ANALISIS EFISIENSI BANK PEMERINTAH INDONESIA DENGAN DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS - DEA
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efisiensi bank pemerintah Indonesia dengan data envelopment analysis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Teknik pengolahan dan analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Pengukuran tingkat efisiensi dengan (DEA) secara garis besar ditentukan oleh data input dan output dengan kriteria sebuah DMU (Decision Making Unit) dikatakan efisien apabila rasio perbandingan input output = 1. Sedang apabila rasio perbandingan input outputnya <1 maka DMU tersebut tidak efisien. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa diketahui bahwa skor efisiensi dari 2016 s.d. 2020. Berdasarkan skor efisiensi rata – rata dari 2016 s.d. 2020, Bank Pemerintah Indonesia yang efisien hanya sebanyak 13 bank (memiliki skor efisiensi rata – rata > 90%) dari 26 bank (bank efisien hanya 50%), Dari hasil pengaruh kredit, DPK, ekuitas, jaringan kantor, beban bunga, fee based, beban tenaga kerja, beban promosi, serta beban kerja dan administrasi secara bersama-sama Ini berarti bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable dependent
Profil Sensori Pada Roti Tawar Dengan Penambahan Tepung Kulit Buah Naga Merah Dengan Menggunakan Metode Rate-All-That-Apply (RATA)
Kulit buah naga merah berwarna merah keunguan karena adanya pigmen antosianin yang dapat menghasilkan variasi sensori roti tawar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil sensori roti tawar dengan penambahan tepung kulit buah naga menggunakan metode RATA (Rate-All-That-Apply). Analisis data meliputi Friedman Test, PCA, dan Preference Mapping. Analisis PCA menunjukkan bahwa persentase tepung terigu dan tepung kulit buah naga (95%:5%) dan (90%:10%) identik dengan atribut sensoris warna luar jingga-merah, tekstur lembut (tangan), tekstur lembut. (mulut). , tekstur kenyal (tangan), dan roti tawar memiliki aroma yang khas. Perbandingan persentase tepung terigu dan tepung kulit buah naga (85%:15%) dan (80%:20%) identik warna luar merah tua, warna dalam merah tua, tekstur padat (mulut), tekstur padat (tangan ), rasa asam, rasa pahit, aftertaste asam dan aftertaste pahit. Pengaruh Waktu Penyangraian Terhadap Karakteristik Fisikokimia Kopi Bubuk Robusta Menggunakan Mesin Roasting Elektrik
The quality of coffee powder can be improved if the main stages of the roasting process can be carried out optimally. Hot air-type roasting machines with a combination of 10 minutes and a temperature of 200 C can produce high-quality coffee powder. Therefore, other research is needed using different types of roasting machines and coffee powder quality criteria based on standards set by the government. The electric roasting machine consists of a Teflon heating mat that is directly integrated with temperature-adjustable heating components and has an automatic stirrer. The study used a one-factor Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatment levels and two repeats. The Roast time of robusta coffee beans at a temperature of 200 C with levels (10, 15, 20, and 25) minutes is factor A. The criteria for testing the quality of coffee powder produced by the electric roasting machine state (smell, color, taste) with normal test results, water content ranges from 1.47-5.29%, ash content ranges from 3.53-3.83%, coffee juice ranges from 24.1-25.6%, and caffeine ranges from 1.66-1.78%. Electric roasting machines at a temperature of 200 C and 10 minutes are the best combination of treatment because the ground coffee produced is quality. ANALISIS PRINSIP KONSUMSI ISLAM TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMEN DALAM BERBELANJA ONLINE SHOP
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prinsip konsumsi Islami benar-benar telah diterapkan oleh Mahasiswa Hafidzpreneur Institut Agama Islam Tazkia dalam berbelanja online shop. Metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara dengan Mahasiswa Kampus Matrikulasi Hafidzpreneur Institut Agama Islam Tazkia dan menyukai berbelanja secara online shop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa dari berbagai angkatan telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip konsumsi Islam, dengan mahasiswa angkatan 2020 menjadi yang paling banyak menerapkan prinsip konsumsi Islam dalam berbelanja online shop. Para mahasiswa menjalankan prinsip syariah dalam berbelanja, menghindari riba, memperhatikan maslahah (kebaikan dunia dan akhirat), dan menyalurkan pengeluarannya untuk di jalan Allah melaui infak, sedekah, dan wakaf. Selain itu, para mahasiswa juga menekankan prinsip kebersihan dalam berbelanja online, menghindari israf (pemborosan) dan gharar dalam transaksi online. Para mahasiswa juga telah menerapkan prinsip kemurahan hati dan moralitas dalam berbelanja online shop. Dengan demikian, hal ini sejalan dengan penerapan ilmu ekonomi syariah di kehidupan sehari-hari
The Influence of Reflective Journals on Critical Thinking Ability of Students
