Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Regional Government Information System/Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) in the financial management of Bekasi City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis of this study considers aspects of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions based on the effectiveness indicators of information systems according to the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) theory. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SIPD has not been effective in achieving quality regional financial management in Bekasi City. This is evidenced by the numerous obstacles in using SIPD that affect aspects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The main obstacles identified include difficulties in accessing the application and a lack of features that can accommodate the entire process of regional financial management. Regarding social influence, regulatory pressure from the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 70 of 2019 is the sole factor for SIPD usage. From the aspect of facilitating conditions, it is shown that the facilities owned by the Bekasi City Government are adequate for SIPD implementation, but the facilities provided by the Ministry of Home Affairs are not yet optimal, thereby hindering the application of SIPD in regional financial management
Redesign Layout of Production Facilities Using Systematic Layout Planning and ARC Methods at UMKM Bill Bakerykoe
Get PDFBill Bakerykoe is one of the UMKM operating in the food sector in Kudus, with the main production being Donat and Roti Manis. Based on observations, UMKM do not yet have a good work area arrangement. In carrying out bread production activities, using the current layout of production facilities, it was found that the arrangement of the work areas was not in accordance with the sequence of the production process flow from the initial process to the final process. Thus, there was repetition in passing through production areas that should not have been time to pass. The work stations observed were from the location of the raw material warehouse, production machines, to the product packaging area. This research aims to provide proposals for the layout of new production facilities that is appropriate and more efficient, and can eliminate repetitive activities that can waste a lot of time, by minimizing the total production distance. The research method used is Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) which starts from preparing a production route sheet, production process map, creating an ARC (Activity Relationship Chart), redesigning the layout, stages of analyzing the results, then conclusions and suggestions. The results of the research were changes to the layout of 7 work areas including the raw material area 1 (A), the leftover materials area (C), the equipment warehouse area (D), the dough molding area (F), the dough frying area (G), the Donut WIP (J), and equipment washing area (O). As for the comparison of the total production distance in the initial layout and the improved layout, the results showed that the new layout can reduce the total production distance by 16.4 meters

Get PDFThe process of procuring goods and services through the marketplace and digital payment system is carried out to meet the needs of goods / services at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Treasury which is carried out with a digitized process from ordering to payment. This study aims to evaluate policies as well as inhibiting factors and efforts that have been made related to the policy of procurement of goods and services through the digital payment marketplace system at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (transaction period 2019 to 2022). The research method used is descriptive qualitative conducted through interviews, direct observation/observation and literature study (documentation). Based on the results of the study, it shows that the policy of procurement of goods and services through the digital payment marketplace system at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Treasury has met the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity and accuracy even though it still needs to improve the responsiveness criteria so that this policy is more optimal by solving problems related to limitations where the service system is still segmented in each bank that owns the platform, the need for interoperability of the service system with the APBN financial management accountability system, and the need to manage inhibiting factors by re-improving regulations and business processes and improving the service system used

Get PDFBased on data from Manumono and Liatiyani (2022), Indonesia experienced a decline in tea consumption by up to 49.28% between 2006 and 2021. In contrast, tea productivity from 2006 to 2022 tended to increase by 12.48% and is projected to continue growing until 2026. Gastrodiplomacy has emerged as a solution to distribute domestically produced tea to international markets.This study examines the distribution mapping of Walini tea as an Indonesian gastrodiplomacy brand abroad. The purpose of this research is to explore the extent of Walini tea\u27s distribution both domestically and internationally. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The object of this study is the Walini tea brand, managed by PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) I Regional 2.Data collection techniques include interviews with resource person Nona Helix and the use of questionnaires. The analysis methods employed are descriptive analysis and nearest neighbor analysis to examine the distribution patterns of Walini tea.The findings indicate that Walini tea possesses high-quality tea and packaging, and continues to innovate, making it a suitable candidate as Indonesia’s gastrodiplomacy brand on the global stage. Walini utilizes four distribution channels: zero-level, one-level, two-level, and three-level channels. Domestically, Walini tea has reached almost all major islands in Indonesia, except Papua, with a random distribution pattern. Internationally, it has been distributed to Canada, the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Malaysia, Romania, and Mexico, with a clustered distribution pattern

Get PDFThis study aims to provide a clear picture regarding the effectiveness of reducing final income tax rates for the transfer of land and building rights to tax receipts at the North Cikarang Tax Service Office (KPP). The type of research used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively by studying the data, studying key words, writing down the \u27model\u27 found, and coding. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of reducing the final PPh rate on the transfer of land and building rights at KPP Pratama Cikarang Utara has been running effectively where when the policy was first implemented in 2016 there was an increase in reporting because there was an increase in land and building transfer transactions by the community or business entity. In practice, the amount of reporting has increased well even though in terms of tax revenue it has decreased.
