Impact Of Transformational Leadership And Dimentions Organization : Response To Global Changes
Get PDFThe focus of writing this article is on transformational leadership. Transformational leadership practices are the only type of leadership that can help a leader build a team and communicate organizational goals, values, and procedures. Transformational leadership practices have leaders and followers, who support each other related to teamwork in a collaboration that focuses on the common good and achieving organizational goals.Writing method is using a theoretical approach. Writing is done by conducting studies of various theories sourced from books or literature and from various official journals related to the results of researchers\u27 research on transformational leadership. Before the writing was done, a focus group discussion (FGD) was conducted to discuss various literature and journals related to transformational leadership.The results of this paper conclude that transformational leadership is leadership that has a vision and mission for the future and is able to identify changes in the existing environment and is able to transform these changes into the organization, make changes and provide motivation and inspiration to its followers to be creative, innovative, and brave and responsible. by working optimally to achieve organizational goals.Suggestions that can be given to organizational leaders is that they should practice transformational leadership, take the time to understand each of their followers and then take advantage of it by developing it and growing the entire organization. Practicing transformational leadership will help improve team building by emphasizing relationships among followers
Role Of Agile Leadership In Improving The Quality Of Service Excellence In A Government Institution
Get PDFServices from government agencies are very important for every community because the higher the quality of services provided, the greater the public\u27s trust in the government. A quality service provided to the public requires efforts from all employees, and not just from officers in the front office but the most important is from the agile leadership of the civil servants. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. This research is aimed at answering the question of how service excellence is implemented in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology and exploring what obstacles or problems there are and how to overcome them. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with informants who were guests or members of the public who came to the ministry. The results of this research show that the agile leadership of all employees need to be improved in order that elements of service excellence, which consist of 7A and 1S, namely attitude, attention, action, ability, appearance, accountability, affirmation and sympathy can be achieved

The large population and rapid economic development have made the food and beverage business becomes one of the most lucrative businesses in Indonesia. A large market will create great business competition. The company must be able to provide the best price and product quality. If the price offered is too high it will reduce the level of purchasing decisions, however, if the price offered is too low, there will be doubts about the quality of the product, which will reduce the level of purchasing decisions. This research aimed to know and analyze the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decision for Onezo Ketapang Bubble Tea Drink in West Jakarta. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. The results of this research showed that price partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 59.2% with a calculated t- value (6.923) > t-table (2.002). Product quality partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 37.3% with a calculated t-value (3.352) > t-table (2.002). Price and product quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 66.0% and the f-table value (55.203) > f-count (3.16)

Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population in this research is BNI KK Grand Wisata Bekasi customers who buy BNILIFE life insurance products. Sampling used by using random samples or random samples, taking the sample the researcher "mixed" the subjects in the population so that all subjects are considered the same. The sample consists of 46 samples. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of IBM Statistics software version 26. The results showed that the quality of service with a percentage level of influence of 31.9%. Brand trust with a percentage level of influence of 37.2%. purchase with a significance value of 37.2%. Quality of service and brand trust in the Life Insurance Purchase Decision Process at PT BNILIFE Insurance (a case study on customers of Bank BNI KK Grand Wisata) with a percentage level of influence of 43.3%

