Development of Teaching Materials for Introduction of Teaching Units that Promote Independent Identification of Problems : Lesson Design of Grade Three Elementary School Science “Nature of Sound”
Get PDF平成29年に告示された小学校学習指導要領では、小学校理科第3学年の内容に「音の伝わり方と大小」が追加された。本研究では、小学校学習指導要領に示されている小学校理科の改訂の要点及び具体的な改善事項を踏まえ、単元の導入で児童が主体的に問題を見いだすことを目指した教材を作成した。そして作成した教材を実際に用いた授業を構想し、授業実践を通してその効果を検証した。授業では児童一人一人が作成した教材を用いて主体的に学習に取り組む姿が見られた。本実践における児童の姿から作成した教材が主体的に問題を見いだすことに有効であることが示唆された。In the Course of Study for elementary schools announced in 2016, “Propagation of Sound and Its Magnitude” was added to the content of Grade 3 elementary school science. In this study, teaching materials aimed at nurturing independent identification of problems by children through the introduction of units were created based on the key points of revision of elementary school science and the specific improvements indicated in the Course of Study for elementary schools. Further, a class was conceptualized in which the teaching materials created were actually used, and the effects based on the classroom practices were verified. In the class, children were seen engaging independently in learning through the use of the teaching materials created. The image of the children in these practices indicated that the teaching materials created were effective in independent identification of problems.departmental bulletin pape
The effects of an education program for community health nursing diagnosis in the bachelor level course for nursing
Get PDF目的：看護師の学士課程教育における地域看護診断演習の効果について明らかにする。
方法： 2019年度にA 大学の看護師教育課程の科目「地域看護学援助演習」を受講した3年生のうち、研究に同意した87名を対象とした。演習のレポートから学修内容についての記述を抽出し質的帰納的に分析した。
結果： 地域看護診断演習によって、学生は【地域の健康課題を分析していく視点と方法の獲得】、【地域の健康課題に対する支援を検討していく視点の獲得】、【地域看護の特質への理解の深まり】、【地域看護への関心と視野の広がり】、【効果的なチームワークについての理解の深まり】を学修していた。
結論： 学生は、地域や人々の生活状況を踏まえて支援すること、地域看護への関心と地域を支える一員として自覚をもつこと、チームワークについて学んでいた。以上から、本演習は今後の保健医療を担う看護師に必要とされる力の獲得に効果があったといえる。Objective: The purpose of this research is to clarify the effects of education program for community health nursing diagnosis in the bachelor level course for nursing.
Method: The subjects were 87 of third grade students of bachelor nursing course in A University that took “an education program for community health nursing diagnosis” in 2019 and gave consent. Text related to learning outcomes of the program were abstracted from the assignment report and qualitative-inductive analysis was conducted.
Results: The effects of an education program for community health nursing diagnosis were shown to be consisted of followings; “Gaining perspectives and methods for analyzing community health issues”, “Gaining perspectives to consider support to community health issues”, “Deepening their understanding of the characteristics of community health nursing”, “Increase in interest and widening of perspectives towards community health nursing”, and “Deepening their understanding of effective teamwork”.
Conclusion: Through this program, students learned about support based on local characteristics and people’s living conditions, and about teamwork. The students also became interested in community health nursing and aware as members of the community. Therefore, it is considered that this program was effective in acquiring the competence required for nurses useful in future health care system.departmental bulletin pape
Support for community building through residents’ participation of nursing staff in the Community General Support Center
Get PDF目的：「いきいきまつり」を通じ、地域づくりに向けて地域包括支援センター看護職が行なった支援を記述することを目的とした。
方法：自治体と連携して先駆的な地域づくり型保健活動を行なっているA 区地域包括支援センターの看護職を対象とし、半構造的面接を行なった。逐語録から、看護職の支援の内容を抽出し、支援の流れを示した。
結果：活動の立ち上げにあたって、看護職は〈日頃の活動から把握している住民参加者の選定〉などを行なっていた。その後〈住民の意識を地域づくりに向くよう促す〉、〈健康づくりを強化できるよう促す〉、〈地区特性に合わせた活動を行なうことを提案する〉などして、住民主体の地域づくりに発展させていた。
考察：地域包括支援センター看護職は地区に密着した日々の活動を生かし、地域づくりの中心となる人材を発掘し、住民同士や住民と自治体保健師をつなぐとともに、活動を地区特性に合わせる役割を担うと考えられる。departmental bulletin pape

Effects of acquiring communication skills on perception of nurse-patient relationships and communication apprehension in student nurses during practicum in end-of-life care
Get PDF本研究目的は終末期ケア実習中の看護学生が対患者関係を築き、患者の問題を意識化するためのコミュニケーション・スキル（Communication Skills: CS）を獲得することで対患者関係知覚とコミュニケーション懸念（Communication Apprehension: CA）に及ぼす影響について検討することである。参加者は看護大学3 年生、終末期ケア実習中の学生で、そのなかから彼らの希望で実験群と統制群に振り分けた。実験群には従来の教育に加え、新たな教育としてCS 獲得訓練を行い、介入前後で自己記述式質問紙調査を実施した。統制群には従来の教育を行い、実験群と同時期に質問紙調査を実施した。2 要因（実験条件と実験時期）分散分析の結果、実験群では患者の問題を意識化するためのCS やそのCS に対応した問題解決的応答への知覚が促進され、介入の主効果を認めた。また、実験群では困難性CA が低減傾向であったが、介入効果は十分とは言えず、CA への対処支援として認知的アプローチの必要性が示唆された。The effect of acquiring communication skills on the perception of nurse-patient relationships and communication apprehension in nursing students were empirically examined during the end of life care practicums. Nursing students doing end of life care practicums participated in the study. They were classified into an experimental, or a control group by their free choice. The former received communication skills training as psycho-educational support during practicums, in addition to the standard education, whereas the latter received only the standard education. Pre- and post-practicum self-administered questionnaires assessed the intervention effect. A two-factor analysis of variance indicated a significant main effect of the intervention in the experimental group demonstrated by increased communication skills and improved perception about nurse-patient relationships, although no significant main effect was observed on communication apprehension. It is concluded that nursing students acquired communication skills, and the responsiveness of patients increased through the development of nurse-patient relationships. However, it is suggested that communication apprehension of nursing students would not decrease unless they deal with patients’ responses.departmental bulletin pape
