SIKAP DAN PEMERTAHANAN BAHASA SASAK PADA MASYARAKAT LOMBOK
No full textThis study aims to determine how the attitude and maintenance of the Sasak language in the people of Lombok. Sources of data used are teenagers from Lombok, NTB. This study uses a qualitative approach with collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. In the discussion topic section and the findings of this study, the people of Lombok NTB still maintain the Sasak language as a means of communication in everyday life. This is done by the people of Lombok as evidence of the attitude and maintenance of the Sasak language as their regional language so that it remains intact and maintains the authenticity of the Sasak language.

Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu remaja asli Lombok NTB.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan berupa observasi dan wawancara. Pada bagian topik pembahasan serta temuan penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Lombok NTB tetap mempertahankan bahasa Sasak sebagai alat komunikasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini dilakukan masyarakat Lombok sebagai bukti sikap dan pemertahanan bahasa Sasak sebagai bahasa kedaerahanya agar tetap utuh dan menjaga keaslian bahasa Sasak.

VERBAL FACE THREATENING ACTS USED BY RUBEUS HAGRID IN HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERER’S STONE MOVIE
No full textLanguage is one of the communication tools used by everyone in interacting with other people. Every word spoken by a language speaker has meaning and purpose, either directly or indirectly. Any expression that belongs to a face-threatening act, whatever it may be and goes against the wishes of the speaker's face, and any part of the speech is considered a face-threatening act. Pragmatics is a strategy to analyze what is the purpose of understanding speech, in pragmatics, there is politeness to knowing how people express negative and positive faces. When people talk to other people, they apply both positive and negative faces in communication to save threatening actions. In this study, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone analyzed face- threatening actions using the theory of Brown and Levison. In the study aims to determine the verbal face shape used by Rubeus Hagrid in the film. The research procedure is watching a movie or script on youtube, identifying and paying attention to the forms of actions that threaten their faces and classifying positive and negative politeness strategies. The results showed that there are 24 face-threatening actions from 3 forms of threatening actions (actions that threaten the listener's positive face, actions that threaten the listener's negative face, and actions that threaten the speaker's positive) and 4 threatening strategies1)Off –record, 2) Bald on record, 3) negative politeness, 4) positive politeness. For the response of his interlocutor, Rubeus Hagrid often responds to his interlocutor directly.

THE POWER OF NETIZENS ATAS KEPOPULERAN THREAD KKN DI DESA PENARI
No full textThe thread KKN di Desa Penari, which was written by the SimpleMan Twitter account, has recently been the subject of discussion in cyberspace. This article focuses on the topic of netizens' reception of the KKN di Desa Penari thread, which was written by the SimpleMan account on Twitter social media. This research uses qualitative research. The material object of this research is the KKN di Desa Penari thread from SimpleMan's Twitter account. The formal object of this research is the comments of netizens in the thread. The research data is the contents of the thread, netizens' reception of the thread, and various information related to the research topic. Data interpretation techniques are carried out by uncovering how netizen responses can influence the popularity of the thread by using literary reception theory. The theory of literary reception has two basic concepts, namely horizon of expectation' and 'open space'. These two things form the basis for understanding the theory of literary reception. The phenomenon of 'the power of netizens' turned out to be very influential in the popularity of threads written by the SimpleMan Twitter account KKN di Desa Penari. This horror genre thread has succeeded in gaining popularity and trending # 1 on Twitter social media.

Thread KKN di Desa Penari yang ditulis oleh akun Twitter SimpleMan akhir-akhir ini tengah menjadi pembicaraan di jagat maya. Tulisan ini berfokus pada topik resepsi warganet terhadap thread KKN di Desa Penari yang ditulis oleh akun SimpleMan pada media sosial Twitter. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian berjenis kualitatif. Objek material dari penelitian ini adalah thread KKN di Desa Penari dari akun Twitter milik SimpleMan. Objek formal dari penelitian ini adalah komentar warganet dalam thread tersebut. Data penelitian ini adalah isi thread, resepsi warganet terhadap thread, dan berbagai informasi yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Teknik interpretasi data dilakukan dengan cara menyingkap bagaimana tanggapan warganet dapat mempengaruhi kepopuleren thread tersebut dengan menggunakan teori resepsi sastra. Teori resepsi sastra memiliki dua konsep dasar, yakni ‘horison harapan’ dan ‘tempat terbuka’. Kedua hal tersebut menjadi dasar dalam memahami teori resepsi sastra. Fenomena ‘the power of netizens’ ternyata sangat berpengaruh dalam kepopuleran thread yang ditulis oleh akun Twitter SimpleMan KKN di Desa Penari. Thread bergenre horor tersebut telah sukses meraup kepopuleran dan menjadi trending #1 di media sosial Twitter.

