     Land plays a very important role in human life, especially for the Indonesian nation, which cannot be separated from its existence. Land is not only viewed from an economic aspect, but also includes various aspects of life and livelihood. Land has various values, such as in its use, utilization, and so on. For example, homeland and bloodshed are symbols that describe the territory of Indonesia which is dominated by land. In the South Sumatra community, many of its residents depend on land for their livelihoods. Indonesia as an agricultural country makes land an important factor for the survival of the people, as stated in Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution. In Manau IX Village, Padang Guci Hulu District, Kaur Regency, there was a dispute over the boundaries of a coffee plantation between two individuals. This dispute was triggered by a claim to a petai tree on the boundary of their land, which eventually developed into a debate and commotion. The resolution of this dispute was carried out through the customary law of Padang Guci Besemah Tribe, with the hope that a fair solution could be achieved without causing further conflict. This study aims to analyze the mechanism of land dispute resolution in the dispute over land boundaries (ntaghe) according to the customary law of Padang Guci Besemah Tribe in Manau IX Village, as well as the obstacles faced in the process of resolving the dispute. This study uses a qualitative legal sociology approach, with data collection methods through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that land dispute resolution in the context of ntaghe disputes, according to customary law, is carried out through deliberation and mediation mechanisms facilitated by customary leaders. This resolution process is based on local wisdom passed down through generations. Although unwritten, Besemah customary law remains consistently implemented and serves as a guideline for resolving conflicts within the community

    Analisis Variasi Bahasa Pada Lirik Lagu "Stecu-Stecu" Karya Faris Adam: Kajian Sosiolinguistik

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk variasi bahasa yang muncul dalam lirik lagu “Stecu-Stecu” karya Faris Adam serta menelusuri bagaimana ragam bahasa tersebut mencerminkan latar sosial dan budaya penuturnya. Lagu ini dipilih karena secara eksplisit menampilkan kekayaan bahasa informal khas anak muda Indonesia Timur melalui penggunaan dialek regional, slang remaja, campur kode, serta gaya tutur ekspresif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiolinguistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi bahasa dalam lagu ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi, tetapi juga menjadi penanda identitas sosial, usia, dan latar budaya penuturnya. Dialek Melayu Timur yang digunakan seperti “sa”, “ko”, “su”, dan “jang” mencerminkan identitas regional, sementara penggunaan istilah seperti “fly”, “stelan cuek”, dan “effort” menunjukkan pengaruh budaya pop dan globalisasi. Lagu ini juga memperlihatkan dinamika hubungan antar-gender khas remaja melalui gaya bahasa yang santai dan penuh tarik-ulur emosional. Kesimpulannya, lagu “Stecu-Stecu” tidak hanya memiliki nilai estetika musik, tetapi juga nilai linguistik dan sosiokultural yang tinggi, menjadikannya sebagai cermin cara anak muda Indonesia Timur mengekspresikan diri dan membangun hubungan sosial melalui bahasa

    Pengurangan Risiko Bencana Berbasis Komunitas: Pembentukan KSB dan Pendampingan Peta Rawan Bencana

    Program pengabdian dosen terintegrasi Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik di Kelurahan Sambuli, Kecamatan Nambo, Kota Kendari, telah memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam upaya pengurangan risiko bencana berbasis komunitas. Melalui kegiatan pembentukan Kelompok Siaga Bencana (KSB), masyarakat telah mendapatkan wadah formal untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan koordinasi dalam menghadapi potensi bencana di wilayahnya. Selain itu, pelatihan penguatan kapasitas yang diberikan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KSB, khususnya dalam memahami risiko, mekanisme respons, serta langkah-langkah mitigasi bencana yang sesuai dengan karakteristik lokal. Hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian terintegrasi KKN Tematik ini berhasil megidentifikasi beberepa ancaman bencana di Desa Sambuli yakni banjir rob, longsor, banjir, dan abrasi pantai. Pendampingan penyusunan peta rawan bencana secara partisipatif dilakukan melalui pelibatan masyarakat secara langsung dalam proses identifikasi ancaman bencana, jalur evakuasi dan lokasi titik kumpul.     EFL First-Year Students’ Writing Challenges and Strategies in the Transition from High School to University Writing

