Analysis of the Choice of Return Mechanism of PPP Model in Rural Human Settlement Improvement under the Rural Revitalization Strategy: Research Based on the Perspective of Evolutionary Game
The improvement of rural human settlement environment is a significant direction of the rural revitalization strategy. Based on the finite rational evolutionary game theory, a cooperative behavior evolutionary game model of rural human settlement environment improvement PPP model with local government, social capital and rural residents as the main game players with the reward mechanism of Government Payment and one with the reward mechanism of Viability Gap Funding are constructed. Comparing the total project revenue of two reward mechanisms, the thesis will obtain the effects of choosing the reward mechanism of rural human settlement improvement PPP. Finally, available suggestions are made to the decision of the reward mechanism of PPP project about rural human settlement environment, thus promoting the application and development of PPP in rural environmental management and to promote sustainable improvement of rural habitat improvement
Digital Media as a Game-Changer in B2B Buyer-Vendor Relationships
Purpose: The article examines the role of digital and, in particular, social media in business-to-business marketing in the international software industry. The authors responded to calls for empirical research on how these media impact buyer-vendor relationships and the conjunction of the marketing and sales processes, particularly the distribution of complex software solutions. This paper develops a digital framework and discusses the managerial consequences. Design/methodology/approach: The model arises by merging themes derived from literature, experts, and job descriptions. Mixed Methods included conducting semi-structured interviews across marketing, business development, and sales executives from buyers, vendors, and third parties of various industries, supplemented by a survey of 530+ executives. Findings: Multinational companies secure competitive advantage through agile business processes to improve buyer-vendor relationships in the digital era. Digital media enable vendors to interact continuously with buyers, gather intelligence, and foster mutually beneficial, trustworthy, long-term relationships. The objective is to prompt transactions and secure revenue streams. Research limitations/implications: The outcomes of this research center on North America, Western Europe (including the UK), and DACH (Germany-Austria-Switzerland), affecting the generalizability. Originality/value: The research is novel and bridges several gaps concerning industrial relationships in digitalization: it merges buyer, vendor, and third-party’s perspectives on an international scale. It provides deeper insights into existing and new relationships by identifying relevant digital/social media platforms, the underlying usage motivation, and fundamental B2B processes. Finally, it equips practitioners with metrics to improve performance

All the way in the “area”, “comprehensive economic partnership agreement” (RCEP), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) free trade area, the main economic corridor construction under the background of success, the mainland and Taiwan of China and southeast Asia has established the important relations of cooperation, industries are beginning to consider labor costs, raw materials, using the regional to invest policy and market comparative advantage. This paper starts from the investigation of Topline’s core competitiveness in China and Myanmar, and focuses on the analysis of lingerie industry in China and Myanmar, and the analysis of women’s underwear industry from the perspective of global value chain (GVC). Through the data analysis of the questionnaire survey, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current situation of the industry, uses the intermediary analysis to analyze the correlation between the two variables, reveals the role of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and uses the GVC theory to analyze the problems existing in the industry of enterprises and their causes. According to relevant theories, the optimization path of enterprise value chain is put forward
The Impact of E-commerce on Consumer Purchasing Behavior for the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)
The purpose of this study is to evaluate how COVID-19 is changing consumer behavior and how it is changing e-commerce trends. This study has been conducted through a qualitative approach. The Coronavirus changed worldwide patterns intensively. These differences are caused by the high levels of accidental and secondary funding that this virus reflects. This study showed how e-commerce has grown due to the coronavirus. As individuals deal with their new living conditions, they have changed their shopping behavior to meet their requirements. The COVID-19 pandemic significantly affects many aspects of life, including how individuals deal with their needs and not their needs. The behavior of people, the nature of businesses, and the manner of life have changed. It spreads fears among individuals that they should avoid interacting with. The effect of Coronavirus has transformed the nature of business in the entire e-commerce globe. In particular, COVID-19 has a substantial influence on global e-commerce and in certain cases, has negative consequences, although generally, e-commerce is quickly increasing because of coronaviruses. Moreover, e-commerce businesses confront various problems, including extended delivery times, movement control challenges, social distance, and lock-up or lock-down. The shipping and supply processes are now rather sluggish, yet people are still buying since they do not have any other option. Thus, people move to technology because of coronaviruses. This study has shown the trend of e-commerce in recent times and also shows how consumers tend to adopt e-commerce. There is no such issue in the previous literature. This study fills in the gaps on these issues and also helps to improve the global economy
