    The increasing volume of waste is a challenge for environmental sustainability and public health. Le Minerale's recycling point program offers a solution by providing recycling facilities and increasing awareness of waste management. This initiative reduces waste in landfills and builds responsibility in maintaining a clean environment. This research aims to determine the influence of sustainable social development goals, environmentally friendly sustainable development goals, attitudes, intentions on green behavior on the Le Minerale recycle point program in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in the Yogyakarta Special Region in 2024, the sample used was 124 respondents. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this research uses partial least squares structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) using the WarpPLS version 7.0 application. The results of the research show that social sustainable development goals, environmentally friendly sustainable development goals, attitudes have a significant positive effect on intentions and intentions have a significant positive effect on green behavior.Meningkatnya volume sampah menjadi tantangan bagi keberlanjutan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Program recycle point Le Minerale menawarkan solusi dengan menyediakan fasilitas daur ulang dan meningkatkan kesadaran pengelolaan limbah. Inisiatif ini mengurangi sampah di tempat pembuangan akhir dan membangun tanggung jawab dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tujuan pembangunan sosial berkelanjutan, tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan ramah lingkungan, sikap, terhadap niat dan perilaku hijau pada program recycle point Le Minerale di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta pada tahun 2024, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 124 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan partial least squares structural equation modelling (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi WarpPLS versi 7.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan pembangunan sosial berkelanjutan, tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan ramah lingkungan, sikap berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat dan niat berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku hija

                This study investigates the influence of relational marketing dimensions trust, commitment, and communication on customer loyalty at Saat Kopi café in Surabaya, within the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry context. The research aims to understand how these dimensions foster customer retention in a competitive market. Data were collected through a survey of 30 customers who visit the café at least twice monthly, reside in Surabaya, and have a minimum high school education. Research techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires, with variables measured using a five-point Likert scale. Data quality was ensured through validity tests (Pearson correlation, significance < 0.05) and reliability tests (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.6). Analysis procedures comprised descriptive statistics to summarize responses, multiple regression analysis to assess the simultaneous impact of relational marketing dimensions on loyalty, and T-tests to evaluate individual variable significance. The regression analysis incorporated classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), with F-tests confirming the model’s overall significance and R² indicating the proportion of loyalty variance explained. Results reveal that trust, commitment, and communication positively and significantly influence customer loyalty, highlighting the effectiveness of relational marketing strategies in enhancing customer retention. These findings suggest that café management should prioritize building trust, fostering commitment, and maintaining effective communication to strengthen customer loyalty in the F&B sector. This study provides actionable insights for businesses aiming to improve customer relationships and loyalty.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran relasional terhadap aspek kepercayaan, komitmen dan komunikasi konsumen pada kafe 'Saat Kopi' di Surabaya, dalam konteks industri F&B - Food and Beverage. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 30 pelanggan kafe 'Saat Kopi' di Surabaya. Teknik penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Skala pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert. Prosedur analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji T. Pengujian kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, komitmen dan komunikasi dalam pemasaran relasional berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan

