On the Role of Cognitive Environment of Translation for English- Chinese Translation
This paper put forward the concept of cognitive environment of translation based on the concept of cognitive context and proposed world knowledge, language knowledge and translation knowledge as its three constituents. World knowledge can also be referred to as encyclopedic knowledge, including all the knowledge acquired about diverse aspects of internal and external life through direct and indirect experience. Language knowledge refers to all the knowledge about the phonetics, phonology, lexicology, syntax, pragmatics, stylistics, etc. of the two languages involved and the comparative and contrastive features between the two languages. Translation knowledge concerns all the knowledge about the strategies and techniques for translation in general and specific solutions applicable for the translation between the two languages in question. The three types of knowledge get involved at different stages of translation: world knowledge and language knowledge about the source text facilitate accurate understanding of the source text, knowledge about the target language and knowledge about the comparative and contrastive features between the source and the target language, in combination with translation knowledge help with the translation process. All the knowledge can be activated more than once in case any uncertainty occurred at understanding or translation stages. As regards English-Chinese translation, translators are expected to use Chinese words, syntactic and textual structures most acceptable to the Chinese readers to replace the original English text, rendering them as close as possible in content, style and receptor effect. Efforts must be made to cater to the Chinese conventions of language use. Three major suggestions, among others, can be summarized in the paper. The first one is to use suitable words or expressions to match the Chinese ways of expression in various cases. The second one is to break the chains off the long and sophisticated English sentences, using shorter Chinese ones with a subject or theme, converting the nouns in English back to the verb or adjective they are derived from, etc. The third is to re-organize the textual structure of the target text according to the temporal, spatial and logical ways of expression in Chinese

In recent years, cases of juvenile delinquency have gradually increased, mainly due to indulging in games to kill people; blindly pursuing grades, and committing suicide by jumping off buildings when the rates are unsatisfactory; some divorced families do not care for their children and thus commit crimes, or some parents dote on their children. The child becomes a pervert and embarks on the road of crime. This article selects the novel Red Finger by the Japanese writer Keigo Higashino because the mother’s excessive doting has made the child lawless and embarked on the road of murder. Faced with such a result, the means adopted by the parents turned out to be throwing the corpse, helping the son to cover up the crime, and even forcing the son’s criminal behavior on the mother who has Alzheimer’s disease. The juvenile delinquency family is fundamental, and the parents want to raise a child with a good personality; it is necessary to create a harmonious family atmosphere. The social background of Red Finger is Japan in the 1990s. The economic crisis broke out in Japan. Fathers have to work very hard. However, the lack of communication between fathers and children at work for a long time has affected the children’s family happiness. The role of fathers is even just a figure in the mouth of mothers, and the company of parents to children. The education of children and the way of dealing with problems are subtly affecting children’s life values. Effects of Probiotics on Gut Microbiota in Type 2 Diabetes Patients
Objective: To study the effect of probiotics on gut microbiota in Type 2 diabetes patients and its clinical application value. Methods: Select Type 2 diabetes patients to take orally probiotics for 24 weeks, collect stool samples of subjects at the baseline and end of the trial, identify and analyze gut microbiota of each sample by 16srRNA high-throughput sequencing, and compare the changes of blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin resistance before and after the intervention. Results: A total of 75 patients completed clinical observations. 16srRNA high-throughput sequencing showed that the proportion of the subjects with increased Actinobacteria and Tenericutes at the end of the trial has increased (37.8% and 75.7% respectively). The genus level analysis showed that the number of subjects with increased intestinal probiotics and with decreased conditioned pathogens all increased. Cluster analysis before and after intervention showed that the gut microbiota of samples in the same group had a higher similarity. Compared with the subjects at the baseline status, at the end of the trial after the intervention, fasting blood glucose (FBG) of the subjects significantly decreased (P<0.05), the proportion of the subjects with triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol up to standard increased, and HOMA-IR was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusions: Probiotics can regulate the gut microbiota of Type 2 diabetes patients, promote fasting blood glucose (FBG) to reach the standard and improve insulin resistance, and help improve lipid metabolism

