    The condition of Cintarakyat Village is quite densely populated and still flows by rivers around the village area. People's professions vary from farmers, company employees, entrepreneurs, breeders, teachers, government employees, midwives etc. The other conditions in Cintarakyat Village are based on a survey that we conducted during PkM. The village has natural resources as well as community resources that are still beautiful and managed into various agricultural fields. It is known that people in rural areas are far from being developed. All activities are still simple. Most have not been touched by technological advances. The problem is the village of Cintarakyat whose roads are very dark with minimal lighting. Solar lamps were chosen because they are easy to install, durable and economical. Communities do not have to stretch cables from their homes or the PLN network to turn on the solar lights. In addition, to avoid theft of batteries for solar street lighting, as is the case with solar street lighting that has been previously installed in other areas, the PKM team chose to use solar lamps along with embedded batteries. The public street lighting installed by the PKM team also uses an automatic ignition system while the surroundings are not illuminated by light. The output is a solar powered lamp installed and used so that it can be used. Tujuan dari penelitian iniuntuk mengetahuisecararinciprosespembelajaran metode Amtsilati serta penerapan pembelajaran metode Amtsilati di Pondok Pesantren SalafiyahAl-Istiqomah.Selain itu tujuan penelitian ini terfokus kepada faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari penerapan pembelajarannya. Dalam proses pembelajaran ilmu Nahwu dan Sharaf, metode Amtsilat iini sangat mudah dipahami karena tahapan dalam penerapannya menggunakan satu paket kitab Amtsilati yang tersusun secarasistematis menjadi lima jilid kitab Amtsilati, satu jilid khulashoh,satu jilid rumus  qoidah, dua jilid tatimmah dan satu jilid shorfiyyah serta praktek kitab kuning pada program pasca Amtsilati. Dalam pelaksanaannya, metode ini menuntut santri untuk turut aktif dalam pembelajaran,sehingga kemampuan santri dalam memahami ilmu Nahwu Sharaf dapat terlihat, teramati dan terukur

    Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. In order to carry out their worship, Indonesian Muslims each year become a large part of the world's pilgrims, and in large numbers, also become part of the world's Umrah pilgrims. The implementation of the regular Hajj pilgrimage is the responsibility of the government to organize it, meanwhile the implementation of special Hajj pilgrimages and Umrah is handed over to private parties with the exception that under certain conditions it can be taken over by the government. Thus, the implementation of special Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage trips has becomes a great business opportunity for many travel agents who have permission for it. However, the failure of organizing special Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage trips carried out by the private sector has occurred several times and is detrimental to prospective pilgrims and Umrah in very large numbers. Objective: To formulate institutionally the failure of the prospective pilgrims and or Umrah pilgrimage can be overcome, method: this research is normative legal research with a case study approach, and the result: the achievement of the objective of this research. Conclusion: Institutionally the failure of the prospective pilgrims and or Umrah pilgrimage can be mentioned above by implementing the legislation by forming a special institution that is part of the Ministry of Religion with the main task of taking over the organizers and or managers of the implementation of the problematic Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages.Indonesia adalah negara dengan pemeluk agama Islam terbesar di dunia. Dalam rangka menjalankan ibadahnya, umat Islam Indonesia untuk setiap tahunnya menjadi bagian besar dari jamaah haji dunia, dan dalam jumlah yang besar juga menjadi bagian dari jamaah umrah dunia. Penyelenggaraan perjalanan ibadah haji reguler menjadi tanggungjawab pemerintah untuk menyelenggarakannya, sementara itu penyelenggaraan perjalanan ibadah haji khusus dan umrah diserahkan kepada pihak swasta dengan pengecualian dalam kondisi tertentu dapat diambil alih penyelenggaraannya oleh pemerintah. Dengan demikian penyelenggaraan perjalanan ibadah haji khusus dan umrah menjadi peluang usaha yang besar bagi banyak travel agent yang memiliki izin untuk itu. Meskipun demikian kegagalan penyelenggaraan perjalanan ibadah haji khusus dan umrah yang dilaksanakan oleh pihak swasta tersebut sudah beberapa kali terjadi dan merugikan calon jamaah haji khusus dan umrah dalam jumlah yang sangat besar. Tujuan: Untuk merumuskan secara kelembagaan kegagalan pemberangkatan calon jamaah haji dan atau umrah tersebut dapat diatasi, metode: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dan hasil: tercapainya tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini. Kesimpulan: Secara kelembagaan kegagalan pemberangkatan calon jamaah haji dan atau umrah tersebut dapat diatas dengan mengimplementasikan peraturan perundang-undangan dengan cara membentuk suatu lembaga khusus yang menjadi bagian dari Kementerian Agama dengan tugas utama untuk mengambil alih penyelenggara dan atau pengelola pelaksanaan ibadah haji dan umrah yang bermasalah