    Business has grown rapidly and undergone constant transformation. The food and beverage industry is a promising one. Fast food cafes are currently a lifestyle trend for adults. Fast food cafes are considered dining establishments that can provide the desired relaxed atmosphere. Cafes can be a place to relax with friends or family, socialize with business associates, or even simply enjoy the solitude. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Menu Variation, Price and Place Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction at Yokina Coffee and Eatery. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study use questionnaires, interviews, and observations. While the data analysis used is a descriptive technique that has 3 independent variables, namely X1 (Menu Variation), X2 (Price), X3 (Place Atmosphere) and 1 dependent variable, namely Y (Customer Satisfaction). The results of this study can be concluded that Menu Variation can have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price can have a very positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Place atmosphere has a very positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the price variable has a very positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, seen from the value of the regression coefficient results which are greater than the Menu variation and place atmosphere variables.Bisnis telah berkembang pesat dan telah mengalami transformasi yang konstan. Industri makanan dan minuman merupakan industri yang menjanjikan. Cafe cepat saji saat ini sedang menjadi trend gaya hidup orang dewasa. Cafe cepat saji dianggap sebagai tempat makan yang dapat memberikan suasana santai yang diinginkan. Cafe bisa dijadikan sarana untuk bersantai bersama teman atau keluarga, bersosialisasi dengan rekan bisnis, bahkan ada yang datang untuk menikmati suasana kesendirian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Variasi Menu, Harga dan Suasana Tempat terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Yokina Coffee And Eatery”.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner), wawancara, dan observasi. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif yang memiliki 3 variabel bebas yaitu X1 (Variasi Menu), X2 (Harga), X3 (Suasana Tempat) dan 1 Variabel terikat yaitu Y (Kepuasan Pelanggan). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variasi menu dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang memilih setuju sebanyak 30%. Harga dapat berpengaruh sangat positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang memilih setuju sebanyak 72%. Suasana Tempat sangat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelangga yang memilih setuju sebanyak 60% variabel harga sangat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dilihat dari nilai hasil koefisien regresinya lebih besar dibandingkan variabel variasi menu dan suasana tempat

    The purpose of study to examine implementation of reporting, clarity of budget target, internal control on performance accountability of government agencies in Yogyakarta City Regional Apparatus Organizations. The formulation of research problem is influence the application of public sector accounting reporting on government performance accountability, effect of budget target clarity on government agency performance accountability, effect of internal control on government agency performance accountability. Collecting research data use purposive sampling technique. This type research is quantitative. Data collection use a questionnaire and 53 respondents consisting of heads of offices, heads of finance, and financial staff in 18 Regional Organizations of the City of Yogyakarta. The data analysis use multiple linear analysis with SPSS 25 application. The result show public sector accounting reporting has a positive effect in government agency performance accountability, clarity budget target has positive effect on government agency performance accountability, and internal control has an effect on government agency performance accountability

    This study aims to examine (1) the effect of education level on the application of financial statements based on SAK-ETAP on meat duck SMEs in Mojosari District. (2) The Effect of Business Size on the Recording of Financial Statements Based on SAK-ETAP on MSMEs broiler ducks in Mojosari District. (3) The Effect of Business Length on the Recording of Financial Statements Based on SAK-ETAP on MSMEs broiler ducks in Mojosari District. (4) The Effect of Guidance on Socialization and Information on the Recording of Financial Statements Based on SAK-ETAP on MSMEs of broiler ducks in Mojosari District. The research sample used was 50 MSMEs of broiler ducks. This research method uses primary method with data collection by questionnaire as a research instrument. Test the research instrument using validity test, reliability test. Hypothesis test using regression test which was preceded by normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the level of education had a positive value of 0.245, the Business Size variable had a positive value of 1.399, the Length of Business variable had a positive value of 1.211, the Socialization and Information Development variable had a positive value of 0.257

    Financial reports are not only used as a means of securing business capital, but can also be used as information for evaluating business performance. Many business owners, especially MSMEs, still lack understanding of the importance of financial reports. The Indonesian government has a plan for MSME owners to prepare financial reports to facilitate capital provision and increase global competition. SAK EMKM is an Accounting Standard for MSMEs in preparing financial reports. This study aims to gather information about the presentation of financial reports and the readiness of MSMEs in implementing the financial report model for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities based on SAK EMKM at UD. Perdana Collection, a bag manufacturer in Mojokerto, using a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that UD. Perdana Collection has not yet prepared financial reports based on SAK EMKM and is not yet ready to implement financial reports based on SAK EMKM because none of the readiness assessment indicators have been met. The obstacles faced are a lack of accounting knowledge, the absence of specialized accounting employees, and the lack of separation of business finances from personal finances

