Las fluctuaciones económicas y sus efectos en la recaudación del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos en Córdoba (2005-2015)
Get PDFThis research analyzes the economic fluctuations and their impact on the Gross Income Tax collection for the period 2005-2015 in the province of Córdoba. For this purpose, the evolution of the collection and the economic fluctuations are analyzed through the evolution of the Gross Geographic Product. The hypothesis of a direct relationship between economic activity and revenue collection was confirmed. Likewise, it was determined that changes in the Gross Geographical Product result in modifications in revenue that persist for four quarters. It was also observed that the predominant factors in the increases in tax collection were the changes in tax rates, inflation and economic activity, which is consistent with what is postulated by the economic theory.En esta investigación se analizan las fluctuaciones económicas y su impacto en la recaudación del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos para el período 2005-2015 en la provincia de Córdoba. Para ello se analiza la evolución de la recaudación y las fluctuaciones económicas a través de la evolución del Producto Bruto Geográfico. Se pudo comprobar la hipótesis de la existencia de una relación directa entre la actividad económica y la recaudación. Asimismo, se determinó que los cambios en el Producto Bruto Geográfico producen modificaciones en la recaudación que persisten durante cuatro trimestres. También se observó que los factores predominantes en los incrementos de la recaudación del impuesto fueron las modificaciones de alícuotas impositivas, la inflación y la actividad económica, que concuerda con lo postulado por la teoría económica

Las políticas sociales en territorio y la perspectiva de los actores
Get PDFCommunity organizations and institutions contribute to developing overcoming practices to produce the necessary transformations that generate increasingly equal relations in the social territory, as well as greater access to social policies and the fullexercise of rights. However, it is difficult to achieve these transformations when the social territory is not mobilized and when it lacks collective action. This was the territorial situation at the time of starting the practice in service, in El Mirador neighborhood of the Capital City of La Rioja.It was not difficult to find fellows to form the Community Network. It was evident the need to overcome the long period of individualism and fragmentation to assume a commitment to modify those aspects of reality, which for years remained unchanged;or worse still, they got worse.The present work contains a synthesis of the development of this process, the dynamics that were put into play, the multidimensionality of the intervention and the construction of professional and popular knowledge that was produced. Theconstitution of the new collective subject mobilized capacities and promoted the emergence of community practices, which are central to participation and decisionmaking. Las organizaciones de la comunidad y las instituciones contribuyen a desarrollar prácticas superadoras para producir las transformaciones necesarias que generen en el territorio relaciones cada vez más igualitarias, así como mayor acceso a laspolíticas sociales y al ejercicio pleno de derechos. Sin embargo, es difícil alcanzar estas transformaciones cuando el territorio no está movilizado y cuando carece de acción colectiva. Esta era la situación territorial al momento de iniciar la práctica en servicio, en el Barrio El Mirador de la Ciudad Capital de La Rioja. No fue difícil encontrar actores para conformar la Mesa Comunitaria. Era evidente la necesidad de superar el largo periodo de individualismo y fragmentación para asumir un compromiso de modificación de aquellos aspectos de la realidad, que por añospermanecieron inalterables; o peor aún, se fueron agravando.El presente trabajo contiene una síntesis del desarrollo de este proceso, las dinámicas que se pusieron en juego, la multidimensionalidad de la intervención y la construcción de saberes profesionales y populares que se produjeron. Laconstitución del nuevo sujeto colectivo movilizó capacidades y potenció el surgimiento de prácticas comunitarias, que tienen centralidad en la participación y en la toma de decisiones

