Karakteristik Minimmum Quantity Lubrication Dengan Pelumas Nabati Terhadap Jarak Potong dan Flank Wear Pahat Carbide
Maching using coolant causing environmental problems. Improper coolant waste handling can damage surrounding environment. In Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) there are lubrication that can reduce friction force between tool and working material thereby can reduce the rate of temperature rise, and can impove tool lifeThe purpose of this research is to analyse the use of vegetable oil lubricant as alternative MQL lubricant on cutting distance and flank wear of the work material.This research using vegetable oils consisted of palm oil, coconut oil, soybean oi, and maize (corn) oil. Those vegetable oils were tested their physical properties to be compared with ester oil especially the kinematic viscosity and flash point properties. Turning process were done until flank wear reach 0.3 mm.Soy beam are choose as the best vegetable oil used as MQL. Compared with dry, MQL soy beam produce longer cutting distance. Compared with wet and MQL ester oil, soy beam oil produce shorter life tool
SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENGADAAN BAHAN PUSTAKA PERPUSTAKAAN STT ADISUTJIPTO MENGGUNAKAN METODE TOPSIS
Library STT Adisutjipto still use manual for procurement of library materials. So that the workers have to put together a list of books needs of various departments request then selects request books one by one so often is not appropriate in the procurement process. To overcome these problems will be built a decision support system that can provide an alternative solution in the procurement process book. By using TOPSIS librarian can take a few titles that have the greatest value of any calculation, so that will be obtained several lists of books that will be held. TOPSIS method aims to select an alternate book based on criteria (budget, proposals, books are often borrowed, price, edition of the book, stock, date of publication and publisher) which has been determined. The calculation process is done by finding the weight value of each alternative on each criterion. The selected book is the greatest value as the best alternative. The final result of the calculation method TOPSIS with manual calculation is the same, where the book Ansi (BK06) is a book that has the greatest value. The value for each method is BK06 with a value of 0.7781 on TOPSIS and BK06 to the value of 0.7781 on manual calculations.
ANALISIS PERAWATAN MODUL RPC 2000 PADA SECONDARY SURVEILLANCE RADAR (RADAR SSR) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE (RCM) DI PERUM LPPNPI AIRNAV INDONESIADISTRIK YOGYAKARTA
Radar merupakan suatu alat pendeteksi dan pengatur lalu lintas pesawat diudara. Perawatan radar sangat penting terutama pada komponen-komponennya agar dapat beroperasi dengan baik tanpa ada kendala. Kerusakan yang terjadi pada komponen Modul RPC 2000 pada Radar SSR yang beroperasi selama 24 jam akan mengakibatkan hilangnya target pesawat pada display controller ataulayartampilan pesawat di ruang ATC. Karena tindakan perawatan saat ini cenderung corrective maintenace. Oleh karena itu tindakan perawatan berkala merupakan hal yang penting dilaksanakan oleh teknisi agar modul dapat beroperasi sesuai dengan fungsinya. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dengan menggunakan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), Logic Tree Analysis (LTA), Task Selection untuk pemilihan tindakan kebijakan perawatan guna mengetahui dan menganalisa mode kegagalan yang terjadi dan memilih tindakan kebijakan perawatan yang lebih efisien.Dari hasil analisis FMEA diperoleh 12 mode kegagalan yaitu pada komponen modul smps switch on/off, bearing, spool motor, resistor, kapasitor, transistor, integrated circuit. Pada Logic Tree Analysis diperolehkategori mode kegagalan yaitu kategori B (outage). Kemudianpada tahapakhirTask Selection yaitu menentukan tindakan kebijakan perawatan. Sehingga rekomendasi perawatan preventive yang tepat adalah 4 kebijakan perawatan Condition Directed (CD) dan 8 untuk kebijakan perawatan Run To Failure
STUDI PENGARUH PROSES MANUFAKTUR KOMPOSIT BERMATRIK EPOKSI TERHADAP KEKUATAN TARIK DAN IMPAK PADA KOMPOSIT HYBRID BERPENGUAT SERBUK KAYU ALBASIA DAN SERAT GELAS
A composite material is very efficient to use at a structure which needs a combination between strength and stiffness and light weight. The advantage of composite material compared to a metal is corrosion resistance, accessible, and reasonable price. This study aims to determine the tensile and impact strength composites of the epoxy matrix composite reinforced by glass fiber and albsia sawdust.The composites were made using variations of stirring time 15 minutes and 30 minutes with a stirring speed of 658 rpm and 858 rpm. The composite were made using variations of the drying temperatures 40ºC, 50ºC, 60ºC, 70ºC, and the room temperature. The reinforced materials is used albasia sawdust and woven glass fiber. The matrix was Epoxy Resin Bakelite EPR 174 and Epoxy Hardener V-140. The methodology for making the composite test specimens particles was hand lay-up (open mold). The highest tensile strength testing on a composite was 37.92 MPa with a stirring time of 30 minutes and 858 rpm stirring rotation. For the impact testing, the highest visible impact at 0.0024 J/mm² in the composite with a stirring time of 15 minutes and 858 rpm stirring rotation. Through this test, it was obtained the highest tensile strength of 43.03 MPa in the composite with 50ºC drying temperature variation. Meanwhile, the composites with 60ºC drying temperature variation had the highest impact strength with a value of 0.0037 J/mm². The composite material composition and morphology of the fracture were analyzed by SEM observation.