    Management of dynamic records is a process of controlling dynamic records efficiently including the creation, use, and maintenance, and shrinkage of records. This research was conducted to determine whether the management of dynamic archives at PT Taspen Palembang City Branch is able to support work efficiency and are there any obstacles faced by the archive manager in managing dynamic archives. This type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in the study were archivists, general staff and staff assistant managers of participation. The results of this study indicate that the management of dynamic archives at PT TaspenPalembang City Branch is running well enough. PT Taspen Palembang City Branch has implemented aspects in the management of dynamic archives, namely the creation and receipt of archives, archive storage, use of archives, maintenance of archives and destruction of archives. The archives are arranged according to dosir numbers or what we usually call classification numbers. PT Taspen also has SOPs in managing its archives. The archive storage uses an onsite system using the principle of decentralization. In addition, management of dynamic archives at PT Taspen Palembang City Branch is not only done manually but also uses an application called Electronic Leitz Ordner (ELO) so that this becomes one of the factors in supporting work efficiency, with this application of course must also be supported by managers who are experts in technology, so that archives are well managed. The obstacles faced by the management of archives are related to Human Resources (HR), namely the lack of expert archive management or archivists, most of the human resources currently have an educational background not from the field of archives. As for other constraints related to budget, archive security systems and facilities for archives that are still lacking.Keywords: records management, dynamic archives, work efficiencyABSTRAKPengelolaan arsip dinamis merupakan sebuah proses pengendalian arsip dinamis secara efisien meliputi penciptaan, penggunaan, dan pemeliharaan, serta penyusutan arsip. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah pengelolaan arsip dinamis di PT Taspen Cabang Kota Palembang mampu menunjang efisiensi kerja dan adakah kendala yang dihadapi pihak pengelola arsip dalam mengelola arsip dinamis. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian adalah arsiparis, staff umum dan staff asisten manager kepesertaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis di PT Taspen Cabang Kota Palembang sudah cukup berjalan dengan baik. PT Taspen Cabang Kota Palembang telah menjalankan aspek- aspek dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis yaitu penciptaan dan penerimaan arsip, penyimpanan arsip, penggunaan arsip, pemeliharaan arsip dan pemusnahan arsip. Arsipnya disusun berdasarkan dengan nomor dosir atau yang biasa kita sebut sebagai nomor klasifikasi. PT Taspen juga memiliki SOP dalam pengelolaan arsipnya. Penyimpanan arsipnya menggunakan sistem onsite dengan menggunakan azas desentralisasi. Selain itu, pengelolaan arsip dinamis di PT Taspen Cabang Kota Palembang tidak hanya dilakukan secara manual melainkan juga menggunakan aplikasi yang bernama Electronic Leitz Ordner (ELO) sehingga hal ini menjadi salah satu faktor dalam menunjang efisiensi kerja, dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut tentunya juga harus didukung oleh pengelola yang ahli dalam teknologi, sehingga arsip terkelola dengan baik. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengelolaan arsip adalah terkait dengan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), yakni kurangnya tenaga ahli pengelola arsip atau arsiparis, kebanyakan sumber daya manusianya saat ini berlatar pendidikan bukan dari bidang kearsipan.     The existence of the village is a starting point to develop and determine its position, role, and authority autonomously by developing a tourist village. Legally, Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages has given positive energy to the sustainability of community welfare in the village through the development of tourist villages. The potential of tourism resources in Bengkulu is quite large, especially in Rindu Hati Village. This village has 11 types of tourism that are rarely found, including glamping, waterfalls, camping ground, tubing, rock climbing, rice fields, Putri Lake, stone boats, Supit waterfalls, the funeral of Tuanku Gagok and Raja Pembesar Alam, etc. The stages of this community service include first, identification and preliminary studies by the team, second, doing service with several techniques, which are focus group discussions, field observations, and socialization. This service resulted in Village Regulations regarding Tourism Villages and Village promotion media consisting of tourist maps and videos that would lead to village welfare.