It conceptually problematizes to reflect the complexity of its approach from the discipline.Regularly, masculinity in the singular is presented as a genderless expression, striving to disidentify from any subjectivity that distinguishes itself from traditional mandates such as risk, physical strength, violence, belligerence, among others.This presentation addresses issues linked to masculinity as a manifestation of the social issue, as an "object" of Social Work intervention, as a device for social regulation, as a possibility of "deconstruction" and as a public health problem.A journey that implies complexity, intersectionality, and integrality in the gaze towards the conditions of production of a way of being male that has been imposed as a model.Este trabajo compila debates sobre la categoría Masculinidades en relación al Trabajo Social y su intervención profesional. Problematiza conceptualmente para reflejar la complejidad de su abordaje desde la disciplina.Regularmente, la masculinidad en singular se presenta como una expresión sin género, se esfuerza por des identificarse de cualquier subjetividad que se distinga de mandatos tradicionales tales como el riesgo, la fuerza física, la violencia, labelicosidad, entre otros.En esta presentación se abordan los temas vinculados a la masculinidad como manifestación de la cuestión social, como “objeto” de intervención del Trabajo Social, como dispositivo de regulación social, como posibilidad de “deconstrucción” y como problema de salud pública.Un recorrido que implica complejidad, interseccionalidad e integralidad en la mirada hacia las condiciones de producción de un modo de ser varón que se ha impuesto como modelo
Taxi Driver (1976) y Cruising (1980): perfiles del cruzado posindustrial en el cine neoyorquino de la década del setenta
Get PDFDesde comienzos de la década del setenta, la guerra con Vietnam, el escándalo de Watergate, la recesión que en la posguerra puso fin a la expansión económica. El sueño americano, sólidamente incrustado en el colectivo estadounidense, parecía más inalcanzable que nunca. Este escepticismo hallará su escenificación en todos los ámbitos de la cultura, con el cine ocupando un lugar preponderante. En esta ponencia se plantea una lectura comparativa entre Taxi Driver (1976) de Martin Scorsese y Cruising (1980) de William Friedkin. Los protagonistas de ambas películas se construyen como cruzados posindustriales dentro del submundo de la Nueva York de los setenta que demostró en los tugurios nocturnos la corrupción de ese sueño. Sin embargo, a pesar de que los periplos morales de ambos personajes parezcan en primera instancia paralelos, en realidad, avanzan en direcciones distintas: sus caminos se interceptan sólo en la katabasis (el descenso al repertorio de geografías ocultas de la ciudad: los bares leather gay, los cines porno, los rincones más oscuros del Central Park), pero sus motivaciones y resoluciones son diametralmente opuestas. Mientras que Travis Bickle, el veterano de guerra, se purifica al devenir vigilante, Steve Burns, el policía, se degrada para ascender en el cursus honorum del precinto. Haremos uso de herramientas de la narratología (Greimas) y nociones provenientes de la filosofía del cine de Ángel Faretta, en especial sus estudios sobre la representación del mal en el cine neoyorquino de la década del setenta.Taxi Driver (1976) And Cruising (1980): Sides of the Post-industrial Crusader in New York Cinema During the SeventiesAbstractDuring the early seventies, the Vietnam War, the Watergate Scandal, the recession that in the post-war era put an end to the economic expansion, the unemployment, the gentrification and the resulting precarity in the big cities started to discolor the national ethos of the old United States. The American dream, sturdily embedded in the country’s collective psyche, seemed more out of reach than ever. This skepticism would find its staging in all cultural fields, with cinema leading the scene. This paper outlines a comparative reading between Taxi Driver (1976) by Martin Scorsese and Cruising (1980) by William Friedkin. The main characters in both films are built as post-industrial crusaders within New York’s underworld in the seventies that showed in its nocturnal slums the corruption of that dream. Despite the fact that both characters’ moral journey would seem parallel at first glance they actually progress in different directions: their paths only cross in the katabasis (the descent to the repertoire of the city’s hidden geographies: the leather gay bars, the porn theaters and the darkest corners of the Central Park), but their motivations and destinations are diametrically opposite: while Travis Bickle, the war veteran, purifies himself by choosing the vigilante’s path, Steve Burns, the cop, breaks bad in order to climb up the precinct’s cursus honorum. We will resort to tools of narratology (Greimas) and notions derived from Ángel Farettas’s philosophy of film—especially, his studies about the representation of evil in New York cinema during the seventies. Los géneros cinematográficos para contar la historia de vida de Malcolm X en la película de Spike Lee
