No full textعند الدخول إلى كنيسة القرية في جديدة عرطوزـ ريف دمشق، غالبا ما يلفت نظر الداخل روية بجموعة أيقونات قدرمة العهد، موضوعة في الهيكل داخلا، بحيث لا يراها إلا خدام الهيكل، وفي إحدى المدات حاولت أن أعرف إلى أي تاريخ ترقى هذه الأيقونات، وإذ وجدت أوراقا تعود إلى المديرية العامة للاثار والمتاحف تحتوي على صور فوتوغرافية للأيقونات مع أرقامها. ورأيت على بعض الأيقونات تاريخا من العام ١٨٦٥م وعلى أخرى ٣٧ ١٧ م. هذا ما زادني فضو لا لدراسة هذه الأيقونات.A collection of ancient icons placed inside the altar the church of Jdeidet Aartouz in the Damascene countryside is described. They date from 1737 to 1865

No full textإن المسألة التي كانت وما تزال تؤرق المترجم عبر العصور هي مسألة أن يكون أمينا للنص الأصلي وأن يتواصل بشكل طبيعي مع قارئ نصه المترجم مع ما يتبع ذلك من تصرفات فهم يعطون أحيانا في الترجمة. وقد استخدم المترجمون في عملهم استراتيجيات عدة، أهمية أكثر للنص الأصلي وأحيانا أخرى أهمية لقارئ اللغة الهدف. تحلل هذه الدراسة استراتيجيات التبديل أو الترجمة بتصرف عند ترجمة رواية «الأميرة العاشقة» لمؤلفتها أنا باسترناك وقد طلب من مترجميها إجراء تعديلات وتغييرات في النص الأصلي لإثارة وجذب انتباه قراء الترجمة العربية. غير أن هذه الترجمات أجرت تغييرات جوهرية خرجت عن مضمون النص الأصلى للرواية وذلك من خلال استخدام استراتيجيات الترجمة بتصرف.The problem that has faced translators over the years is that of holding a happy balance between faithfulness to the SLT and establishing proper communication with the target reader. The purpose of this study is to investigate how translators employ managing or substituting strategies when they are commissioned to engage in translating the popular book Princess in Love by Anna Pasternak for a daily newspaper to provide excitement. In this situation, the translators usually operate within commercial constraints imposed by editors. La Recherche collective comme outil de développement professionnel des enseignants: étude de cas dans une université privée libanaise
No full textبدأ «البحث التعاوني العملاني» يلاقي بجاحا باعتباره وسيلة استراتيجية لتطوير المعلمين مهنيا. تعرض هذه المقالة لنتائج البحث التعاوني العملاني الذي قام به أستاذان جامعيان من تخصصين اثنين: الأول أستاد للغة الإيجليزية والثاني أستاد للدراسات الثقافية. وقد هدفت هذه المقالة إلى تقدم بمجموعة متنوعة من أساليب التشارك في التعلم في صفوف الدراسات الثقافية. كما أضاءت على أهمية مراعاة بعض الجوانب والتوترات والتحديات الخاصة ب «البحث التعاوني العملاني» التي تنشأ من عمل جماعي لفريق من الأساتذة متباين في القدرات والاختصاصات والتوجهات. هذه المقالة حصيلة ملاحظات مستقاة من يوميات تدريسية ونقاشات فكرية دارت بين الأستاذين، واستمارات وزعت على الطلاب، بهدف تحليل طرائق تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية والدراسات الثقافية على ضوء الفلسفة التعليمية الجديدة والمستجدات الحديثة.Collaborative action research (CAR) is gaining currency as a teacher professional development strategy. This paper reports on the collaborative action research undertaken by two university teachers from different disciplines: a teacher of English and a teacher of Cultural Studies (CS) aiming to introduce a greater variety of activities in a predominantly lecture-based CS classroom and increase student involvement in class through the employment of active learning techniques. In addition to its main focus, the research brought to light the importance of taking into consideration such aspects peculiar to CAR as challenges of collaborative meaning-making, tensions arising in the process ofcollaboration, power relations between the researchers, and the pole of differing teachers ' perceptions. Observations, teacher diaries, transcripts of reflective dialogues of the Ovo researchers, and student questionnaires were used to document and analyse the classroom practice and the outcomes of the instructional changes. The research shows that professional development cannot be reduced to the use of new instructional techniques in class. Comment Construire un Roman d’après La Vérité sur l’Affaire Harry Québert de Joël Dicker
No full textتتناول هذه المقالة رواية «الحقيقة حول قضية هاري كيبير» لجويل ديكر. فتطرح بداية كيفية مقاربة خفايا الكتابة والإستراتيجيات المختلفة بغية نشر رواية ناجحة. ففي حين يدور هذا البحث الروائي حول سؤال البنية الروائية، فأن شخصيتيه الرئيسيتين، وهما ههنا الأستاذ والكاتب، تنطلقان في الوقت نفسه في بحث شبه روحاي. فالحبكة الروائية التي تدور حول نشر تحقيق بوليسي يورط هاري كبير المتهم بجرعة قتل تطرح أيضا على لسان الراوي ماركوس غولدمان تسالات تتعلق بالتكوين السردي. فبغية كتابة هذه الرواية، قام جويل ديكر علاقاة الوسائل الإعلامية المختلفة، ومطابقة المراحل الزمنية ووجهات النظر، مزيلا بحذق ما بعده حذق الحدود بين الحقيقة والخداع. ولعل القاريء حين اطلاعه على هذه الرواية يشعر وكأنه يطلع أيضا على شهادة عصر باكمله، لا بل على ملخص موسوعي حقيقي.Cet article se propose d'aborder les arcanes de l'écriture et les différentes stratégies pour publier un roman à succès d'après « La Vérité sur l'affaire Harry Québert » de Joël Dicker. En effet, dans ce récit, tout tourne autour d'une question fondamentale : « Comment construire un roman ? ». D 'ailleurs, les personnages principaux sont un professeur et un écrivain qui se lancent dans cette quête quasi- mystique. De plus, l'intrigue tourne autour de la publication d'une enquête policière qui implique Harry Québert, suspecté de meurtre. Le texte en entier baigne dans les interrogations du narrateur Marcus Goldmann sur la construction narrative. Pour rédiger ce roman, Joël Dicker a croisé divers supports médiatiques, a superposé les périodes et les points de vue, a subtilement flouté la frontière entre la vérité et le mensonge. La recherche du père dans le roman libanais
Get PDFUne crise d'identité, voire une crise de confiance en son identité, envahit l'individu libanais si l'on croit ce que dévoilent les romans des cinquante dernières années. Plusieurs approches ont maintes fois, et fortement, souligné le caractère politique, culturel, ethnique, communautaire de cette problématique. La question est cependant restée, nonobstant les sérieuses et astucieuses tentatives d'explication avancées, sans réponse adéquate ou pour le moins satisfaisante. Cette carence émanerait peut-être dune lecture de ces romans qui aurait privilégié l'aspect culturel et communautaire de leur contenu eu égard à la formation multiconfessionnelle du Liban, laquelle se traduit en pluralité culturelle et politique. Dans ce cas, et puisqu'« il est donc naturel, comme le dit Naoum Abi- Rached, que le roman reproduise les déséquilibres et les violences qui les accompagnent » (Abi Rached : 2003), c'est la formation sociale elle-même qui est projeté sur le roman qui devient un simple miroir reflétant le cadre culturel et sociopolitique où il est né