    Writing at the university level presents significant challenges for EFL students. Although many studies have investigated EFL students’ academic writing challenges, few have focused specifically on paragraph writing, the foundational stage of academic writing development among first-year university students, particularly those transitioning from high school to university writing. Addressing this gap, this present study investigates students’ writing challenges, strategies, and their perceptions of differences and feedback. A total of 315 first-year Indonesian EFL students enrolled in the English study programs were selected through convenience sampling to complete a Likert-scale questionnaire adapted from the ESLP 82 Questionnaire. The findings reveal idea organization as the most prominent difficulty (M = 4.4; 83.5% agree), followed by issues of grammar and sentence structures (M = 4.3; 78.9% agree). Whereas, 85,7% students answered that university writing is more complex than high school writing activities, because it is needed a higher level of critical thinking, as 88,2% students acknowledged. As many as 80.8% students like to discuss with their teachers about their writing difficulties, and 89.5% prefer to use digital tools such as Grammarly and ChatGPT. At about 89,4% students stated that teacher feedback on grammar was considered helpful, but students rarely got peer feedback. These findings emphasize the urgent need for structured writing support that focuses on idea organization, grammar, vocabulary enhancement, and opportunities for peer interaction. To explore effective pedagogical interventions and the evolving role of digital tools in supporting academic writing development, further studies are highly recommended

    Pengembangan E-LKPD Berbasis Etno-STEM Pengolahan Sate Bandeng Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik SMP Kelas VIII

    This research is based on the low critical thinking skills of students and the limited use of interactive teaching materials in the learning process at school. Based on these conditions, interactive teaching materials based on Ethno-STEM were developed which function as learning support tools to support the critical thinking skills of junior high school students. This study aims to examine the level of validity and student responses to Ethno-STEM-based E-LKPD in the study of milkfish satay processing. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) by adopting the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research instrument consisted of a validation sheet filled out by experts and a student response questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the developed E-LKPD obtained an average validity value of 91.5% with a "Very Valid" category based on the assessment of teaching material experts, material experts, and practitioners or junior high school science teachers. After going through the revision stage, the product was tested on a limited basis and received a positive response from students with a percentage of 86.8% in the "Good" category. Thus, the E-LKPD based on Ethno-STEM is suitable for use as a supporting teaching material in learning.Penelitian ini didasari oleh masih rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik serta terbatasnya pemanfaatan bahan ajar interaktif dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, dikembangkan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis Etno-STEM yang berfungsi sebagai perangkat pendukung pembelajaran guna menunjang kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik tingkat SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tingkat validitas serta respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD berbasis Etno-STEM pada kajian pengolahan sate bandeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadopsi model ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas lembar validasi yang diisi oleh para ahli serta angket respon peserta didik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memperoleh nilai validitas rata-rata sebesar 91,5% dengan kategori “Sangat Valid” berdasarkan penilaian ahli bahan ajar, ahli materi, dan praktisi atau guru IPA SMP. Setelah melalui tahap revisi, produk diuji coba secara terbatas dan mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta didik dengan persentase sebesar 86,8% yang berada pada kategori “Baik”.     Efektivitas Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Multimedia untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Sains Siswa SMA

    physics plays a significant role in the advencement of science and technology; however, physics learning in schools is often perceived as challenging, and students’ scientific literacy skills are still considered insufficient. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of interactive multimedia-based learning media in improving senior high scholl students’ scientific literacy in physics. The research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest model. The research subjects consisted of 36 eleventh-grade students (Class XI-1) at a senior high scholl in Kebumen Regency. Data were collected using a scientific literacy test comprising five indicators: observing, measuring, predicting, concluding, and communicating. Data analysis was conducted through quantitative descriptive analysis using percentage scores and N-Gain analysis. The results showed that students’ initial scientific literacy levels varied, with percentages of 73.72%, 72.14%, 62.94%, 63.78%, and 75.08%. After the implementation of interactive multimedia-based learning media, post-test scores increased to 85.89%, 83.39%, 76.22%, 77.92%, and 89.53%. The N-Gain values ranged from 0.36 to 0.58, which fall into the moderate category. These findings indicate that interactive multimedia-based learning media are effective in enhancing students’ scientific literacy skills.Fisika memiliki kontribusi besar dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, namun pembelajaran fisika di sekolah masih dianggap sulit dan sebagai salah satu bukti yang merefleksikan kemampuan literasi sains siswa masih belum memadai. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi efektifitas media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis multimedia sebagai upaya meningkatan kemampuan literasi sains siswa SMA bidang pelajaran fisika. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan rancangan pre-eksperimental berupa one group pretest-posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian ini membentuk 36 anak kelas XI-1 di SMA di Kabupaten Kebumen. Alat pelaksana penelitian berbentuk tes literasi sains dengan membentuk lima indikator, yaitu mengamati, mengukur, memprediksi, menyimpulkan, dan berkomunikasi.  Pengamatan data dengan melakukan analisis desktipstif kuantitatif dengan skor persentase dan analisis N-gain. Temuan dari penelitian ini menampilkan bahwa tingkat literasi sains para siswa masing-masing berbeda berjumlah 73,72%, 72,14%, 62,94%, 63,78%, dan 75,08%. Setelah penerapan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis multimedia, nilai post-test meningkat menjadi 85,89%, 83,39%, 76,22%, 77,92%, dan 89,53%. Nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,46; 0,40; 0,36; 0,39; dan 0,58 termasuk dalam kategori sedang.     Klasifikasi Burnout Mahasiswa menggunakan Algoritma Random Forest dengan Analisa Feature Importance

