Pengaruh Inovasi Produk dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Jersey Custom di Republic Jersey Bekasi
Get PDFThis study aimed to determine how much influence product innovation andproduct quality had on the purchasing decisions of customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi. This study employed a quantitative approach by using a survey method. The sample in this study were customers who had ordered customized jerseys at Republic Jersey at least once and obtained as many as 160 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that Product Innovation (X1) partially positively and significantly affected Purchasing Decisions (Y) for customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi by 29.5%. Product Quality (X2) positively and significantly affected Purchasing Decisions (Y) for customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi by 46.3%. Taken together, Product Innovation (X1)and Product Quality (X2) had a positive and significant effect on PurchasingDecision (Y) customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi by 48.5%. Get PDFThis research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Place Atmosphere and Price on Consumer Satisfaction at the Popolamama Restaurant in Tangerang simultaneously or partially. The data used is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who had visited the Popolamama restaurant. The quantitative method and results of this research are based on respondents\u27 answers using a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that using the F test (simultaneous) there is a significant influence between service quality, atmosphere and price on consumer satisfaction. The t test (partial) shows that service quality has no influence on customer satisfaction, the atmosphere of the place has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, and price has a significant influence on customer satisfaction

This research aims to dig up information and analyze in more depth related to policies towards women and children with the realization of protection for victims of violence as a form of policy of the East Java Provincial Government. Forms of protection for victims are needed to fulfill victims\u27 rights. Domestic Violence (KDRT) is a serious problem in the marriage sector in Indonesia, and domestic violence continues to increase from year to year. Most victims of domestic violence are women and children. To prevent and save victims of domestic violence, protection must be provided to them. The following research is a literature study using a qualitative approach. Based on survey results, domestic violence against women and children is caused by strong discrimination against women due to the strong patriarchal culture. Apart from that, education and poverty factors also play a role. Law enforcement against perpetrators of domestic violence is also weak. Protection for victims of domestic violence includes preventive efforts such as 24-hour temporary protection by the police and courts as well as placing victims in safe locations. Apart from that, there are curative measures carried out at certain stages. Also in the form of repressive protection, namely arresting and imprisoning the perpetrator so that the victim feels safe. An obstacle to protection from domestic violence is the tendency of victims to withdraw their complaints for emotional reasons or because they are worried about the burden on their lives in the future. Apart from that, it is difficult to collect evidence to detect incidents of violence in the household.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi dan menganalisis secara lebih mendalam terkait kebijakan terhadap perempuan dan anak dengan perwujudan perlindungan terhadap korban kekerasan sebagai bentuk kebijakan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Bentuk perlindungan terhadap korban sangat dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi hak-hak korban. Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) merupakan masalah serius dalam bidang perkawinan di Indonesia, dan KDRT terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Sebagian besar korban KDRT adalah perempuan dan anak-anak. Untuk mencegah dan menyelamatkan korban KDRT, perlindungan harus diberikan kepada mereka. Penelitian berikut ini merupakan studi literatur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil survei, KDRT terhadap perempuan dan anak disebabkan oleh masih kuatnya diskriminasi terhadap perempuan akibat masih kuatnya budaya patriarki. Selain itu, faktor pendidikan dan kemiskinan juga turut berperan. Penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku KDRT juga masih lemah. Perlindungan terhadap korban KDRT meliputi upaya preventif seperti perlindungan sementara selama 24 jam oleh kepolisian dan pengadilan serta menempatkan korban di lokasi yang aman. Selain itu, ada upaya kuratif yang dilakukan pada tahap-tahap tertentu. Juga dalam bentuk perlindungan represif, yaitu menangkap dan memenjarakan pelaku agar korban merasa aman. Kendala perlindungan dari KDRT adalah kecenderungan korban menarik kembali pengaduannya karena alasan emosional atau karena khawatir akan membebani kehidupannya di masa depan. This research was conducted in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018-2022 period. The population in this study amounted to 92 companies. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique which selected companies using several criteria, so that the total sample obtained was 13 companies. It can be concluded from this research that Mixue carries out viral marketing indirectly because consumers who play a role in this do it for free. Pemberdayaan Kesehatan Perempuan: Pemeriksaan IVA dan Daun Sirih untuk Keputihan
Get PDFThe number of cervical cancer sufferers in Indonesia continues to increase, so early detection is needed to prevent and treat cervical cancer through the IVA method. The aim of this community service activity is to empower women\u27s health in preventing cervical cancer, especially through the implementation of IVA examinations and the use of betel leaves for vaginal discharge. The target of service activities is Women of Childbearing Age (WUS), with partners at the Karta Raharja Inpatient Health Center, West Tulang Bawang Regency. Activities are carried out through the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The preparation stage is carried out by conducting observations and interviews with partners. In the implementation stage, this is done through counseling about cervical cancer, education on maintaining reproductive health through betel leaves, and IVA examinations. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in participants\u27 knowledge regarding understanding cervical cancer and reproductive health through the use of betel leaves for vaginal discharge. Apart from checking for cervical cancer, it was also discovered that no significant cases were found

Get PDFThere are many growing marketing methods. Gojek represents a service provider company in the form of online-based transportation, food delivery, delivery of goods and others. Bakso Jaya as a meatball restaurant provides online delivery service on the GoFood application. The objective of this study was to find out the effect of online promotion and perceived price on purchasing decision on the GoFood Bakso application in North Bekasi. The research method used descriptive quantitative and associative methods. The data were collected using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The population in this study are Bakso Jaya customers who have bought using the GoFood application. The sample of this research was drawn using non-proballity sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The samples obtained were 145 samples. The data were analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS Version 26 software. The result of this study indicated that online promotion (X1) influenced significantly and positively the purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.445 or 44.5%. The perceived price (X2) influenced significantly and positively the purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.532 or 53.2%. The online promostions (X1) and perceived price (X2) influenced significantly and positively the purchasing decisions (Y) of 0.616 or 61.6

This approach uses a qualitative approach and this type of research is descriptive research, data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants of this research include representatives of the UPTD Puskesmas, Village Representatives, Posyandu Cadres and Communities who have children under five years old. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the Stunting Prevention Program in the Jakasetia Village area, South Bekasi Subdistrict, Bekasi City has been carried out well, especially in the aspects of Work Quantity, program objectives and implementer commitment. Human Resources are very sufficient in implementation, but not only human resources are sufficient, but financial support is also needed in the implementation of the Stunting Prevention Program to run optimally. in other aspects such as Quality of work, Timely and Achievement of Goals have reached their implementation standards, seen from the effect of the program being carried out. Obstacles or obstacles that affect the effectiveness of implementing this program are underprivileged families, low parental education, and lack of parental attention to children handling stuntin