The design of aircraft at the present time can use a variety of methods one using software Blender and NURBS technique. In the manufacture of aircraft models used animation production process flow is divided into three stages: pre-production, production and post-production. Pre-production stage such as modeling, texturing, rigging. Stage productions such as animating, lighting, rendering. In the manufacture of pre-production stage takes precision accuracy settings using NURBS techniques. IDENTIFIKASI TANAMAN KACANG-KACANGAN BERDASAR ZAT HARA LAHAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ELECTRE (STUDI KASUS:DI KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL)
This study aims to improve the economic value of farmers' land, so the land can be planted with legumes right by the soil nutrient. Many farming communities are still using the self-taught learning and experience from generation to generation in the determination of the types of legumes were planted them, causing yields are not optimal. And so we need a system that can help farmers to determine the type of legumes matching based nutrient soil to be processed. The study was conducted in the five District in Gunungkidul for data collection in the field. The results of data collection in the field can be a benchmark for decision makers farmers to determine the type of legume crops to be planted based on the criteria of soil nutrients . Criteria are a barometer of determining the type of legumes is the KTK, base saturation, O, Ca, C / N, Magnesium, Carbon. Determining the level of importance of each criterion and to calculate the value of suitability types of legumes based on each of these criteria were analyzed using ELECTRE. With this system the maximum expected agricultural output, thus increasing the economic value of Gunungkidul regency.
The Effects Of Mixing And Curing On Morphological And Mechanical Properties Of Epoxy-Albasia Composites
This research is aimed to know the effect of mixing time, mixing speed and curing temperature on morphological and mechanical properties of epoxy-albasia wood fiber composites. The method used in the manufacturing process was hand lay-up method. The fibers with 30 mesh and 25% volume fraction are mixed with epoxy for the time variations of 15 and 45 minutes by speed variation of 695 rpm, 773 rpm, and 853 rpm. In order to investigate the effects of curing temperature, the same mixture was blended manually for 20 minutes and cured with the temperature variation of 40, 50, 60, 70 and 800C. Experimental results show that mixing the fiber and matrix with the speed of 695 rpm for 15 minutes increases the tensile strength but slightly declines the impact strength. This phenomenon could be possibly caused by the longer the mixing time, the higher the amount of foreign particles entered into the mixture that could affect its properties. Both the tensile and impact tests show that the temperature of 80oC is the optimum curing temperature for epoxy-albasia wood fiber composites. Crack deflection presented by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) micrographs results in an increase in the crack propagation path and in the energy-dissipating events in the region immediately ahead of the crack tip

Membangun Cloud Computing Memanfaatkan Google Drive Untuk Meningkatkan Layanan Akademik
As one of the products of google, google drive software can be worn and used by computer users who have access to the Internet by using a gmail account. With this account also users of android based smartphone which is also a product of google google drive can access using the equipment. The easier and cheapness of the equipment that is used as cloud computing services to support the academy. This service is an application of academic information used by parents of students to access academic information in the form of academic data. The main source of data from a web server and is designed to upload data automatically academic on google drive, so that data can be read by users who have android smartphone. Academic data that can be seen in the form of pdf format. The software that is made is also tested by utilizing a user who has access to the service academies. The test results showed that the existing data on google drive in accordance with the student registration number is entered and accessed on android smartphone and a value is given using questionnaires and calculated the Likert method was 81.57%

Majority of Industrial Engineering student at Riau Island Univeristy - Batam are workers who mostly worked in the electronics industry and shipbuilding with different kind of work.In this research, the variables to be studied is work load which is done on whether the worker was within normal limits and develop VO2 consumption equation for each of these jobs by doing research using bike ergonometer and doing manual handling. The data obtained from recording of the heart rate, as well as student worker health data is later processed and searched the prediction equation using statistical methods such as the independence of the error test, test multicollinearity between independent variables and stepwise methodThe results showed from 240 students, 80% of student work on the electronics manufacturing and the rest in other areas and does not work. It is also at submaximal measurements using Ergocycle bike show in the 8th minute decrease in heart rate and so is the removal of objects in a decrease in heart rate in the 10th minute and classified in extreme jobs.
