Pengembangan Konsep Desain Kemasan Produk Lealoe dengan Pendekatan Kansei Engineering
Persaingan dalam pemasaran produk sabun mengharuskan para pemilik usaha memiliki keunggulan atau diferensiasi produk agar tetap diminati konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merancang model bisnis untuk sabun cair pencuci tangan dari minyak biji mimba dan minyak atsiri sereh menggunakan kanvas model bisnis. Elemen penyusun kanvas model bisnis terdiri atas 9 elemen diataranya customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue stream, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, dan cost stuctures. Segmentasi pelangan dalam model bisnis ini yaitu masyarakat kalangan menengah ke atas serta masyarakat pengguna produk natural. Hal ini sesuai dengan proporsi nilai yang ditawarkan yaitu produk dengan tren back to nature. Produk ini aman digunakan karena bahan natural sebagai komposisi produk. Peran segmentasi yang mendukung sangat diperlukan dalam perancangan model bisnis agar produk dapat bersaing dan sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen terhadap produk sabun cair. Kanvas model bisnis dengan pendekatan social emterprises diharapkan memberikan nilai keberlanjutkan dalam usaha sabun cair berbahan baku minyak biji mimba dan minyak atsiri sereh. Perancangan model bisnis social enterprises diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi saat ini dan analisis modifikasi elemen kunci kanvas model bisnis
Protein Digestibility and Protein Efficiency Ratio of Herbal Rice by Rats Given High Fat Diet
Herbal rice made from white rice by adding a mixture of turmeric, cinnamon and guava leaves during cooking, reducing cholesterol levels in hypercholesterolemia. This study was aims to evaluate the protein digestibility and protein efficiency ratio of herbal rice by rats given high fat diet. This study used 28 male Spangue dawley rats aged 12 weeks divided into four treatment groups (7 rats per group). The control group (P0) was given standard diet AIN-76 without high fat diet induction, the treatment group (P1) was containing plain rice flour with high fat diet induction, the treatment group (P2) was containing cooked rice flour 1 bag of mixed herbs with high fat diet induction, and the treatment group (P3) was containing cooked rice flour 2 bags of herbal mixture with high fat diet induction. The results showed that the body weight of each rat treatment group increased during the 28 days of the experiment. The type of ration given had a significant effect (p<0.05) on the value of protein digestibility, but had no significant effect (p<0.05) on the value of the protein efficiency ratio (PER). Result evaluation of body weight, protein digestibility and PER of herbal rice obtained, it can be concluded that herbal rice has better protein quality than plain white rice
Karakteristik Kimia Makanan Tradisional Kecimpring Dengan Fortifikasi Ikan Lele dan Pegagan (Centella asiatica)
Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan karakterisasi kimia terhadap makanan tradisional Kecimpring yang difortifikasi menggunakan ikan lele dan pegagan (Centella asiatica). Kecimpring terfortifikasi yang ditentukan karakteristik kimia adalah kecimpring dengan konsentrasi protein 10% dan pegagan 5% berdasarkan skor uji organoleptik tertinggi dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan kandungan gizi, serat kasar, dan energi kecimpring yang difortifikasi dengan kecimpring yang tidak difortifikasi dan mengeksplorasi potensi penggunaannya sebagai sumber protein dengan tambahan manfaat kesehatan. Analisis laboratorium dilakukan untuk mengetahui persentase kadar air, abu, protein, lemak, serat kasar, dan energi pada kecimpring yang difortifikasi dan tidak difortifikasi sedangkan analisis kandungan karbohidrat dilakukan menggunakan perhitungan carbohydrate by difference. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fortifikasi kecimpring dengan ikan lele dan pegagan secara nyata meningkatkan kandungan protein kecimpring terfortifikasi dari 1,75% menjadu 5,27% meskipun tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam penambahan kadar lemak, karbohidrat, serat kasar, dan kandungan energinya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan daging ikan lele pada kecimpring dapat digunakan sebagai penambah protein pada makanan tradisional
EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI PENGGUNAAN MIKROPIPET DALAM PENERAPAN INSEMINASI BUATAN TERHADAP FERTILITAS TELUR AYAM LOKAL: EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY OF USING MICROPIPETTES IN THE APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION ON LOCAL CHICKEN EGG FERTILITY
The high demand for local chicken products in large quantities cannot be met by local chicken farmers. The high demand for local chicken products requires alternatives to increase productivity, one of which is using Artificial Insemination (AI) technology. This research aims to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency the use of micropipette in implementing artificial insemination to egg weight, fertility and hatchability of local chicken. 108 local chicken hen from three local chicken strain i.e. KUB, Merawang and IPB D-1 (each of strain 36 chicken) were used in this research and were subjected to artificial insemination using micropipette. The semen collection is done using the massase method which involves two local male chickens each (KUB, Merawang, and IPB D-1). The research was conducted using a two factors factorial complete randomized design, the factors were local chicken strain (KUB, Merawang, and IPB D-1) and amount of fresh semen (5,10, and 15 microliter), each treatment were repeated four times and each experimental unit consisted of three chickens. The results were obtained from the research were egg weight ranged between 46,15±0,40-46,95±0,48 gram with average 46,56±0,14 gram, egg Fertility ranged from 80,18±0,21%-86,11±3,21% with average 83,14± 2,3% and egg hatchability ranged from 91,03±2,84-94,45±6,41% with mean of 92,96±2,16%%. There were no significant effect either from local chicken strain nor amount of fresh semen on all variables. In Addition, there was no interaction between two factors.Besarnya permintaan akan produk ayam lokal dalam jumlah besar belum dapat terpenuhi oleh peternak ayam lokal. Tingginya permintaan produk ayam lokal diperlukan alternatif untuk meningkatkan produktivitasnya, salah satunya dengan menggunakan teknologi Inseminasi Buatan (IB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan mikropipet dalam penerapan inseminasi buatan pada ayam lokal terhadap bobot telur, fertilitas dan daya tetas telur ayam lokal yang dihasilkan. Sebanyak 108 ekor ayam betina lokal dari tiga galur ayam lokal, yaitu KUB, merawang dan IPB D-1 (masing-masing galur 36 ekor) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan menjadi subjek inseminasi menggunakan mikropipet. Penampungan semen dilakukan dengan metode massase yang berasal dari ayam jantan lokal masing-masing 2 ekor (ayam jantan KUB, merawang, dan IPB-D1). Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial dengan dua faktor yaitu jenis ayam lokal (KUB, merawang dan IPB D-1) dan volume semen segar (5, 10 dan 15 µl), dengan empat kali ulangan dan satu unit percobaan terdiri atas 3 ekor ayam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bobot telur berkisar antara 46,15±0,40-46,95±0,48 g dengan rerata 46,56±0,14 g. Persentase telur fertil berkisar antara 80,18±0.21% sampai dengan 86,11±3,21% (rerata 83,14±2,3%). Daya tetas telur ayam lokal berkisar antara 91,03±2,84% sampai dengan 94,45±6,41% (rerata = 92,96±2,16%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis ayam dan volume semen segar tidak berpengaruh nyata (p>0,05) terhadap bobot telur, fertilitas dan daya tetas telur. Tidak ada interaksi antara jenis ayam lokal dan volume semen segar
Performance Of Balitbangtan Native Chicken With Various Level of Leucaena leucocephala Leaf Flour in Feeds: PERFORMA AYAM KUB DENGAN BERBAGAI LEVEL TEPUNG DAUN LAMTORO (LEUCAENA LEUCOCEPHALA) DALAM PAKANNYA
Feed is the largest production input at the farm, include in native chiken farm. Ingredieent of feed devine in two part, there are as resource energy and resoursce protein. Protein source feed are relatively more expensive than energy source. Lamtoro leaves (Leucaena leucocephala) is a legume source of protein that can grow well in tropical and dry climates. The crude protein content of lamtoro leaf flour can reach above 20% so that it has the potential as a protein source feed ingredient for chicken livestock. This research was conducted to determine the level of proportion of lamtoro leaf meal in chicken feed, in this case the Balitbangtan superior native chicken (KUB) without affecting its performance. The combination of 4 treatments with different