La filosofia della prassi e la critica al doppio revisionismo di Marx nei Quaderni di Gramsci
Get PDFThis article is the result of research in development and presents a reflection on the concept of the “philosophy of praxis” in Gramsci’s Prison Notebooks. The theme involved questions regarding the method, a gnoseology or theory of knowledge and the articulation between economics, politics and philosophy. The first part discusses the limits of liberalism in its formal structure; the second explains the articulation between economics, politics and philosophy; the third takes up the criticism of the double revisionism of Marx from Notebook 4. Traducibilità della fiaba popolare: Gramsci e i Kinder- und Hausmärchen dei fratelli Grimm
Get PDFDopo essere stati esclusi dalle prime due edizioni degli scritti carcerari (1948-1951, 1975), i Quaderni di traduzioni compilati da Antonio Gramsci tra il febbraio del 1929 e il gennaio del 1932 sono stati pubblicati nel 2007 come primo volume della nuova Edizione Nazionale degli Scritti, a cura di Giuseppe Cospito e Gianni Francioni. In essi sono contenute le traduzioni dai Kinder- und Hausmärchen raccolti dai fratelli Jacob e Wilhelm Grimm, noti al pubblico di lingua italiana sotto il titolo di Fiabe del focolare. Giudicate inizialmente una produzione minore, frutto di un’attività puramente distensiva a cui Gramsci si sarebbe dedicato per l’alleviamento delle proprie condizioni carcerarie, queste traduzioni furono rivalutate criticamente da un saggio della germanista Lucia Borghese (1981), che vi lesse un’applicazione sistematica della «teoria traducibilità dei linguaggi scientifici e filosofici» formulata da Gramsci nella sezione V del Quaderno 11 (Q 11, 46-49). Con la pubblicazione dei Quaderni di traduzioni, questa lettura è stata in seguito discussa da nuovi interventi. Scopo del presente saggio è ricostruire il dibattito critico, proponendo quindi un’ipotesi interpretativa delle traduzioni in rapporto alla teoria gramsciana della traduzione e della traducibilità nonché alla concezione del folclore testimoniata dai quaderni e dalle lettere

Get PDFGramsci predicted very early in his work the imminent demise of Catholicism. In the very first phase of writing his Quaderni del carcere, however, he focused on the triumph of the Holy See thanks to the 1929 Lateran Accords, a source of important financial and institutional privileges for the Church. Based on a detailed study of the composition and variants of Notebook 20, this article examines Gramsci's later reflections on the future of the Church and his diagnosis of the decline of Catholicism. His review of the internal struggles between integral Catholics, Jesuits, and modernists reveals a relative rehabilitation of the latter through the figure of Ernesto Buonaiuti. Particularly noteworthy is Gramsci's analysis of the heretical fate of Catholic lay organisations and the reactionary scope of social Catholicism, which was designed to stem the tide of popular movements. Gramsci also linked the rise of religious indifference to the growing success of European nationalism, particularly of German racist ideology in the mid-1930s.Gramsci aveva previsto molto presto l’imminente scomparsa del cattolicesimo. Nella primissima fase di stesura dei Quaderni del carcere, tuttavia, si concentrò sul trionfo della Santa Sede grazie agli Accordi Lateranensi del 1929, fonte di importanti privilegi finanziari e istituzionali per la Chiesa. Sulla base di uno studio dettagliato della composizione e delle varianti del Quaderno 20, questo articolo esamina le successive riflessioni di Gramsci sul futuro della Chiesa e la sua diagnosi del declino del cattolicesimo. La sua analisi delle lotte interne tra cattolici integrali, gesuiti e modernisti rivela una relativa riabilitazione di questi ultimi attraverso la figura di Ernesto Buonaiuti. Particolarmente degna di nota è l’analisi gramsciana relativa al destino eretico delle organizzazioni laiche cattoliche e la portata reazionaria del cattolicesimo sociale, che aveva lo scopo di arginare la marea dei movimenti popolari. Gramsci collega inoltre la crescita dell’indifferenza religiosa al crescente successo del nazionalismo europeo, in particolare dell’ideologia razzista tedesca a metà degli anni Trenta