Cette analyse du poème visité et revisité de Charles Baudelaire Un Hémisphère dans une chevelure se propose de remplacer l'approche érudite et lourdement académique du texte par une lecture attentive aux images et aux sonorités. Focaliser notre attention sur ces sources de l'euphorie, mettrait en lumière pourquoi des lecteurs néophytes ou initiés prennent autant de plaisir à lire La Chevelure. Michel Le Guern, dénombrant les multiples fonctions de la métaphore, insiste sur son aptitude à « exprimer une émotion ou un sentiment qu'elle cherche à faire partager ». La métaphore aurait également le pouvoir de « donner un nom aux réalités pour lesquelles la langue ne fournit pas de terme propre », ainsi « elle traduirait en langage ce qui dépasse le langage, et négligerait la simple information logique pour communiquer une information d'un ordre supérieur ». Ces fonctions justifient le recours fréquent à la métaphore du langage amoureux et du langage religieux. La ferveur trouverait dans la métaphore, l'horizon immense qui embrasse son intensité, la parole inspirée qui incarne et perpétue le génie de ses fugitives visions

Jéröme Bloche" (Dodier, Le Tendre, Mackyo), they are written in the form of sarcastic criticism based on the novels of the American novelist Raymond Chandler and the films of the American actor Humphrey Bogart. This study highlights the technical characteristics of the dramatic framework of the story from one aspect and another of the main character in a double perspective: semio-narrative and icono- plastic and the various techniques used in comic strip.Cet article comporte une étude des albums numéros 3, 11 et 14 de la série policière de bande dessinée intitulée Jérôme K. Jérôme Bloche (Dodier, Le Tendre, Mackyo) essentiellement fondée sur une référence « palimpsestueuse » problématique au polar américain littéraire (essentiellement les romans de Raymond Chandler) et filmique (les films "noirs" interprétés par Humphrey Bogart) des années 40 et 50, étude qui porte sur l'intrigue et sa mise en image ainsi que sur le personnage principal dans une double perspective: sémio-narrative d'une part, icono-plastique et proprement bédétique d'autre part