Bidirectional Recurrent Nets for ECG Signal Compression
Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a commonly used tool in biological diagnosis of heart diseases. ECG allows the representation of electrical signals which cause heart muscles to contract and relax. Recently, accurate deep learning methods have been developed to overcome manual diagnosis in terms of time and effort. However, most of current automatic medical diagnosis use long electrocardiogram (ECG) signals to inspect different types of heart arrhythmia. Therefore, ECG signal files tend to require large storage to store and may cause significant overhead when exchanged over a computer network. This raises the need to come up with effective compression methods for ECG signals. In this work, the authors investigate using BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) model, which is a bidirectional neural network that was originally designed for natural language. The authors evaluate the model with respect to its compression ratio and information preservation, and measure information preservation in terms of the of the accuracy of a convolutional neural network in classifying the decompressed signal. The results show that the method can achieve up to 83% saving in storage. Also, the classification accuracy of the decompressed signals is around 92.41%. Furthermore, the method enables the user to balance the compression ratio and the required accuracy of the CNN classifiers
CO-BOT: An Intelligent Technique for Designing a Chatbot for Initial COVID-19 Test
The coronavirus (nCOV-19), which was discovered, has now spread around the world. However, managing the flow of a large number of cases has proven to be a significant issue for hospitals or healthcare professionals. It is becoming increasingly challenging to speak with a medical expert after the epidemic's initial wave has passed, particularly in rural areas. Thus, it becomes clear that a Chatbot that is well-designed and implemented can assist patients who are located far away by advocating preventive actions, and viral updates in various cities, and minimising the psychological harm brought on by dread. In this study, a sophisticated Chabot's design for diagnosing individuals who have been exposed to COVID-19 is presented, along with recommendations for immediate safety measures. Additionally, when symptoms grow serious, this virtual assistant makes contact with specialised medical professionals

What are Different Research Approaches? Comprehensive Review of Qualitative, Quantitative, and Mixed Method Research, Their Applications, Types, and Limitations
There are different ways to examine and explain a study and its findings based on using numbers as a measure, a descriptive style, or a mixture of both. These three research approaches are quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods that are commonly used by researchers in various research studies. However, with many options regarding the research design, it seems challenging for researchers to select the most appropriate approach based on the study and realize differences. This study provides a comprehensive review of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research methods. Each method is clearly defined and specifically discussed based on applications, types, advantages, and limitations to help researchers identify select the most relevant type based on each study and navigate accordingly
An Ergonomics Study and Rapid Upper Limb Assessments (RULA) for a Car Interior to Support Limb Disabled Drivers
The demanding market shows that the need for the disabled vehicles have been increasing over the recent years. However, these factory setting cars are pricey, and its buy-sell process is time-consuming. These cars also are not meant as a universal design or inclusion design type of car, so that when it is designed for the disabled, it can be beneficial for all. With the motivation to include limbs disabled drivers in designing a universally designed car, this study aims to determine the preferred ergonomics interior of the car which can improve features needed to meet the mobility of impaired individuals in most scenarios. 5 simulations were carried out to simulate these conditions using the RULA analysis, in order to simulate the ergonomics impact on the manikin. In the final analysis, the simulations showed a virtuous score, which was between 1 and 2 for the newly redesigned interior, compared to the score of 3 to 6 for current cars. Another verification made, post questionnaire delineates positive responses upon the redesigned parts scoring 70%~90% level of ergonomics rated. Therefore, this research has set forth the necessity of redesigning a car interior and improved its ergonomic features extensively, specifically for lower limb and combined limb disabled drivers