proportions of lamtoro leaf meal in the feed, namely P0 = 0%, P1 = 5%, P2 = 10% and P4 = 15%, with each treatment consisting of 3 groups containing 5 KUB chickens aged 4 weeks with initial body weight 247 – 255 g. Length of maintenance/research 8 weeks (up to 12 weeks of age). Parameters observed were feed consumption, final body weight, daily body weight growth, and feed conversion. The results showed that there was no significant difference between treatments (P>0.05) both in the level of feed consumption, daily body weight gain, and feed conversion. Analisis Perilaku Pasar Komoditas Salak Pondoh (Salacca edulis reinwardt) Yang Dijual Di Pasar Tradisional
Salak pondoh has profitable agribusiness opportunities. The high level of population and tourists in Bogor City gave rise to many modern markets and traditional markets that provide fruits including pondoh salak. However, the characteristics of salak fruit that are easily damaged often in the process of distributing goods from producers to consumers there is an activity that triggers uncertainty. The quantity of actors involved in the marketing process can affect the marketing behavior of each marketing actor, so the research objective is to analyze market behavior by studying the process of price formation, the marketing chain, and the marketing function. The location selection was carried out purposively, namely Bogor Market and Jambu Dua Market which are markets that are mostly visited by the people of Bogor. The total number of respondents was 32 people consisting of 6 retailers, 5 collectors, and 21 farmers. The behavior of the pondoh salak market was analyzed using qualitative methods, namely the analysis of pricing practices, selling and buying practices of products from each marketer. Pricing at the farm level is determined by the next marketing agency, namely collecting traders, while at the trader level, pricing is carried out independently based on price information from the market. There is one marketing channel that is formed, namely farmers who sell to village collectors, village collectors sell to wholesalers, namely the Kramat Jati Market, wholesalers sell to Bogor City retailers and then sell to final consumers

The purpose of this research is to find out consumer responses and analyze the influence of social media marketing and lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis, and 100 customers are used as a sample using the sample methodnon probability sampling procedureaccidental sampling. The research results show that social media marketing and lifestyle variables simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Kegiatan Pengabdian di Desa Cisalada kecamatan Cigombong dilakukan untuk mensosialisasikan permasalahan yang dihadapi para pelaku UMKM, termasuk dalam pembuatan Izin usaha, menyusun dokumen untuk sertifikasi halal, serta membuat brand atau label usaha. Mekanisme kegiatan pengabdian meliputi Tahapan persiapan, Tahapan pendataan, dan sosialisasi legalitas UMKM . Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini, para pelaku UMKM Desa Cisalada memberikan respon positif. Hal ini disebabkan karena melalui kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan bagaimana pengurusan untuk mendapatkan sertifikat halal untuk produknya serta penting sertifikat halal dalam Upaya meningkatkan penjualan. Output lainnya pada pengembangan UMKM yang ada di Desa Cisalada seperti terdaftarnya Nomor izin berusaha para pelaku umkm, proses sertifikasi halal dan adanya brand atau label usaha

STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN DAN PROFITABILLITAS: ANALISIS PADA INDUSTRI PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE INDONESIA
Latar belakang dari konsep penelitian ini adalah kondisi profitabilitas yang diproxykan menggunakan ROA dari perusahaan industri properti dan real estate yang mengalami penurunan saat pandemi COVID 19 dan mengalami pelambatan kenaikan kembali. Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi profitabilitas yang dalam hal ini diproxykan menggunakan variabel kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang di kuantitatifkan dengan objek data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun pengujian 2018 – 2021 yang diuji menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, Adapun secara simultan kedua variabel indepen memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel profitabilita
