Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek Dan Kualitas Produk Sepatu Import Nike TerhadapKeputusan Pembelian (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Institut STIAMI). Penelitian ini menggunakandata primer yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi. Dalampenelitian ini peneliti menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, analisis regresi linear berganda dananalisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalahseluruh Mahasiswa Institut STIAMI tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 134 Mahasiswa. Research this aims to determine the results of the analysis of the supervision of public roadside parking levy services in order to increase parking tax revenue in kelapa gading in 2022/2023. This study is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Get PDFThe determinants of the high and low quality of education results have a strategic position, so every effort to improve the quality of education needs to get the attention of school management both in terms of improving employee performance and the number of employees. They are one of the most important and valuable assets for schools if managed properly then employee performance and school quality will be good, and vice versa. If not managed well, employee performance will be poor. This is due to several factors including policy implementation, leadership style and professionalism built in the educational environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate how much influence policy implementation, leadership style and professionalism together have on employee performance in Muhammadiyah Private Schools in Central Jakarta Administrative City. The population and sample in the study were employees at Muhammadiyah Private Schools in Central Jakarta consisting of deputy leaders, section heads and staff, totaling 72 people. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS statistical program, it is proven that the variables of policy implementation (X1), leadership style (X2) and professionalism (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The test results indicated by the calculated F value is 36759.135 and a significance level of 0.00 while the F table value is 4.04. Because the calculated F value (36759,135) is greater than the F table (2.71) and the significance level of 0.00 is less than the probability of significance α = 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be said that policy implementation, leadership style and professionalism together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the percentage of influence of policy implementation variables, leadership style and professionalism on employee performance is 99.8% and the remaining 0.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the model

Get PDFThis study aims to determine and evaluate the application of revenue optimization through billboard tax in increasing Kendari City Local Revenue, inhibiting and supporting factors and efforts to overcome inhibiting factors in the application of revenue optimization through billboard tax in increasing Kendari City Local Revenue. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews (In-depth Interview) The informants were determined using a purposive sampling technique, involving three people from the Kendari City Regional Revenue Agency as key informants, one person from academia, and one person from the taxpayer. The research instrument used was the researcher himself, with data collected through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that revenue optimization through billboard tax aims to increase local revenue through more efficient and effective tax management and collection by increasing taxpayer compliance and utilization of billboard tax which has not been optimal and is expected to increase significantly to support development and improve public services
E-Government and the Metaverse: Opportunities, Challenges and Digital Innovations
Get PDFThis research explores metaverse technology\u27s potential, challenges, and innovations in electronic government (e-government). The study analyzed articles published between 2021 and 2024 and identified that metaverse technology can improve accessibility, transparency, and public participation through interactive platforms such as virtual city halls and digital twins. In addition, blockchain technology with a "zero trust" approach offers better data security, thereby increasing user trust in digital services.However, the study also found significant challenges, including infrastructure gaps, low digital literacy, and a lack of mature regulatory frameworks, especially in developing countries. This study recommends strengthening digital infrastructure, providing digital literacy training, and developing an adaptive legal framework involving cross-sector collaboration to answer these challenges. The study concludes that the Metaverse has great potential to revolutionize e-government by creating more efficient, transparent, and inclusive public services. However, its successful implementation requires a comprehensive strategic approach. These findings make an important contribution to developing theory and practice related to the digital transformation of government

Enhancing Marine Tourism Management as a Blue Economy Strategy to Boost Community Welfare in Jayapura City, Papua Province
Get PDFThis research aims to explore marine tourism management as a blue economy strategy in improving community welfare in Jayapura City, Papua Province. The research used qualitative methods with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the potential for marine tourism in Jayapura includes 19 beach locations, such as Base G Beach and Hamadi Beach, which can become leading destinations. However, major challenges are faced, including legal uncertainty regarding land ownership, lack of public transportation infrastructure, and low quality of human resources in the tourism sector. Social factors such as the liquor culture and unsupportive behavior of local communities are also obstacles. The Jayapura City Government\u27s efforts through human resource training, facility development, and promotion have not been successful in fully increasing tourist arrivals or the tourism sector\u27s contribution to Regional Original Revenue (PAD). The contribution of this sector is still less than 3% to PAD. This study recommends the application of the Pentahelix collaboration model, which involves government, industry, academia, community and media, to optimize marine tourism management. In addition, the development of community-based homestays through collaboration with platforms such as Traveloka and AirBnB can increase destination attractiveness. With a more inclusive and sustainable strategy, marine tourism in Jayapura City has great potential to improve community welfare and drive local economic growth