Get PDFForeign exchange reserves are defined as the amount of foreign currency reserved by the central bank (Bank Indonesia) for the purposes of financing development and foreign obligations such as import financing and other financing to foreign parties. The problem in this research is: How is the progress of exports in increasing Indonesia\u27s foreign exchange reserves? From the results of research conducted by the writer, it can be seen that the analysis of export progress in adding 1o Indonesia\u27s foreign exchange reserves in 1995-2020 shows a positive expectation: when exports increase, foreign exchange reserves will also increase While imports have a negative expectation sign. when imports increase, foreign exchange reserves will decrease. From the results of the research above, the writer provides suggestions for the government to improve the Indonesian economy through increasing exports and reducing imports by expanding export destination countries and improving the quality of export products. Because of the excess of exports over imports, it will benefit the government by increasing foreign exchange reserves. In addtion, the government should reduce foreign debt, although at first it increasing foreign exchange reserves but it will reduce foreign exchange reserves for the debt payment, moreover the interest on the debt, and it is hoped that Bank Indonesia as the Central Bank will always maintain the condition of Indonesia\u27s foreign exchange reserves so that international transactions can take place stably. PENGARUH QARDH TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN TINGKAT SOLVABILITAS DANA TABARRU’ PADA PERUSAHAAN UNIT ASURANSI JIWA SYARIAH
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of qardh on solvency levels and the role of profitability in solvency for Sharia life insurance companies in Indonesia from 2015 to 2020. The insufficiency of tabarru’ funds can result in the inability of Sharia life insurance companies to pay benefits or claims, leading to a solvency level falling below the regulatory requirement of 120%. Qardh serves as a method to maintain the adequacy of tabarru’ funds and solvency levels. The research employs a descriptive analysis method with purposive sampling, specifically targeting Sharia life insurance units with average assets below 7 trillion IDR. A total of 12 companies were selected as samples, and data collection was conducted through secondary documentation and literature review. The data analysis method utilized is panel data regression with a Fixed Effect (FE) approach, including classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that larger tabarru’ funds reduce the need for qardh to achieve the required solvency level, while higher profitability enhances solvency. This research is expected to provide valuable insights and information for various stakeholders. It supports the development of policies and strategies to maintain solvency. For the insurance community, this study offers additional information to reinforce practices in accordance with Sharia principles, particularly concerning the financial health of Sharia life insurance, the insufficiency of tabarru’ funds, and the role of qardh in maintaining solvency
The Influence Of Tax Socialization And Literacy On Land And Building Taxpayer Compliance (A Case Study At The Sub-District Office Of Karang Tengah, Tangerang)
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of tax socialization and literacy on taxpayer compliance at the Sub-District Office of Karang Tengah, Tangerang. This quantitative research utilized data collection through literature review and field studies conducted via questionnaires, involving a sample of 96 respondents. The research employed various techniques, including Instrument Testing (validation, reliability, and descriptive analysis), Classical Assumption Testing (Normality, Heteroscedasticity, and Multicollinearity), and Hypothesis Testing (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS version 25. The results revealed a significant influence between tax socialization and literacy variables on land and building taxpayer compliance at the Sub-District Office of Karang Tengah, Tangerang. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicated that the combined influence of tax socialization and literacy on taxpayer compliance is 24.5%. This means that 24.5% of taxpayer compliance can be explained by tax socialization and literacy variables. The t-test results showed that tax socialization has a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05, indicating that tax socialization has a partial influence on taxpayer compliance. Similarly, tax literacy has a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05, indicating that tax literacy has a partial influence on taxpayer compliance. The F-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, showing that tax socialization and literacy variables simultaneously influence land and building taxpayer compliance at the Sub-District Office of Karang Tengah, Tangerang

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the implementation of the national intermingling policy as stated in the Regulation of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 5 of 2013 concerning the Establishment, Organization and Work Procedures of the National Intermingling Forum, accompanied by analyzing obstacles and efforts in its implementation. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type.From the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the Regulation of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 5 of 2013 concerning the Formation, Organization and Work Procedures of the National Intermingling Forum, has been able to run well, both from the organizational dimension, interpretation and application. The obstacles faced in the implementation of the national intermingling policy are: human resources that still need to be improved, facilities and infrastructure, namely the secretariat given to FPK which is inadequate, limited funds / budget in implementing the national intermingling program. Efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of national intermingling policies, among others, to improve human resources, activities such as Bimtek are also carried out by utilizing existing forums as a means of transferring knowledge and skills; to overcome obstacles in facilities and infrastructure overcome by self-help of FPK members; To overcome budget constraints, it is done by looking for sponsors / donors who will be involved in national intermingling activities held by FPK

Ploy (action plan) by evaluating and patrolling as monitoring and immediately sanctioning violators by locking or ticketing directly by cooperating parties. 3). Position (adaptation to the environment) carry out an evaluation in advance and conduct socialization regarding the importance of orderly traffic. 4). Perspective (point of view) takes action or decisions by making previous observations of certain points that become the point of the problem. 5).
