Exploring relational leadership among female university students : Insights from educational practices at Kyoritsu Women's University
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze educational practices at Kyoritsu Women's University from the perspective of relational leadership and to examine how female students demonstrate this leadership. A survey based on the relational leadership model was conducted with second-year university students who participated in the Leadership Development Course. The results indicated that students effectively demonstrated relational leadership, particularly through attitudes of accepting others and promoting change through collaboration, as well as an emphasis on moral behavior and commitment to a shared vision. It was also suggested that long-term participation in the Leadership Development Course might deepen their understanding of collaborative processes. Furthermore, when compared to students from the coeducational university in the United States, it was considered that the characteristics of relational leadership among Kyoritsu Women's University female students might be influenced by gender and Japanese cultural factors. At Kyoritsu Women's University, leadership development is centered on the Kyoritsu Leadership framework, which is rooted in the university's educational philosophy, suggesting that leadership education is effectively conducted in line with the vision of collaboration.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本研究の目的は、幼保小連携接続の関係者が架け橋期のコーディネーターに求める資質・能力として重視している内容を明らかにすることであった。
2 自治体の幼保小連携の関係者の合計5 名を対象として、幼保小連携接続におけるコーディネーターに求められる資質を問う半構造化インタビューを行った。
連携接続担当者の幼保小連携接続のコーディネーターに必要な資質に関する語りには、「取り組みを発信する力」、「担い手としての自覚を促す力」、「意味や枠組みを見出す力」の3 トピックがみられた。
架け橋期のコーディネーターに求められる役割や資質を明らかにしていくことで、現在の連携接続に不足しているもの、改善したい内容の見通しが見えてくることが考えられる。departmental bulletin pape
Treatment of the SDGs in the Field of Cost Accounting and Management Accounting : Examination of the academic literatures published in SSRN using Text-Mining
Get PDF本稿では、原価計算・管理会計学領域の学術研究におけるSDGsへの取り組みの動向を把握することを目的とし、論文データベース（SSRN: Social Science Research Network）に掲載された近時の学術論文を対象として、テキストマイニングの手法を用いて選択・分析し、海外の会計学者により提唱されている近時の重要論点・テーマを探りだしたものである。
その結果、（A）気候リスク、環境の維持、企業の社会的責任等の一般論（テーマを特徴づけるキーワード：climate、environment、sustain、CSR/CSRD、NFR/NFRD、SG）、（B）1997年設立のGRIが提唱する持続可能性報告・開示ガイドライン関係（同、GRI/Global Reporting Initiatives）、（C）生産過程の品質管理、ムダ・ムラ・ムリの把握と極小化（同、ISO、TQC、TQM、waste、recycle、byproduct）、（D）企業経営と社会倫理、役職員の評価・査定、報酬の関係（同、moral、ethic、incentive）、（E）SDGs推進に求められる企業内部の組織論からの考察（同、organizational、resilient（ce））、の5つのテーマを同定すると共に、そこに至るまでの判断・分析プロセスを示した。
本稿で呈示した手法により、外部環境の変化に伴うアップデートが可能となろう。さらにこの手法は会計学領域に限定されるものではなく、他領域においても、諸外国で近時積極的に論じられているテーマの追跡可能性を維持した形で探求・同定することが可能となると思われる。This paper explores recent trends on SDGs in Cost and Management Accounting by reviewing academic papers from the SSRN database using text-mining methods.
Five key areas were discovered: (A) Broad discussions on climate risk, environmental sustainability, and corporate social responsibility, (B) GRI’s sustainability reporting and disclosure guidelines, (C) Quality control in manufacturing processes and reduction of inefficiency, inconsistency and overburdens, (D) Corporate management and social ethics in connection with evaluation and compensation of executives and employees, and (E) The role of internal corporate organizational theory in advancing SDGs.

Get PDFDecorative stitches of“ Seimei kuji kano” can be seen on the breast of the banner and curtain. These are also mentioned in military texts as being sewn on banners and camp curtains. The purpose of sewing on the Seimei Kuji Kano shapes was to protect oneself with these characters used in the art of shujutsu, and it can be said that they were used with the expectation of magical effects. Seimei and Kano have a“ So form,” and this form is often seen on the waistband of childrenʼs kimonos. Childrenʼs kimono, Hitotsumi, has an amulet called a“ back guard,” and it is thought that“ So no kano” and“ So no Seimei” sewn into the waist cord had the same magical meaning as the banner and curtain.departmental bulletin pape