MULTICULTURAL VALUES IN INDONESIAN ENGLISH TEXTBOOK
No full textThe aim of this study is to investigate the representation of multicultural values in senior high school English textbooks and elucidate how these values align with the eight characters of education. The theoretical framework guiding the analysis of the textbooks is based on Fairclough's theory of critical discourse analysis. The findings unveiled the presence of four core multicultural values within the textbooks, encompassing (1) Acceptance and appreciation of cultural diversity, (2) Respect for human dignity and universal human rights, (3) Responsibility to the world community, and (4) Respect for the earth. Additionally, the examination identified six character education values grounded in Pancasila, namely (1) Religious, (2) Tolerance, (3) Patriotism, (4) Friendly/communicative, (5) Environmental care, and (6) Social care.

Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan keberadaan empat nilai multikultural inti dalam buku teks, mencakup (1) Penerimaan dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman budaya, (2) Menghormati martabat dan hak asasi manusia universal, (3) Tanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat dunia, dan (4) Menghormati bumi. Selain itu, pemeriksaan ini mengidentifikasi enam nilai pendidikan karakter yang berakar pada Pancasila, yaitu (1) Keagamaan, (2) Toleransi, (3) Patriotisme, (4) Ramah/berkomunikasi, (5) Perawatan lingkungan, dan (6) Perawatan sosial.

SINONIM MUTLAK DALAM BUKU SISWA BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS X DAN XI (KURIKULUM MERDEKA)
No full textSynonyms are a type of semantic meaning relationship material that functions to enrich the vocabulary. One type of synonym is an absolute synonym, namely words that have identical meanings and can replace each other in all contexts. The use of absolute synonyms is found in Indonesian language student books for classes X and XI. This research aims to describe absolute synonyms based on word class and grammatical level in Indonesian language student books for classes X and This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data for this research are words, phrases and sentences in students' books for class X and XI Indonesian. The objects of this research are the class X Indonesian ebook by Aulia and Gumilar in 2021 and the class The results of this research found 50 absolute synonym data in Indonesian language student books for classes X and XI. The data is classified into (1) absolute synonyms based on word classes including 19 noun data, 1 numeral data, 5 adjective data, and 2 verb data; and (2) absolute synonyms based on grammatical level including 3 word data, 18 phrase data and 2 sentence data. Thus, it can be concluded that absolute synonyms can still be found, but they tend to be fewer than other types of synonyms.Sinonim merupakan salah satu materi relasi makna semantik yang berfungsi untuk memperkaya perbendaharaan kata. Saah satu jenis sinonim adalah sinonim mutlak, yakni kata yang memiliki makna identik dan dapat saling menggantikan dalam semua konteks. Penggunaan sinonim mutlak ditemukan dalam buku siswa Bahasa Indonesia kelas X dan XI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sinonim mutlak berdasarkan kelas kata dan tataran gramatikal dalam buku siswa Bahasa Indonesia kelas X dan XI (Kurikulum Merdeka) serta membuktikan adanya sinonim mutlak dalam buku tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, frasa, dan kalimat dalam buku siswa mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas X dan XI. Objek penelitian ini adalah ebook Bahasa Indonesia kelas X karya Aulia dan Gumilar tahun dan ebook Bahasa Indonesia kelas XI karya Marwati dan Waskitaningtyas yang disusun pada tahun 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, meliputi baca, amati, dan catat. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan 50 data sinonim mutlak dalam buku siswa Bahasa Indonesia kelas X dan XI. Data tersebut diklasifikasikan menjadi (1) sinonim mutlak berdasarkan kelas kelas kata meliputi 19 data nomina, 1 data numeralia, 5 data adjektiva, dan 2 data verba; dan (2) sinonim mutlak berdasarkan tataran gramatikal meliputi 3 data kata, 18 data frasa, dan 2 data kalimat. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberadaan sinonim mutlak masih dapat ditemukan, namun cenderung lebih sedikit daripada jenis sinonim yang lain
THE EFFECT OF SOCIAL SECURITY AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT ON THE WORK COMMITMENT

