Here it is reiterated the dating to the IX-X century of the document, already proposed by Carlrichard Brühl on the basis of an opinion by Bernhard Bischoff, linking together the history of legal practice of the Carolingian age with the history of writing in Arezzo and its territory
Qualifying faculty teaching competences. The pilot experience at Politecnico di Torino
Get PDFThe paper presents evidence from a staff development project implemented by Politecnico di Torino in 2017. The project was an institutional activity aimed at promoting and enhancing teaching competences of junior faculty. Theoretical and methodological strategies, training model and approach are described as well as results from evaluative research carried out to identify participants’ satisfaction about specific program dimensions and to investigate changes of teaching perspectives as a result of the program. Results are discussed and interpreted, highlighting elements and identifying areas of improvement for a future edition of the program.La qualificazione didattica dei docenti universitari. L’esperienza pilota del Politecnico di TorinoIl presente articolo documenta l’esperienza di formazione alla didattica condotta dal Politecnico di Torino, che nel 2017 un’azione di sistema per il miglioramento delle competenze didattiche di giovani ricercatori dell’Ateneo. Vengono presentate le scelte teorico-metodologiche e il modello formativo adottato nonché gli esiti della ricerca valutativa condotta allo scopo di rilevare il gradimento dei partecipanti rispetto ad alcune specifiche dimensioni di interesse e la variazione delle prospettive di insegnamento dei partecipanti prima e dopo la frequenza al percorso. I risultati vengono discussi e interpretati, identificando i fattori di successo ed esplicitando le aree di miglioramento per una futura edizione del percorso formativo
From needs’ analysis to Community of Practice about Teaching and Learning in HE: the University of Genoa’s experience
Get PDFSome teachers from eight Italian universities have become members of the Italian Association for the Development of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (ASDU). ASDU promoted a survey based on a questionnaire developed by the University of Padua to identify teachers’ beliefs, best practices and training needs. The questionnaire has been administered at the University of Genoa. Results show that faculty members would appreciate both formal and informal training activities. This paper focuses on the request and building up of one of the first experiences of Communities of Practice devoted to academic teaching.Dall’analisi dei fabbisogni formativi alle Comunità di Pratica sulla didattica universitaria: l’esperienza dell’Università di GenovaAlcuni docenti di otto università italiane hanno aderito alla Associazione Italiana per lo Sviluppo della Didattica, dell’apprendimento e dell’insegnamento in Università (ASDU). Palazzo Capponi delle Rovinate a Firenze: analisi e valutazioni per il progetto di restauro
Get PDFPalazzo Capponi delle Rovinate, was build between 1406 and 1426, it was commissioned from Niccolò da Uzzano and Lorenzo di Bicci, to young Filippo Brunelleschi, as written from Vasari, do the recent studies evidence. According the 1427 cadastre the building is accountant as build and actually used by the family. After the death of the Uzzanos brothers, the building passes trough wedding to the Capponi’s family. The name “Rovinate” comes form the continuous landslides happening in that area, for this reason the name Rovinate, comes from. The relief of the building and the analysis of the deterioration, architectonical and structural, have affected mostly the basement, ground floor, mezzanino and the under roof areas, the intermediate levels were not accountable of relief, because the are residential. Although, they were inspected, and the cracking framework seems aligned with the rest of the evidence. The conducted studies allowed us to understand the evolution phases of the structures also the nature of the materials and techniques used and the peculiarities of the geological underground. The failure analysis reviled a rotary translation, in the south-west corner of the building, followed by cracks in the opposite corner, accounted as strange
