A COMPERATIVE STUDY FOR SOME FITNESS ELEMENTS BETWEEN MALES & FEMALES FROM THE AGE (11-12) YEARS
Get PDFيهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الفرق لبعض عناصر اللياقة البدنية بين الذكور والإناث بأعمار (11– 2) سنة، واستخدمتا الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة البحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من تلاميذ وتلميذات المدارس الابتدائية المختارة بواسطة القرعة، وكانت أربع مدارس مدرستان للتلاميذ ومدرستان للتلميذات من (28) تلميذ وتلميذة، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (40) تلميذ و(40) تلميذة والذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وقد استبعدتا الباحثتان (48) تلميذ وتلميذة وذلك للأسباب الآتية: (12) تجربة استطلاعية، (8) بسبب الغياب، (6) مصابون ومصابات، (22) بسبب العمر، وتم تحديد التكافؤ بين المجموعتين في المتغيرات (الطول والوزن)، فضلاً عن بعض عناصر اللياقة البدنية، واستخدمتا الباحثتان الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية: (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري (T-test)، الحاسبة اليدوية، معامل الارتباط SPSS)). واستنتجتا الباحثتان: - وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين الذكور والإناث بأعمار ( 11 – 12 ) سنة في عنصر السرعة ( ركض 20 متر ) وكانت لصالح الإناث. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين الذكور والإناث بأعمار ( 11 – 12 ) سنة في عنصر القوة ( رمي الكرة الطبية ) وكانت لصالح الذكور. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين الذكور والإناث بأعمار ( 11 – 12 ) سنة في عنصر الرشاقة ( جري الزكزاك ). - وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين الذكور والإناث بأعمار ( 11 – 12 ) سنة في عنصر المرونة ( ثني الجذع للأمام من وضع الجلوس الطويل ) وكانت لصالح الإناث. ومن خلال الاستنتاجات التي استنتجت إليها الباحثتان توصي الباحثتان بالتوصيات الآتية: - استثمار درس التربية الرياضية وجعله درساً لبناء الجسم. - زيادة عدد الحصص في الجدول الأسبوعي لدرس التربية الرياضية في المدارس. - يمكن استخدام برامج تجريبية بين الذكور والإناث في هذه المرحلة العمرية من العمر على تطوير بعض عناصر اللياقة البدنية . - توجيه الاهتمام بالإناث في هذه المرحلة العمرية من خلال البرامج الرياضية والعمل على تطوير قدراته.This study was designed to identify the difference on Fitness elements between males and females with the age (11-12) years old, descriptive method was used (4) schools were chosen (2) males and (2) females with a sample consists of (128) students (40) males & (40) females (48) students were excluded .Groups were compared with (high, weight, some Fitness elements), statistical means were (means, standard deviation, t-test, coefficient of correlation) Results showed that females were better on 20 meter sprint & flexibility, males were better on strength, no difference on agility. Researchers recommend using the physical class for body build, increasing the number of classes, using this program for improving the fitness elements in this age and enhancing females for attending sports in this age

No full textThe paper analyzes the tales by the Silver Age Russian writers, in relation to Oscar Wilde’s writings and aesthetic views. The analysis of the fairy tales reveals both common features, which were due to similar aesthetic views, and the differences, largely caused by the authors’ national mentality. Both specific plots and images of O. Wilde’s fairy tales and many motives intrinsic to his writings in general have been reflected in the Russian symbolists’ tales, which indicates the English writer’s influence on Russian literature of the Silver Age