Sie enthalten Übersetzungen aus den Kinder- und Hausmärchen von Jacob und Wilhelm Grimm, welche anfänglich als unbedeutendes Werk, als Ergebnis einer rein entspannenden Tätigkeit beurteilt wurden, der sich Gramsci zur Erleichterung seiner Haftbedingungen gewidmet hätte. 1981 wurden diese Übersetzungen jedoch in einem Aufsatz kritisch neu bewertet, als die Germanistin Lucia Borghese darin eine systematische Anwendung der von Gramsci in Abschnitt V von Quaderno 11 (Q 11: 46-49) formulierten Übersetzbarkeitstheorie der wissenschaftlichen und philosophischen Sprachen erkannte. The characteristics and attitudes of passengers towards the quality of services provided on the coastal routes of southwest Crete
Get PDFThe ports of southwest Crete mainly concern those of Gavdos, Agia Roumeli, Loutro, Palaiochora, Sougia and Chora Sfakion. The main objective of this article is to analyze passengers’ characteristics, market conditions, and attitudes of Cretan residents towards the quality of services provided on the coastal routes of this specific region. The research is unique and can be extended to high demand coastal lines worldwide. We focused mainly on the "Sfakia-Agia Roumeli" coastal line, which consistently gathers the highest passenger traffic, and on the coastal company which holds an almost monopoly position in the market. In this context, primary research through structured questionnaires took place. The results showed that the participants are not completely satisfied with the company and its services, consider safety on-board as the most important quality factor, are concerned by the age of the ships and are willing to pay more for any quality improvements. Also, non-parametric inferential tests revealed that passengers who travel with their vehicle are more satisfied than those who travel without it, while their degree of satisfaction is stronger the more times they have traveled on these lines and if they travel for business reason

Get PDFThe essay analyzes the issue of the protection of health and safety at work in the sports system, in light of the recent sports reform. In addition to examining the relevant provisions for the matter contained in Legislative Decree no. 36/2021, the contribution addresses the issue of the adaptation of the general prevention discipline to the particular sporting context and the related responsibilities, and also focuses on some provisions contained in the others implementing decrees of the sport reform, including those regarding sports facilities as well as those on combating harassment, gender violence and discrimination through the mandatory adoption of organization and management models.Il saggio analizza il tema della tutela della salute e sicurezza sul lavoro nell’ordinamento sportivo, alla luce della recente riforma dello sport. Oltre ad esaminare le disposizioni rilevanti per la materia contenute nel d.lgs. n. 36/2021, il contributo affronta il tema dell’adattamento della disciplina generale prevenzionistica al particolare contesto sportivo e delle connesse responsabilità, e si sofferma altresì su alcune disposizioni contenuti negli altri decreti attuativi della riforma dello sport, tra cui quelle in materia di impianti sportivi nonché quelle sul contrasto alle molestie, alla violenza di genere e alle discriminazioni mediante l’adozione obbligatoria dei modelli di organizzazione e gestione
Reasonable accommodation beyond disability: an inclusive equality approach through the organisation of the enterprise
Get PDFIn this contribution, the Authors aim to examine whether it is possible to envision an extension of the obligation of reasonable accommodation, imposed on private employers, beyond the factor of disability. The analysis, conducted through a vertical comparison of the Italian, Polish, and Turkish legal systems, is carried out by highlighting some measures of “adjustment” that are already recognised to protect workers against two other factors of potential discrimination: religion and family care responsibilities. The conclusion is that, currently, such an obligation does not appear to be conceivable. However, this research provides an opportunity to propose a practical solution to the challenges of balancing the multiple interests involved in the concrete implementation of such forms of “accommodation”. Specifically, the suggested idea is to formalise requests for reasonable accommodation (even beyond disability) by leveraging the experience of organisational models for managing business processes, which have already been tested in other contexts.In questo contributo gli Autori intendono verificare se sia possibile prefigurare un’estensione dell’obbligo di accomodamenti ragionevoli, gravante sul datore di lavoro (privato), oltre il fattore della disabilità. L’analisi, condotta attraverso una comparazione verticale tra gli ordinamenti italiano, polacco e turco, è sviluppata ponendo in luce alcune misure di “adeguamento” che vengono già riconosciute in favore delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori per la tutela di altri due fattori di possibile discriminazione, la religione e le responsabilità di cura familiari. La conclusione è che, attualmente, non pare potersi configurare un tale obbligo in via generale e astratta. D’altra parte, si coglierà l’occasione per prospettare una possibile soluzione pratica alle difficoltà di bilanciamento tra i molteplici interessi coinvolti che si pongono a fronte della concreta attuazione di tali forme di “accomodamento”. In particolare, l’idea proposta è quella di procedimentalizzare le richieste di accomodamento ragionevole (anche oltre il fattore della disabilità) valorizzando l’esperienza dei modelli organizzativi di gestione dei processi aziendali, già sperimentata in altri contesti
