Procederes metodológicos de la formación de la asertividad como valor social compartido (Original).
Get PDFThis work is the result of the experience of its authors in the formation of values in university education. Methods such as analysis and criticism of sources were used to integrate the information contained in the bibliography consulted on values, assertiveness and methodological procedures for its implementation in educational practice. The assertiveness concept is studied from different scientific angles. The procedures of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction were used to process the information collected and reach conclusions; surveys to obtain information related to the real state of the investigated problem; the participant observation that was used to verify the degree of development of the pedagogical process of values. All this allowed us to verify that identifying assertiveness as a shared social value and training it in the student of pedagogical careers is a current need, for which new traits of assertiveness as a shared social value and methodological procedures for its implementation are proposed, which enriches the pedagogical practice of formation of values.Este trabajo es el resultado de la experiencia de sus autoras en la formación de valores en la enseñanza universitaria. Se emplearon métodos como el análisis y crítica de fuentes para integrar la información contenida en la bibliografía consultada sobre los valores, la asertividad y los procederes metodológicos para su instrumentación en la práctica educativa. Se estudia el concepto asertividad desde distintos ángulos científicos. Se emplearon los procedimientos de análisis, síntesis, inducción, deducción, para procesar la información recopilada y llegar a conclusiones; las encuestas para obtener información relacionada con el estado real de la problemática investigada; la observación participante que se utilizó para constatar el grado de desarrollo del proceso pedagógico de valores. Todo ello permitió comprobar que identificar la asertividad como valor social compartido y formarla en el estudiante universitarios una necesidad actual, por lo cual se proponen nuevos rasgos de la asertividad como valor social compartido y procederes metodológicos para su implementación, lo que enriquece la práctica pedagógica de formación de valores

¿Cómo vive el docente la ruralidad? Un relato de vida (Ensayo).
Get PDFThis article is oriented to recognize the realities of an educator in a rural area of the department of Cauca, Colombia. Its purpose allows the understanding of the social, cultural, economic and environmental experiences of the communities and territories; lived spaces in which situations of rural realities are evidenced, unknown to many, invisible to others. It is based on the life story of a teacher who tells what he lived in three rural institutions: indigenous zone, peasant zone, mixed zone, located in the department of Cauca, affected by social conflicts: violence, displacement, poverty, lack of infrastructure, absence of the state in the territories. The essay does not give an account of the teaching-learning processes in the rural school, it gives an account of the realities lived by a teacher in terms of the views that must be re-examined in the context of educating in rural areas. In this sense, it gathers parts of the story as a story-lived by the rural teacher, to finally reflect on the gaps in rural education that do not allow the growth and social development of the territories.Este artículo se orienta a reconocer las realidades de un sujeto educador en una zona rural del departamento del Cauca, Colombia. Su fin permite la comprensión de las experiencias sociales, culturales, económicas y ambientales de las comunidades y territorios; espacios vividos en los cuales se evidencian situaciones de las realidades rurales, desconocidas para muchos, invisibles para otros. Se realizó a partir de la historia de vida de un docente que cuenta lo vivido en tres instituciones rurales: zona indígena, zona campesina, zona mixta, ubicadas en el departamento del Cauca, afectado por conflictos sociales: violencia, desplazamiento, pobreza, falta de infraestructura, ausencia del estado en los territorios. El ensayo no da cuenta de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la escuela rural, da cuenta de las realidades vividas por un docente en función a las miradas que deben re-conocerse en el contexto de educar en la ruralidad. En tal sentido recoge partes de la historia en cuanto cuento-vivido por parte del docente rural, para finalmente reflexionar sobre las brechas en la educación rural que no permiten el crecimiento y desarrollo social de los territorios