    Prolonged stress in higher education environments can lead to emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion among students, negatively affecting concentration, academic performance, and mental health. This study aims to classify student burnout levels using the Random Forest algorithm and to analyze model performance as well as dominant contributing factors through a feature importance approach. The dataset was obtained from the Kaggle platform and consisted of 1,100 samples covering psychological, physiological, environmental, academic, and social variables. The research methodology included data preprocessing, data balancing using the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), and data splitting with six scenarios: 70:30, 75:25, 78:22, 80:20, 83:17, and 87:13. Experimental results showed that all splitting scenarios produced relatively stable performance, with the 80:20 split achieving the highest accuracy of 89%, while other scenarios ranged from 85% to 87%. Feature importance analysis indicated that physiological factors, particularly blood_pressure, had the most significant contribution to student burnout classification.Stres berkepanjangan di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi dapat menyebabkan kelelahan emosional, fisik, dan mental di kalangan mahasiswa, yang berdampak negatif pada konsentrasi, kinerja akademik, dan kesehatan mental. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat kelelahan mahasiswa menggunakan algoritma Random Forest dan menganalisis kinerja model serta faktor-faktor dominan yang berkontribusi melalui pendekatan pentingnya fitur. Dataset diperoleh dari platform Kaggle dan terdiri dari 1.100 sampel yang mencakup variabel psikologis, fisiologis, lingkungan, akademik, dan sosial. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pra-pemrosesan data, penyeimbangan data menggunakan Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), dan pembagian data dengan enam skenario: 70:30, 75:25, 78:22, 80:20, 83:17, dan 87:13. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa semua skenario pembagian menghasilkan kinerja yang relatif stabil, dengan pembagian 80:20 mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 89%, sedangkan skenario lainnya berkisar antara 85% hingga 87%. Analisis pentingnya fitur menunjukkan bahwa faktor fisiologis, khususnya tekanan darah, memiliki kontribusi paling signifikan terhadap klasifikasi kelelahan siswa

    EFEKTIVITAS KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM MAKANAN BERGIZI GRATIS (MBG): EVALUASI BERDASARKAN PRINSIP TATA KELOLA YANG BAIK

    The Free Nutritious Food (MBG) Program is the flagship program of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka government which will be launched in 2025 with a budget allocation of Rp 71 trillion. This program aims to address chronic nutrition problems, especially stunting, and improve the quality of Indonesia's human resources. This study analyzes the implementation of the MBG Program from the perspective of governance. The research method uses normative juridical research with public policy analysis and study of regulatory literature, policy documents, and related academic studies. The results of the study show that MBG has several challenges from the principles of good government, namely transparency, accountability, and community participation. In transparency, challenges stem from the complexity of the reporting system, the difference in the price of foodstuffs in each region and the indication of price mark-ups during procurement and price distribution. In accountability, challenges stem from  the lack of internal auditor capacity at the regional level and the lack of a deterrent effect for MBG accountability violators. In community participation, challenges stem from the lack of community participation and public consultation on MBG Program planning. The collaboration strategy between state institutions is the existence of a centralized system for information exchange, cross-sectoral task forces at the national and regional levels, and the development of a platform information system.Program Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) merupakan program unggulan pemerintahan Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka yang diluncurkan pada tahun 2025 dengan alokasi anggaran sebesar Rp 71 triliun. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah gizi kronis, khususnya stunting, dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan Program MBG dari perspektif tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, khususnya Pasal 28H ayat (1) tentang hak atas kesehatan dan pangan dan Pasal 34 tentang kewajiban negara untuk melindungi kelompok rentan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis kebijakan publik dan studi literatur regulasi, dokumen kebijakan, dan kajian akademik terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi perbaikan yang meliputi penguatan kerangka hukum, pengembangan platform digital terintegrasi untuk transparansi, penguatan sistem audit berlapis, pembentukan satgas lintas sektor, pengembangan infrastruktur secara bertahap, pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, penerapan standar HACCP, pemberdayaan partisipasi masyarakat, optimalisasi produksi lokal, diversifikasi pendanaan,  memanfaatkan teknologi, dan menyiapkan peta jalan jangka panjang untuk 2025-2045