Get PDFEste trabajo analiza dos géneros fílmicos: docuficcion y biopic presentes en la película Malcolm X del director estadounidense Spike Lee, de 1992. La docuficción y la biopic, presentan una relación estrecha, pero abordan los hechos históricos de maneras diferentes. Combinado ambos, el director evoca el pasado. Sin embargo, sus decisiones hablan también del presente en que la película es pensada, de la idea del cineasta respecto del momento histórico y de la necesidad de mirar ese momento de tensión del pasado que se evoca para correlacionarlos con el presente de producción. The film genres to tell the life story of Malcolm X in Spike Lee's film Abstract This paper analyses the film genres: docufiction and biopic- present in the 1992 film Malcolm X, directed by Spike Lee. Docufiction and biopic have a close relationship, but they approach historical events in different ways. When the director combines both he evokes de past but his decisions also picture the present time in which the film is conceived and the filmmaker’s idea of that historical period. Parodia y deconstrucción posmoderna en los últimos días de Judas Iscariote, de Stephen Adly Guirgis
Get PDFLa obra teatral Los últimos días de Judas Iscariote, escrita por Stephen Adly Guirgis y llevada a escena en 2005, deconstruye el lugar que Judas Iscariote ocupa en el imaginario colectivo, valiéndose de una actitud crítica, cuestionadora y hasta irreverente (Bauzá, 2003) hacia lo establecido y lo consagrado, propia de la Posmodernidad. Con un proyecto estético que apunta al humor irónico y al absurdo, la obra de Adly Guirgis puede enmarcarse en lo que Linda Hutcheon (1993) denomina “parodia posmoderna”, en tanto se presenta una serie de supuestos sobre los personajes y temas, que son deconstruidos críticamente para luego ser reelaborados nuevamente de forma creativa. En el proceso de reconstrucción, el dramaturgo da cuenta –tanto en el texto dramático y como en la puesta en escena– de una serie de recursos que Hugo Bauzá reconoce como propiamente posmodernistas: la fragmentariedad en las escenas, el quiebre en el uso tradicional de la lengua, la desacralización de figuras religiosas y personalidades consagradas por la historia, la presencia del teatro dentro del teatro, entre otras.Parody and postmodern deconstruction in the last days of Judas Iscariot, by Stephen Adly Guirgis AbstractThe play The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, written by Stephen Adly Guirgis and staged in 2005, deconstructs the place that Judas Iscariot occupies in the collective imagination by using a critical, questioning and even irreverent attitude (Bauzá, 2003) towards the established and the consecrated, a tactic which is characteristic of Postmodernism. With an aesthetic project that aims at ironic humor and absurdity, the work of Adly Guirgis can be framed in what Linda Hutcheon (1993) calls "postmodern parody", insofar as a series of assumptions are presented about the characters and themes, which are critically deconstructed to be later creatively reworked again. In the process of reconstruction, the playwright uses -both in the dramatic text and in the staging- a series of resources that Hugo Bauzá recognizes as postmodernist: the fragmentary nature of the scenes, the break in the traditional use of language, the desacralization of religious figures and personalities consecrated by history, and the presence of the theater within the theater, among others.Keywords: Posmodernism, Parody, Deconstruction, American Theate
Dinámica de la agriculturización en el Valle Antinaco Los Colorados en el período 1976-2018
Get PDFThe objective of this work was to characterize the dynamics of agriculturalization spatially and temporally in the Antinaco Los Colorados Valley, in the Province of La Rioja, Argentina. For this purpose, a methodology based on photointerpretation of Landsat 2 and 8 images was used, where two moments 1976 and 2018 were analyzed. To evaluate the spatial and temporal dynamics of changes, three types of land cover were classified (agricultural areas, bare soils and natural vegetation), and the method uses the analysis of a cross-tabulation matrix at different levels to distinguish those changes resulting from more frequent transitions, in order to make a more complete assessment of the most significant changes that have occurred in the territory. This resulted in a net change of 23529.06 ha of areas of natural vegetation, 2568.42 ha of soil without vegetation and 20960.64 ha of agricultural land, while there were exchanges of 1968.30 ha, 460.98 ha and 12439.71 ha, respectively.El objetivo del trabajo fue caracterizar espacial y temporalmente la dinámica de la agriculturización en el Valle Antinaco Los Colorados, en la Provincia de La Rioja, República Argentina. Para ello se usó una metodología basada en fotointerpretación de imágenes Landsat 2 y 8, donde se analizaron dos momentos: 1976 y 2018. Para evaluar la dinámica espacial y temporal de cambios se clasificaron tres tipos de coberturas (áreas agrícolas, suelos desnudos y vegetación natural), a su vez el método emplea el análisis de una matriz de tabulación cruzada a diferentes niveles para distinguir aquellos cambios producto de transiciones más frecuentes, con el fin de realizar valoraciones más completas de los cambios más significativos ocurridos en el territorio. Esto resultó en un cambio neto de 23529,06 ha de áreas de vegetación natural, 2568,42 de suelo sin vegetación y de 20960,64 ha de tierras agropecuarias, mientras hubo intercambios de 1968,30 ha, 460,98 hay 12439,71 ha, respectivamente