Get PDFPartial results of the Institutional Project Evaluation of the impact of the methodology for the development of human capital in health services are presented, in execution by the University of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo since 2020. The research allowed to substantiate the need for improvement in the preparation of Community Nursing professionals to deal with the emergency and re-emergence of diseases. The research methods used provided the primary information from which it was possible to characterize the initial state of the problem and the design of a system of actions to advance in this aspect, whose objective fulfilled, fostered the integrality in the preparation from the Community Nursing for a sustainable health management of these professionals favoring a satisfactory management of the reemergence of diseases, according to the criteria of users.Se presentan resultados parciales del Proyecto Institucional Evaluación del impacto de la metodología para el desarrollo del capital humano en los servicios de salud, en ejecución por la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Guantánamo desde el 2020. La investigación permitió fundamentar la necesidad de mejora en la preparación de profesionales de Enfermería Comunitaria para el enfrentamiento a la emergencia y la reemergencia de enfermedades. Get PDFThe Aedes aegypti is the vector of various viral diseases, including dengue, zika and chikungunya, causing endemic-epidemic cycles in the areas where it lives. The Yarense territory has a geographical location that places it in the middle of the two municipalities (Bayamo and Manzanillo) of the Granma province with the highest infestation rates. In the year 2022, the largest historical record of the problem has been obtained, while dengue cases (278) concomitant, corresponding to the increase in incidence rates in the country, disseminated by populations and the flow of transport from areas populated by the culicid In this context, the study aims to describe the characteristics of the infestation, identify the environmental risks that pre-existed in the infested areas, and stratify the entomoepidemiological risk. For which, an observational study is carried out, in the period 2020-2022. The universe covers the 6,781 dwellings of the urban cycle and the 6,510 of the rural that comprise the area under study, and the sample is made up of the 97 positive places for the mosquito. . The study allows to know the particularities of the problem, by facilitating the design of strategies to reduce the proliferation of the species, from the unveiling of its instinctive action and adaptability in the innate effort to perpetuate the species; as well as lowering the costs since the forces would be concentrated in eliminating the risks that mark the reproduction of the insect from its earliest phases.El Aedes aegypti es el vector de varias enfermedades virales, entre ellas el dengue, zika y chikungunya, provocando ciclos endémico-epidémicos en las zonas donde habita. El territorio yarense tiene una ubicación geográfica que lo sitúa en medio de los dos municipios (Bayamo y Manzanillo) de la provincia Granma con los mayores índices de infestación. En el año 2022 se ha obtenido el mayor registro histórico del problema, al tiempo que concomitan casos de dengue (278) correspondidos con el aumento de las tasas de incidencia en el país, diseminada por las poblaciones y el flujo de transporte desde áreas pobladas por el culícido. En este contexto, el estudio tiene como objetivo describir las características de la infestación, identificar los riesgos ambientales que preexistieron en las áreas infestadas y estratificar el riesgo entomoepidemiológico. Para lo cual, se realiza un estudio observacional, en el periodo 2020- 2022. El universo abarca las 6 781viviendas del ciclo urbano y las 6 510 del rural que comprenden el área en estudio, y la muestra la conforman los 97 locales positivos al mosquito. El estudio permite conocer las particularidades de la problemática, al facilitar el diseño de estrategias para disminuir la proliferación de la especie, desde el develado de su actuar instintivo y adaptabilidad en el esfuerzo innato por perpetuar la especie; así como, abaratar los costos ya que las fuerzas serían concentradas en eliminar los riesgos que marcan la reproducción del insecto desde sus fases más tempranas

Afectación de granos llenos por panícula en Oryza sativa L. cultivar Reforma, por altas temperaturas (Original)
Get PDFFuture efforts in rice cultivation should aim to produce varieties that are widely tolerant of high temperatures. The article show the results of the experiment was implemented under controlled conditions in the Seed Testing Laboratory of the Manuel Espinosa Ramírez Processing Plant of the Granma Seed Base Business Unit, in order to evaluate the number of filled grains per panicle under controlled conditions in the Reforma cultivar. Due to high temperatures. Rice plants 10 days after germination were selected according to the uniformity of the number of photosynthetically active leaves and the length of the seedling. At the beginning of the anthesis, three pots with rice plants were placed in a chamber for growth tests with a relative humidity of 70 % and different temperature levels that began at 35 oC and increased every 0.5 oC until reaching 39.5oC. For the control treatment, the temperature was maintained at 32.3 oC. The percentage of affected grains filled by panicles will be decreased in relation to the control. It is evident that from 35.0 oC the number of filled grains per panicle -1 begins to decrease and reaches affectations of more than 20 % at temperatures above 39.0 oC.Los esfuerzos futuros en el cultivo del arroz deben apuntar a producir variedades ampliamente tolerantes a las altas temperaturas. En el artículo se muestran los resultados de una investigación desarrollada en condiciones controladas en el Laboratorio de Ensayo de Semillas de la Planta de Beneficio Manuel Espinosa Ramírez de la Unidad Empresarial de Base Semillas Granma, con la finalidad de evaluar el número de granos llenos por panícula en condiciones controladas en el cultivar Reforma, por altas temperaturas. Se seleccionaron plantas de arroz a los 10 días de germinadas de acuerdo a la uniformidad del número de hojas fotosintéticamente activas y la longitud de la plántula. En el inicio de la antesis se colocaron en una cámara para ensayos de crecimiento tres macetas con plantas de arroz con una humedad relativa de 70 % y diferentes niveles de temperatura que comenzaron a 35 oC y se incrementaron cada 0.5 oC hasta llegar a 39.5 oC. Para el tratamiento control la temperatura se mantuvo a 32.3 oC. Se determinó el porcentaje de afectación de los granos llenos por panículas con relación al control. Se evidenció que a partir de 35.0 oC comienza a disminuir la cantidad de granos llenos por panícula -1 y alcanzar afectaciones de más del 20 % a temperaturas por encima de 39.0 oC