    Implementation of Governance, Community Participation, and Social Impact on BAZNAS CSR Programs in North Sumatra

    Poverty remains one of the major challenges in Indonesia, including in North Sumatra Province, which has a large Muslim population. Poverty alleviation efforts are not solely the responsibility of the government but also involve the business sector and religious institutions through mechanisms such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and zakat. This study aims to analyze the implementation of governance, community participation, and social impact of zakat-based CSR programs managed by BAZNAS (National Zakat Agency) of North Sumatra Province. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with stages consisting of problem identification, literature review, data collection, data analysis, validation, and evaluation. The findings reveal that good governance emphasizing transparency, accountability, and effectiveness plays a crucial role in strengthening institutional legitimacy. Strong governance encourages broader community participation, both from muzakki (zakat payers) who channel their zakat through BAZNAS and mustahik (zakat recipients) who actively engage in empowerment programs. Such participation enhances program effectiveness, particularly in productive initiatives such as Sumut Makmur, which supports mustahik in developing micro-enterprises and increasing household income. The combination of sound governance and active community participation ultimately produces tangible social impacts, although at the macro level, poverty rates in North Sumatra remain fluctuating, as indicated by BPS (Central Statistics Agency) data. This study concludes that integrating CSR and zakat through BAZNAS has the potential to serve as an effective and sustainable strategy for poverty alleviation at the regional level

    Pengembangan LAPD berorientasi PBL untuk Melatihkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik Pada Materi Larutan Penyangga

    This study was conducted to analyze the feasibility of PBL-based LAPD in developing critical thinking skills in Phase F of buffer solution material. The feasibility of LAPD was evaluated based on the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research design applied was Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D Thiagarajan development model, which includes definition, design, and development. Limited-scale testing was applied to grade XI students at Widya Darma High School in Surabaya. The feasibility analysis of LAPD in terms of content validity, construct validity, and graphic validity showed a mode score of 5, which is classified as very good. The practicality of the LAPD was proven by a student response rate of 90% and an activity observation result of 93.30%, thus classified as very practical. The effectiveness aspect was determined based on the pretest and posttest critical thinking scores. Testing with the paired t-test method obtained a right-hand p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), so the alternative hypothesis H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. This improvement was supported by a critical thinking N-gain value of 0.77 in the high category, as well as student learning outcomes of 87.5, which had reached mastery. The analysis results indicate that PBL-oriented LAPD is feasible to be applied to train critical thinking on buffer solution material.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kelayakan LAPD berbasis PBL dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis Fase F materi larutan penyangga. Tingkat kelayakan LAPD dievaluasi berdasarkan aspek validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektivitas. Rancangan penelitian yang diterapkan berupa Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D Thiagarajan yang meliputi pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Pengujian berskala terbatas diterapkan pada peserta didik tingkat XI SMA Widya Darma Surabaya. Analisis kelayakan LAPD pada aspek validitas isi, konstruk, dan kegrafikaan menunjukkan perolehan skor modus sebesar 5 dengan klasifikasi sangat baik. Tingkat kepraktisan LAPD dibuktikan melalui persentase respons peserta didik sebesar 90% dan hasil observasi aktivitas sebesar 93,30%, sehingga diklasifikasikan sebagai sangat praktis. Aspek keefektifan ditentukan berdasarkan nilai pretest serta posttest berpikir kritis. Pengujian dengan metode uji t berpasangan mendapatkan p-value pihak kanan sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) sehingga hipotesis alternatif H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Peningkatan tersebut didukung nilai N-gain berpikir kritis sebesar 0,77 berkategori tinggi, serta hasil belajar pengetahuan peserta didik sebesar 87,5 yang telah mencapai ketuntasan.
