As leituras dos resultados foram realizadas em mW/cm². Resultados: Os resultados obtidos foram os seguintes: com a espessura de 0 e 2 mm, todos os aparelhos estavam adequados para o uso; com a distância de 4 mm, 1 aparelho (4,5%) apresentou necessidade de tempo de exposição compensatório e 1 aparelho (4,5%) estava inapto para uso; com a distância de 6 mm, 4 aparelhos (18,1%) necessitavam tempo de exposição compensatório e 2 aparelhos (9%) estavam inaptos para uso; com a distância de 8 mm, 5 aparelhos (22,7%) precisavam de tempo de exposição compensatório e 5 aparelhos (22,7%) estavam inaptos para uso. Conclusão: Uma vez que, a profundidade de fotopolimerização afeta as propriedades mecânicas, bem como a, dureza superficial e o selamento marginal, atuando como direcionador do sucesso ou do fracasso das restaurações de resina composta é necessário um rigoroso cuidado em relação à manutenção dos aparelhos fotopolimerizadores.

No full textResumo: O trabalho discute a teoria dos bens jurídico-penais, fundamento racionalizador do poder punitivo estatal, questionando-a a partir das demandas do Direito Penal Moderno. O objetivo é confrontar as funções declaradas, no âmbito dogmático, com fundamentos do Direito Penal Moderno, valendo-se para isso, de um conjunto de julgados que trabalham as duas temáticas no Superior Tribunal de Justiça e do Supremo Tribunal Federal. Nesse sentido, a metodologia é de revisão bibliográfica e análise jurisprudencial. Percebeu-se que as funções racionalizadoras têm sido usadas de forma retórica pela doutrina e pela jurisprudência, na medida que implicam formas de expansão do Direito Penal, afastando-se dos escopos para as quais foram idealizadas pelos clássicos iluministas, o que demanda, desse modo, nova releitura da teoria dos bens jurídicos à luz dos Direitos Humanos. The author aims to confront the declared functions of the dogmatic with the points of the modern criminal law, using for it decisions from the High Courts. In this sense was used, metodologicaly, literature review and jurisprudencial analisy. The results points to a rhetorical use of the theory, by the the doctrine and cases law analysis, based on evidence of ways of expansionism of criminal law. No full textResumo: O presente artigo tem como objeto aportar reflexões sobre o tema da sustentabilidade numa perspectiva interdisciplinar. A proposta é demonstrar que não é possível compreender o significado e alcance desta categoria apenas na perspectiva dos saberes disciplinares e enfatizar a necessidade de uma redescoberta revitalizada na inter-relação dos elementos humano e não humano que integram a casa comum, a partir da ecologia integral. O artigo inicia com reflexões sobre a produção do conhecimento interdisciplinar nas ciências humanas e sociais; prossegue, analisando a sustentabilidade nas suas variadas dimensões e, ao final, propõe uma sustentabilidade baseada na ecologia integral e na empatia global. Com a finalidade de cumprir o objetivo proposto, a pesquisa constitui-se em um ensaio teórico, realizado a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica para a busca de subsídios aos argumentos de abordagem indutiva.Palavras-chave: Sustentabilidade. Epistemologia interdisciplinar. Ecologia integral. Abstract: This article aims to contribute with reflections on the theme of sustainability from an interdisciplinary perspective. The proposal is to demonstrate that it is not possible to understand the meaning and scope of this category only from the perspective of disciplinary knowledge and emphasize the need for a revitalized rediscovery of the interrelationship of human and non-human elements that make up the Earth, from the integral ecology. The article begins with reflections on the production of interdisciplinary knowledge in the humanities and social sciences; it continues, analyzing the sustainability in its various dimensions and, at the end, it proposes a sustainability based on integral ecology and global empathy. In order to meet the proposed objective, the research constitutes a theoretical test, conducted from bibliographical research to search for grants to inductive approach arguments.Keywords: Sustainability. O paradigma pós-positivista do direito privado e a centralidade do objetivo lucrativo da empresa/ The pos-positivism paradigm of civil law and the centrality of the lucrative purpose of business activity
No full textO presente artigo tem como objetivo principal identificar as coincidências e contradições entre a orientação contemporânea ao direito privado, pelo deslocamento da diretriz patrimonialista, e a centralidade do objetivo lucrativo da atividade empresarial. Buscando estruturar um raciocínio pelo método dedutivo, serão tratados os contornos constitucionais ao direito privado, os paradigmas para o direito civil na contemporaneidade, de natureza infraconstitucional, para as pessoas que desenvolverão a atividade empresária e a centralidade no papel do lucro para a definição de direitos e deveres empresariais. Com o presente trabalho, portanto, tem-se como objetivo demonstrar que a atividade empresária, assim como as demais atividades privadas, devem ser orientadas pelos princípios constitucionais. O lucro não pode, por outro lado, ser demonizado, mas não é ele que qualifica a atividade empresarial e sim o cumprimento dos seus elementos substanciais. O trabalho buscará verificar algumas situações em que a dogmática não se comporta dessa forma e contraria, portanto, as teses pós positivistas.Palavras-Chaves: Direito Empresarial - Lucro - Pós-positivismo - Função socialABSTRACTThis article aims to identify