This study aimed to analyze the effect of reflective journals on students' critical thinking skills. The research subjects were 30 students majoring in Teacher Education at the Elementary School, Faculty of Education, Private University of Tangerang—data collection using a questionnaire and student reflection writing. The data obtained is processed qualitatively. This study analyses the skill aspect of critical thinking using skills indicators of critical thinking according to Facione, namely interpretation, analysis, evaluation, conclusion, explanation, and self-regulation. The study results show that knowing note-taking methods can help students make journals from the courses they teach. This helps students think critically about each course and learn the nature of the course and note-taking methods appropriate to the course. Meanwhile, based on the research findings, it is known that Cornell Notes, Mapping Method, Charting Method, Sentence Method, and Visual Note Taking are methods appropriate to the courses taught by students. Thus it can be concluded that reflective journals influence students' critical thinking skills
Analysis of Differentiated Learning Strategies on Student Learning Outcomes
History shows that the Indonesian nation has been independent for 77 years, the education of students in this country has become an important icon in people's lives who need direction towards a better future. Buya Hamka Character Values in forming Pancasila Student Profiles in Elementary
The application of the Pancasila Student Profile in elementary schools experiences difficulties if it is not linked to real evidence from everyday life or figures. This research aims to determine the value of Buya Hamka's character in forming Pancasila student profiles in elementary schools. The focus of the problem that will be studied by researchers is related to the many problems that occur among elementary schools, such as the decline in attitudes that exemplify Pancasila students. Strengthening character education is implemented in the process of realizing the Pancasila student profile and as an effort to shape students' positive character. This research uses a qualitative literature review research design methodology. PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION OF CHICKEN EGG IN ONE YEAR PANDEMIC COVID-19 IN CENTRAL LOMBOK : PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION OF CHICKEN EGG IN ONE YEAR PANDEMIC COVID-19 IN CENTRAL LOMBOK
This study was conducted to determine the level of egg production and consumption of purebred layer chickens for one year of COVID-19 and finding the dominant factors affecting layer chicken production and consumption in Central Lombok. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling method. The data collected in the form of primary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with farmers and consumers using a structured questionnaire and then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed the number of population and egg production in Central Lombok before and after the COVID-19 has sequentially increased by 6.1 % and 5.6 %. Egg production was 49,127 eggs/d during the pandemic, which was previously 46,520 eggs/d. The average family consumption was 3-8 eggs/week, which was higher than the average regional consumption. The COVID-19 pandemic has no effect on production and consumption of chicken eggs. POTENSI PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN PETERNAK MELALUI PELATIHAN BUDIDAYA DAN PENGOLAHAN KARKAS AYAM KAMPUNG
Beternak ayam kampung sudah menjadi bagian kehidupan petani dan peternak di pedesaan. Pengembangan ayam kampung berpotensi menjadi usaha utama bagi peternak. Permasalahan usaha ternak ayam kampung, terutama harga pakan yang tinggi dan pemasaran ayam kampung yang sempit. Penggunaan inovasi teknologi melalui intensifikasi budidaya dan memberikan nilai tambah pada produk ayam kampung menjadi solusi mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan budidaya dan strategi pemasaran dilaksanakan di Desa Citepus, Palabuhan Ratu Kabupaten Sukabumi. Peserta kegiatan adalah peternak ayam kampung usaha mandiri maupun yang sudah memiliki kelompok. Metode kegiatan pengabdian melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan dan praktik langsung metode pelabelan dan pengemasan produk karkas ayam menggunakan alat vacuum sealer. Sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan pre-test dan diakhir kegiatan dilakukan post-test, untuk mengetahui kondisi awal dan peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai budidaya dan pemasaran ayam kampung. Materi penyuluhan dan pelatihan disampaikan oleh narasumber yang berkompeten dari dosen-dosen prodi Peternakan. Peserta mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dengan baik dan antusias. Peserta dapat memahami penyusunan ransum ayam kampung menggunakan pakan lokal sehingga harga ransum menjadi lebih rendah. Pada praktik pelabelan dan pengemasan produk ternak, peserta dapat melakukannya dengan baik. Bagi mahasiswa kegiatan ini menjadi pengalaman dan bentuk best practice dari kegiatan di luar kampus, yang akan diregognisi kedalam sks matakuliah.
 
PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN KEJU MOZARELLA DAN PUDING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HARGA JUAL SUSU
This research was conducted through post-dairy processing of cow's milk into mozzarella cheese and pudding. The subjects of this study were residents of Ngenep Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency, especially PKK women. With this training, it is hoped that the milk’s price will double, so that the public earning will increase. The method used in this research is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method.