The writer used questionnaires, documentation, interview, observation, and statiscal analysis using linear regresaion. Based on the data analysis technique, it could be concluded that there were significant simultaneous social insurance that was influence work commitment on the employees of PT. Petrokimia Gresik Tbk. It could be seen by t-test where the test obtained the significant value on work commitment of the employees in PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Career development and sosial insurance had a simultaneous effect on employees of PT. Petrokimia Gresik. it can be evidenced by f-test where the test obtained significant value. This was intented to guarantee social insurance and career development should be concerned on PT Petrokimia Gresik to improve and support the directness business and target of the company. The Analysis of the Roles of Muraqabah and Muhasabah as Internal Hisbah Instruments to Enhance Sharia Compliance in Islamic Bussiness
Get PDFThe research aims to explore the role of muraqabah and muhasabah as internal hisbah instruments in ensuring the consistency of Sharia compliance among business practitioners in conducting their business activities. This qualitative research utilizes a descriptive-analytical approach to examine how muraqabah and muhasabah play an important role as internal hisbah instruments in ensuring consistent Sharia compliance for modern business actors. The data, obtained from various books and journals, is collected, processed, and analyzed to derive conclussions regarding the roles of muraqabah and muhasabah as internal hisbah instruments to enhance Sharia compliance in Islamic bussiness. Muraqabah, as a form of supervision and monitoring, encourages continuous awareness among business people to comply with Sharia principles in making business decisions. In this case, business people must understand, believe, and be aware that every action they take is under the supervision of Allah SWT. Meanwhile, muhasabah, as an in-depth self-evaluation instrument, provides a basis for critical reflection on every decision and business action. This evaluation does not only involve acceptance and acknowledgment of mistakes but also efforts to find solutions and improvement strategies for the benefit of the future. Muraqabah and muhasabah establish a dynamic internal monitoring mechanism, facilitating the enhanced identification of potential Sharia violations and the pursuit of corrective solutions for further improvement to achieve al-falah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran muraqabah dan muhasabah sebagai instrumen hisbah internal dalam memastikan konsistensi kepatuhan syariah para pelaku bisnis dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis untuk mengkaji bagaimana muraqabah dan muhasabah memainkan peran penting sebagai instrumen hisbah internal dalam memastikan konsistensi kepatuhan syariah para pelaku bisnis modern. Data yang diperoleh dari berbagai buku dan jurnal dikumpulkan, diolah, dan dianalisis untuk memperoleh kesimpulan mengenai peran muraqabah dan muhasabah sebagai instrumen hisbah internal untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan syariah dalam bisnis Islam. Muraqabah sebagai salah satu bentuk pengawasan dan pemantauan mendorong kesadaran terus menerus para pelaku bisnis untuk mematuhi prinsip syariah dalam mengambil keputusan bisnis. Dalam hal ini para pelaku bisnis harus memahami, meyakini, dan menyadari bahwa setiap tindakan yang dilakukannya berada dalam pengawasan Allah SWT. Sedangkan muhasabah sebagai instrumen evaluasi diri secara mendalam memberikan landasan refleksi kritis terhadap setiap keputusan dan tindakan bisnis. Muhasabah tidak hanya menyangkut penerimaan dan pengakuan atas kesalahan ataupun kegagalan, namun juga sebagai upaya mencari solusi dan strategi perbaikan demi kemaslahatan di masa depan. Muraqabah dan muhasabah membentuk mekanisme hisbah internal yang dinamis, memfasilitasi peningkatan identifikasi terhadap potensi pelanggaran syari’ah dan mencari solusi korektif untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut guna mencapai al-falah.

PENGARUH SISTEM PEMBAYARAN CASH ON DELIVERY, ONLINE CUSTOMER REVIEW, DAN COSTUMER RATING TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN TOKOPEDIA DI YOGYAKARTA
Get PDFIn conducting research, researchers utilized Tokopedia application users in Yogyakarta. This research aims to determine the influence of the cash on delivery payment system, online customer reviews, and customer ratings on the purchasing decisions of Tokopedia consumers in Yogyakarta. By utilizing the Tokopedia application, sampling in this study used purposive sampling techniques and utilized primary research data conducted by conducting surveys via Google Forms or questionnaires as the main data source with a Likerd scale of 1 to 4. The number of respondents in this study was one hundred and seventeen which were determined. with the Solvin formula. The methodology used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 18 application. The technique used in this research consists of multiple linear regression analysis tests, T tests, and coefficient of determination or R2 tests. The results of this research show that based on the results of the t test and f test the cash on delivery payment system, online customer reviews and customer ratings have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions via the Tokopedia application in Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pembayaran cash on delivery, online costumer review, dan costumer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Tokopedia di Yogyakarta. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Tokopedia, pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 18. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji t dan uji f sistem pembayaran cash on delivery, online costumer review, dan costumer rating berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi Tokopedia di Yogyakarta.
 
Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Zona Fitnes Mojokerto
No full textConsumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty are the hopes of every product and service provider. For service providers, interpersonal communication factors and physical evidence are two things that cannot be separated. Through interpersonal communication, service providers can fulfill the information desires that consumers need. Physical evidence is a factor that can be directly felt by potential consumers because potential consumers can see real physical things, namely the building or room, cleanliness and appearance of employees before they decide to become consumers. The aim of this research is to determine and test consumer loyalty (Y) which is influenced by interpersonal communication (X1), physical evidence (X2) and consumer satisfaction (Z) as intervening variables. This type of research is quantitative with data collection in the form of questionnaires from 100 respondents. The data processing tool uses smart PLS version 4.0. The research results show that 1) Interpersonal communication (X1) influences consumer satisfaction (Z) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 2) Physical evidence (X2) influences consumer satisfaction (Z) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 3) Interpersonal communication (X1) influences consumer loyalty (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 4) Physical evidence (X2) has an effect on consumer loyalty (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 5) Consumer satisfaction (Z) has an effect on consumer loyalty (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto 6) Interpersonal communication (X1) has no effect on loyalty consumers (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto with consumer satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable 7) Physical evidence (X2) has no effect on consumer loyalty (Y) Zona Fitnes Mojokerto with consumer satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable.Salah satu faktor kepuasan konsumen adalah komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Zona Fitnes Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t yaitu nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05. Uji F diperoleh hasil nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05. R Square diperoleh 0.47 yang berarti komunikasi interpersonal memberikan pengaruh sebesar 47% dan sisa sebesar 53% adalah faktor lain
Analisis Bibliometrik Tax Avoidance
No full textThe enormous benefits of taxes for the country and the tendency of taxpayers to engage in tax avoidance and even tax evasion has attracted researchers to explore and reveal important information related to taxes such as understanding taxpayer behavior, efforts to form effective tax policies as well as transparency and accountability. financial reports related to taxes. Its challenging for researchers who’ll research tax avoidance because there are still obstacles, mainly related to legal gaps, data limitations and the global dimension. This research aims to provide analysis related to tax avoidance research for the 2019-2024 using VOS Viewer software. This study conducting a systematic literature review, using a bibliometric analysis. The results show that the research trend with the Tax Avoidance theme has decreased from 2019 to 2024 due to research turning to issues related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the emergence of tax harmonization regulations and the government's efforts to reduce tax avoidance practices and access to sensitive data. and difficult to obtain. The relationships that occur are divided into 5 clusters. The first cluster include 6 items, the second 3 items, the third 2 items, the fourth 2 items, and the fifth only 1 item. Tax avoidance has brightness and at the same time has large dots in its high visualization, while the other 13 items have faded colors and at the same time have small dots in their visualization. Thus, there have been many studies using tax avoidance items in their research and the other items are still rare, this condition made opportunities to conduct research on the theme of tax avoidance by combining other variables/items that are already visible in the visualization or hasn`t visible yet.Melihat begitu besarnya manfaat pajak bagi negara dan adanya kecenderungan wajib pajak untuk melakukan penghindaran pajak dan bahkan penggelapan pajak telah menarik para peneliti untuk menggali dan mengungkap informasi penting terkait pajak seperti: pemahaman atas perilaku wajib pajak, upaya pembentukan Kebijakan Pajak yang Efektif serta transparansi dan akuntabilitas laporan keuangan yang berhubungan dengan pajak. Hal ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi peneliti yang akan meneliti tentang Penghindaran pajak karena masih terdapat hambatan bagi peneliti utamanya terkait adanya Celah Hukum, keterbatasan datadan Dimensi Global. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan analisis terkait penelitian penghindaran pajak periode 2019-2024 secara bibliometric dengan menggunakan software VOS Viewer.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan systematic literatur review. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis bibliometrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan trend penelitian dengan tema Tax Avoidance mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2024. Hubungan yang terjadi terbagi kedalam 5 cluster. Cluster pertama diisi 6 item, Cluster kedua diisi 3 item, Cluster ketiga berisi 2 item, keempat diisi 2 item, dan cluster kelima hanya 1 item. Tax avoidance memiliki kecerahan dan sekaligus memiliki titik besar pada visualisasinya yang tinggi sedangkan 13 item yang lain warnanya memudar dan sekaligus memiliki titik yang kecil pada visualisasinya dengan demikian sudah terdapat banyak penelitian yang menggunakan item tax avoidance dalam penelitiannya dan item-item lainnya masih jarang, sehingga membuka peluang untuk melakukan penelitian dengan tema tax avoidance dengan menggabungkan variabel/item-item lainnya yang sudah nampak dalam visualisasi atau dengan item yang belum nampak dalam visualisas