coincidences and contradictions between the contemporary guidance of the private rights, by displacement of the vector patrimonialist, and the centrality of the lucrative purpose of business activity. Seeking to structure a reasoning by the deductive method, it discusses the constitutional contours given to the to private rights, paradigms for civil law in the contemporary world, whose nature is infra-constitutional, for people who develop the entrepreneur activity and the centrality of the economic purpose for the definition of corporate rights and duties. This article aims, therefore, to demonstrate that the commercial activity, as well as other private activities, should be guided by the constitutional principles. Profit can not, however, be demonized, but it is not he who qualify the entrepreneur activity, but the fulfillment of its substantial elements. The Role of Individual and Societal Willingness in the Transition to a Future Low Carbon Economy
Get PDFThe most common approaches to the topic of low carbon economy (LCE) have been the purview of economics (analysis of new business opportunities in the field of renewable sources of energy and energy efficiency) and engineering (developing and making available new technologies). However, an analysis of the human being’s inner nature and associated behavior along with their potential power to promote or oppose goodness in the transition to a LCE can contribute to removing anthropogenic obstacles to its implementation through a process of consciousness. While the transition to a LCE has already begun, its timetable remains in question. Anticipating this transition is critical, as its delay can lead to high economic and human tolls; and the worst case scenario could be the destruction of the planet and life on it. While the movement toward a LCE should proceed faster, an apparent lack of willingness on the part of man is representative of dichotomy between man consciously striving toward a better future but unconsciously delaying or sabotaging it. According to Analytical Trilogy, the main causes of mental illnesses and social disturbances drive from psychological factors that spring up from the individual’s inner self linked to the inverted application of his will, encouraged by similarly inverted society and values. Using Analytical Trilogy, this study will seek to show how the inner nature and the behavior of the human being do not always match with the ideal of LCE, and how this is translated in man’s unconscious obstructionism to rapid transition to a LCE. The Analytical Trilogy method allows one to understand how the human being’s behavior is misled (pathology). With the understanding brought by this study, we can deal with the individual and social pathology in decision making, preparing society for anticipating the LCE transition and accepting a better future. No full textResumo: Embora se verifique um número considerável de referências à proporcionalidade em decisões de ministros do STF, não é acertado concluir que a nossa corte constitucional aplique a máxima da proporcionalidade. A aplicação da máxima da proporcionalidade no contexto de uma decisão colegiada demanda a elaboração de uma fundamentação argumentativa que, por sua vez, depende da verificação da deliberação em sentido estrito, algo que, essencialmente por razões de natureza institucional, não se verifica no STF.Palavras-chave: Proporcionalidade. Abstract: Although there are a considerable number of references to proportionality in the opinions of STF’s Justices, it is not right to conclude, basing on this fact, that STF applies proportionality. The application of proportionality in the context of a collegial decision requires the development of an argumentative reasoning which, in turn, depends on the fulfillment of deliberation in the strict sense, which, essentially for reasons of institutional nature, is not the case in the Brazilian's Supreme Court.Keywords: Proportionality. Get PDFSe advierte que la falta de preparación de especialistas e investigadores y el desconocimiento sobre los orígenes del cambio climático, obligan a los gobiernos a tomar decisiones urgentes y rápidas para tratar de resolver los efectos, en lugar de impulsar una visión preventiva. La investigación no va a la misma velocidad que el cambio climático, consecuentemente al estar retrasada se tienen que tomar medidas urgentes y más rápidas para entender la situación y tratar que los países participen. Por lo tanto, la necesidad de crear nuevas alternativas a los modos habituales actuales de producción de vivienda, vienen determinadas por la evidente y creciente ponderación de las afectaciones medioambientales que se vienen generando en el ámbito del alojamiento y su directa implicación en el agravamiento de lo reflejado en la ciudad y en el entorno natural. Según el nivel de conocimiento científico y observación al que llegan los investigadores, formulan que el trabajo es en primera instancia diacrónico, conformado como estudio de caso, porque analiza el problema de investigación en su génesis y conformación histórica con una visión de conjunto. El comportamiento térmico es el hilo conductor, por lo tanto, la investigación es experimental aplicada para identificar patrones oscilantes de temperatura y humedad relativa solamente, no realizados con anterioridad en la vivienda tradicional de principios del Siglo XX de 1920 a 1950, localizada en la zona centro de Tampico, México que es especialmente afectada por el aumento de la temperatura exterior y el efecto que este pueda causar para la comodidad térmica interior, evaluado en el año de 2015