Observation of the Effect of Gait-induced Functional Electrical Stimulation on Stroke Patients with Foot Drop
Objective: To explore the effects of functional electrical stimulation and functional mid frequency electrical stimulation on lower limb function and balance function in stroke patients. Methods: 20 cases of stroke patients with foot drop after admission were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 10 cases in each group. On the basis of the two groups of patients, the observation group used the gait induced functional electrical stimulation to stimulate the peroneal nerve and the pretibial muscle in the observation group. The control group used the computer medium frequency functional electrical stimulation to stimulate the peroneal nerve and the anterior tibial muscle for 2 weeks. Before and after treatment, the lower extremity simple Fugl-Meyer scale (FMA), the Berg balance scale (BBS) and the improved Ashworth scale were evaluated respectively, and the comparative analysis was carried out in the group and between the groups. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of FMA and BBS in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores of FMA and BBS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the flexor muscle tension of the ankle plantar flexor muscle of the observed group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Exercise therapy combined with gait induced functional electrical stimulation or computer intermediate frequency functional electrical stimulation can significantly improve lower limb function and balance function in patients with ptosis, and the therapeutic effect of functional electrical stimulation combined with gait is better.

Hydrodynamic Performance of Open-frame Deep Sea Remotely Operated Vehicles Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics Method
The resistance performance and motion stability of deep sea remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) subjected to underwater motion conditions are studied on the basis of the unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes method combined with the six-degree-of-freedom equation of motion to quickly and accurately predict them. In the modeling process, we consider the complexity of ROV geometry and thus reduce the model to a series of regular geometries to maximize the position and weight of the original components. The grid and value slots of an ROV are divided, and the surface is reconstructed. The forward, backward, transverse, floating, and submerged resistance of ROVs are simulated and compared with existing experimental forces to determine the accuracy of the calculation method. Then, the oblique navigation of the ROV on the horizontal and vertical planes is studied. Furthermore, the motion response of the ROV to direct horizontal motion, heave, pitch, and yaw are studied. The force, moment, and motion time curves are obtained. The stability of ROV motion is analyzed to provide technical support for the safety of ROVs
Planktonic Scenario of the River Ganga & Yamuna at Prayagraj in COVID-19 Lockdown: A Case Study
Ganga is the most prestigious river of India. The COVID-19 lockdown may have forced us to stay indoors, but it has been boon for pollution-ridden Ganga and Yamuna. Plankton is tiny organisms drifting with water current, influenced by river physical and chemical factors. During lockdown anthropogenic factors were reduced which affected water and plankton quality. Plankton samples were collected from the upstream of the river Ganga (Shankerghat, latitude 25030’28” N and longitude, 81052’10”E) and Yamuna (near boat club, latitude 25024’29”N and longitude 81054’50”E) at Prayagraj, during national lockdown. In the before lockdown period (2019), total 28 planktonic taxa were recorded from the river Ganga, among them 10 taxa from Bacillariophyceae, 15 from Chlorophyceae and 3 from Myxophyceae. While during LD period total 54 genera with 86 species was recorded (Bacillariophyceae 10 taxa, Chlorophyceae 23 taxa, Myxophyceae 9 taxa, Euglenophyceae 2 taxa, Dianophyceae, 1, Rotiferea 7 taxa, Protozoa 2 taxa). Various species of green algae were observed in this small period of lockdown, some species were not observed since a long, like Pediastrum tetras, Scenedesmus abundans, Ankistrodesmus fusiformis, and Brachionus angularis. Various species of phytoplankton and zooplankton were in reproductive phase because river was flowing silently, without any internal and external disturbance. Ganga was more affected by anthropogenic activity and factory discharge than Yamuna So lack of chemicals in the water and minimum human interference favoured auto rejuvenation of Ganga in terms of plankton quality, diversity and reproduction behaviour. Such type of environmental changes may stimulate for origin of new species and disappear or reappear of various aquatic species