    In recent years, the empowerment and planning system of the village government together with the community with the government system in Indonesia is based on law number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which explains that a village regulation can be implemented by the village regarding its existing policies in its own area. Minister of Home Affairs issued Regulation Number 114 of 2014 concerning Village Development Guidelines. Article 1 Number 114 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Development and planning through village empowerment states that, Village development is an effort to improve the quality of life and life for the greatest welfare of village communities. Cooperation or synergy between the government and the community in the context of development for economic prosperity as stated in mutual cooperation does not only require the role of the village government or the community itself, but also our shared role between the village government and the community which can be seen in various kinds of activities, including work. community service, village competitions, physical development in the form of infrastructure, as well as training in productive economic activities aimed at increasing knowledge and skills for the development of productive economic businesses for village communities. In this research, the researcher formulated the problem of how the village government synergizes with the community in developing innovative villages.Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pemberdayaan dan sistem perencanaan pemerintah desa bersama masyarakat dengan sistem pemerintahan di Indonesia dengan berdasarkan undangundang nomor 6 Tahun 2014  Tentang Desa, Yang menjelaskan bahwa sebuah peraturan desa dapat di lakukan desa terhadap kebijakannya yang ada di wilayahnya sendiri Menteri Dalam Negeri mengeluarkan Peraturan Nomor 114 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pembangunan Desa. Pasal 1 Nomor 114 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pedoman Pembangunan dan perencanaan melalui pemberdyaan desa disebutkan bahwa, Pembangunan desa adalah upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup dan kehidupan untuk sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.     Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penting dalam menggerakkan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan. Namun, pelaku UMKM di Desa Sidomulyo, KecamatanBangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto menghadapi kendala dalam memasarkan produknya secara optimal, terutama dalam aspek branding, promosi, dan distribusi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan strategi marketing mix, yaitu strategi Product, Price, Place dan Promotion. Metode kegiatan meliputi edukasi kepada 32 pelaku usaha bertempat di bale desa Sidomulyo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan implementasi strategi pemasaran, ditandai dengan perubahan dalam pengemasan produk, peningkatan penggunaan media sosial, serta perbaikan proses layanan pelanggan.     Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan UMKM Putra Yudha Tahu di Kelurahan Tanjungrejo, Kota Malang, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek produksi dan pemasaran produk tahu. Metode produksi yang masih tradisional menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan kualitas, kapasitas produksi yang terbatas, serta kurangnya inovasi produk. Di sisi pemasaran, mitra belum memanfaatkan platform digital secara optimal dan memiliki strategi promosi yang lemah. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim pengabdi menerapkan pendekatan kolaboratif berbasis teknologi tepat guna berupa perancangan mesin penyaring, pengaduk, dan pencetak tahu, serta pelatihan digital marketing dan manajemen usaha. Hasil yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan kapasitas produksi hingga 50%, penurunan cacat produk sebesar 30%, penciptaan variasi produk baru, serta perluasan jangkauan pasar melalui e-commerce dan media sosial. Program ini juga sejalan dengan pencapaian indikator kinerja utama (IKU), SDGs terkait pekerjaan layak dan pengentasan kemiskinan, serta fokus RIRN dalam bidang rekayasa keteknikan. Dengan dukungan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan, diharapkan tercipta kemandirian usaha, peningkatan kesejahteraan, serta dampak sosial-ekonomi yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat mitra

The results of the community service activity show that there are several stages in the implementation of the activity, namely Socialization related to the product that will be implemented in schools, Training related to improving teacher competency in implementing digital books in learning, Application of technology related to the activity of applying technology in this case digital books in Indonesian language learning materials in Elementary Schools, Mentoring is carried out by the community service team to observe the application of technology in this case digital books by teachers in delivering Indonesian language learning materials, and Evaluation related to assessing the results, processes, and implementation of the application of technology in learning to find out the shortcomings and advantages; Program Sustainability is related to the continuity in implementing digital books in every learning material in Elementary Schools even though the community service activity has been completed
