COMMON SPORTS INJURIES AMONG TRIATHLON ATHELETES DURING COMPETITIONS AT THE ASIA & WEST ASIA CHAMPIONSHIPS IN JORDAN 2018
Get PDFتعتبر رياضة الترايثلون من المسابقات الاولمبية والتي ازداد عدد المشاركين بها بشكل كبيروخاصة في الأعوام الاخيرة وخاصة بعد انشاء اتحاد خاص باللعبة، وتعتبر رياضة الترايثلون من الرياضات المعقدة والتي لها متطلبات مختلفة بسبب السباحة، ركوب الدراجات، والجري . على الرغم من شعبية اللعبة الا أن الباحثين – في حدود علمهما - لم يجدا أي دراسة عربية أومرجع عربي يتحدث عن اللعبة مما حذا الباحثان لاجراء هذه الدراسة حول الاصابات الشائعة بهذه الرياضة، حيث يعتبر التعرف على الاصابات هو الطريق الأمثل للوقاية ومن ثم تطوير الأداء . بهدف تطبيق الدراسة قام الباحثان إلى اعداد استمارة جمع بيانات أعدت لهذه الغاية وذلك بعد اجراء التعديلات التي تتناسب وطبيعة الدراسة حيث تم ترجمتها وتطبيقها على عينة تكونت من (36) لاعب من فئة المحترفين المشاركين في ترايثلون العقبة من الذين قبلوا تطبيق الاستبيان، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن سبب الاصابة من وجهة نظر اللاعبين أكثر أسباب حدوث الاصابة لدى لاعب الترايثلون من وجهة نظرهم هو التدريب الزائد، وعدم اجراء الاحماء الكافي، وسوء الاحوال الجوية، بينما أكثر الاصابات شيوعاً فهي تمزق العضلات، السحجات، كدم الأعصاب والعضلات، أما أكثر المناطق تعرضاً للاصابة هي مفصل الركبة، مفصل الكتف، ومفصل الكاحل. ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة اجراء المزيد من الدراسات و الأبحاث حول سباق التراتيلون بشكل عام والاصابات بشكل خاص، الاهتمام بالاستشفاء وتقنين حمل التدريب لتجنب ظاهرة التدريب الزائد، الاهتمام بالقوة العضلية بغرض تقليل التمزقات العضلية، حماية الأجزاء الأكثر تعرضاً للاصابة.Triathlon is on of the Olympics games and the number of players that participate on this competition increasing rapidly during the last years, it is a unique game that consist of swimming, cycling and running. In spite of being an Olympic game and have competition on many Arabic countries and Jordan was one of them, unfortunately the researchers had not found any Arabic references -within the knowledge limits of the researchers – they decided to make this research about the reasons of injury, type and most common body parts affected . The researchers used the description curriculum by applying questioner, a sample of (36) players applied the questioner. Results showed that over training, bad warm up & unsuitable climate were main reasons of injury, types of injury were muscle strain, abrasion, muscle & nerve trauma, the most affected parts were knee, shoulder & ankle. Researchers recommend to more research, take care of recovery, have extra care of strength training
EFFECT OF BALLISTIC SPEED POWER TRAINING ON THE LEVEL OF LACTIC ACID AND SOME ATTACKING SKILLS FOR WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL PLAYERS
Get PDFهدفت الدارسة إلى التعرف على تأثير تدريبات القوة السريعة البالستيية في تركيز حامض اللاكتيك وبعض المهارات الهجومية للاعبي كرة السلة على الكراسي المتحركة،اذ استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب المجموعتين المتكافئتين، حيث تم اختيار مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية من لاعبي اللجان البارالمبية الفرعية لمنطقة الفرات الاوسط والبالغ عددهم ( 12 )لاعبا وتم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة وبواقع (6) لاعبين لكل مجموعة بعد ان تم اجراء تكافؤ المجموعتين في متغيرات الدراسة ( تركيز حامض اللاكتيك،بعض المهارات الهجومية - مهارة الرمية الحرة مهارة المناولة الصدرية). تم تطبيق التمرينات على المجموعة التجريبية بواقع ثلاث وحدات تدريبية في الأسبوع الواحد بزمن قدره ( 60 ) دقيقة ولمدة( 8) أسابيع ، اذ تم تقنين الحمل التدريبي بحيث تكون شدة التدريب بمقاومات الأثقال البالستية تراوحت بين (30 - 50 % من أقصى ما يستطيع الفرد تحمله) تؤدى بسرعه عالية لجميع المجموعات العضلية المستخدمة للاعبي كرة السلة على الكراسي المتحركة. في ضوء عرض النتائج تم التوصل لاهم الاستنتاجات الاتية: التدريبات البالستية تؤثر في تركيز حامض اللاكتيك وبعض المهارات الهجومية للاعبي كرة السلة على الكراسي المتحركة مقارنة بالأسلوب التقليدي للمجموعة الضابطة، ومن خلال الاستنتاجات يوصي الباحثان الاهتمام باستخدام طريقة التدريب البالستي في تطوير المهارات الاساسية والعناصر البدنية للألعاب المنظمة والفعاليات الفردية.The aim of this study was to find out the effect of ballistic speed power training on the level of lactic acid and some attacking skills for wheelchair basketball players, trail program was used with a sample of (12) players with two groups (6) players on each group, trial group & control group. Variables were controlled (lactic acid, some attacking skills), the training programs was applied on the trial group with (8) weeks, (4)training sets, (60) minutes each training, with an intensity (30-50%) of the maximum strength, trainings were done with maximum level of speed. After applying the research results showed that: ballistic power training has positive effects on the level of lactic acid and some attacking skills, so the research recommend using this program for improving basic skills and physical elements

SOME ASPECTS OF ORIENTALISM IN I. BUNIN’S AND V. BRUSOV’S LITERARY HERITAGE
No full textIn the article the orientalism of A. Bunin in the light of creative intentions of V. Brusov is studied. After Bunin's brief collaboration with Brusov's editions, alienation of affections starts which grows into a rejection of creative installations. Nevertheless, a scrupulous analysis shows Brusov’s influence on both the publicism and the system of images created by Bunin, who was inspired by orientalism. A. Bunin tries to carefully veil these intentions, and therefore it is not a question of hints and paraphrases, but of subtle reminiscences. They show that Bunin by his worldview, as a whole, remains close to symbolists and is an inherent part of Russian modernism

No full textThe paper focuses on the English translation of «To a Woman», a sonnet by V. Brusov. The sonnet was translated by Dina Belyaeva, an American poetess, who had translated verses by Alexander Pushkin, Mikhail Lermontov, Anna Akhmatova, Alexander Blok, etc. In the meantime, she translated sonnets by William Shakespeare and verses by Emily Dickenson into Russian. The translation analysis concluded that D. Belyaeva managed to fairly represent V. Brusov’s sonnet to the English-speaking audience