    This service activity aims to provide training to commissioners and employees within the Bawaslu (Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum) Siak Regency. As an election supervisor who has the duty and authority as one of the institutions in supervising of all stages of the election, the human resources in it need good communication skills so that the message conveyed through the supervisory action is effective. Therefore, election supervisors must have communication competence as election supervisors. Activities are carried out in the form of training, starting with the presentation of materials and practices of communication competence for election supervisors. All participants participated in the activity enthusiastically. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, there was an increase in the communication skills of the participants after participating in this communication competency training activity

    Agroforestry is an alternative form of land use consisting of a mixture of trees with seasonal crops and or livestock in one plot of land. A House yard is one example of an agroforestry system. Yards with agroforestry systems provide significant benefits that are important for the community both from the ecological and environmental, economic, and socio-cultural aspects. The purpose of this devotion is to provide knowledge to Creative KWT members to optimize home gardens with agroforestry systems (combining agricultural crops with crops forestry (timber or fruit). This devotion activity was carried out in collaboration with KKN students group 4 batch 57 Muhammadiyah University Palembang on the 9th of February 2022. The location of this Community Service Activity is the Women Farmers Group (KWT) Creative Tanjung Raman Village, South Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, Sumatra Province South. The method used in implementing the activity is conducting counseling, distributing seeds fruits, and planting and caring for fruit seedlings at KWT Kreatif. The results of this devotion can help women farmer groups to optimize the yard of the house with an agroforestry system to make it more useful for environmental ecology and the community economy. So that it can help in household economic income while at the same time protecting and preserving the environment

    DESAIN DIDAKTIS KONSEP SEGIEMPAT BERDASARKAN LEARNING OBSTACLE PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS VII

    The background of this research on the rectangular study is learning obstacle (LO) experienced by learners. Instructional design based on the LO experienced learners is one alternative to reduce of learning obstacle. This research aims (1) identified LO on rectangular study, (2) develop of the didactical design based on LO and relevant learning theories, (3) describe the didactical design after implementation. This research used didactical design research and qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used triangulation techniques. Research conducted at SMP Al-Qona’ah Baleendah with the subjects 38 learners class of VIII-B and 36 learners class of VII-A. The first step in the research is the analysis of the situation by conducting a test didactical diagnostic tests and interview semi-structure to identify learning obstacle experienced by learners. The second step devised a didactical design based LO and reinforced by relevant learning theories. The result of the design implementation are analyzed based on the metapedadidaktik analysis and retrosfektif analysis. The results concluded that: (1) There are four types of rectangular LO, (2) the didactical design is based on the identified LO of the learners, (3) the result of the implementation showed that didactical design can reduce LO experienced learners

Teknik pengumpulan data ini adalah dengan melakukan studi telaah terhadap buku-buku referensi dan literatur yang ada kaitannya dengan masalah yang akan dipecahkan. Penelitian ini berupa pengembangan media sosialisasi pendidikan yang kemudian divalidasi oleh para ahli atau praktisi yang berkompeten di bidangnya.     Pembelajaran yang efektif bagi anak Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) memerlukan asesmen yang tepat. Anak dengan ASD mengalami tiga gangguan utama yang salah satunya adalah komunikas. Langkah asesmen penting untuk dilakukan sebagai upaya mencari informasi  sejauh mana kemampuan, kebutuhan dan kelemahan komunikasi anak ASD. Oleh karena itu diperlukan instrumen asesmen yang sesuai untuk menggali informasi tentang aspek komunikasi anak ASD tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen komunikasi bagi anak ASD di SLB Autis Prananda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan 9 partisipan diantaranya 3 validator, 3 guru yang melaksanakan uji coba asesmen dan 3 siswa ASD. Penelitian ini menghasilkan instrumen asesmen komunikasi bagi anak ASD yang memuat 7 level perkembangan komunikasi diantaranya level I pre- intentional behavior, level II intentional behavior, level III unconventional communication, level IV conventional communiation, level V concrete symbols, level VI abstract symbols, level VII language, dengan tujuan untuk mengukur kemampuan komunikasi anak ASD.
