работа посвящена экспериментальным установкам для определения условий реализации двумерных
и трехмерных, плоских и осесимметричных коандовских течений. Приведены основные предпосылки
и результаты исследований как зарубежных (Newman B.G., Carpenter P.W., Bradshaw P., Patankar
U.M. и др.), так и отечественных (Соколовой И.Н., Жулева Ю.Г., Квашнина И.М. и др.) исследова-
телей. С учетом которых разработан лабораторный стенд для проверки работоспособности
устройства для снижения пылеобразования при загрузке сыпучих материалов. Определены функция
отклика и факторы, влияющие на реализацию эффекта Коанда при формировании веерной струи в
приближенных технологических условиях пневмотранспортной загрузки бункеров порошкообраз-
ными материалами, для составления плана многофакторного эксперимента. Приведены резуль-
таты поискового эксперимента, подтверждающие работоспособность предлагаемого устройства и необходимость дальнейших исследований конструктивно-режимных характеристик

The authors studied the influence of the coefficients of loading for grinding bodies of the first and second mill chambers, their lengths, angles of inclination, and the mutual location of energy exchange devices (the ellipse segment and the double-acting blade) on the output parameters of the grinding process (productivity, drive power consumption and specific energy consumption). предприятиях, на сегодняшний день весьма энергоёмки. Данные системы определяют требуемую производительность всего комплекса обеспыливания: общеобменной вентиляции, вакуумной пылеуборки.
Энергопотребление всего комплекса обеспыливания достигает 20 % всех оборотных средств предприятия что в свою очередь отражается на его конкурентоспособности и себестоимости выпускаемой продукции. Основная причина пылеобразования в процессе перегрузки является возникновение эжекции воздуха падающим материалом. Одним из известных способов снижения требуемой производительности систем аспирации является использование принципа рециркуляции эжектируемого воздуха. В статье предлагается эффективный способ снижения энергоемкости аспирационных систем за счет рециркуляционной системы с использованием эффекта Коанда. В статье представлены результаты исследования, позволяющие оценить эффективность предлагаемого технического решения, а также данные, необходимые при его проектировании

Series.: Materials Science and Engineering. - 2018. - Vol.327. - 032060.In the environment of highly developed urban agglomerations, one of the main problems arises - inability of the road network to reach a high level of motorization. The introduction of intelligent transport systems allows solving this problem, but the main issue in their implementation remains open: to what extent this or that method of improving the transport network will be effective and whether it is able to solve the problem of vehicle growth especially for the long-term period. The main goal of this work was the development of an approach to forecasting the increase in the intensity of traffic flow for a long-term period using the population and the level of motorization. The developed approach made it possible to determine the projected population and, taking into account the level of motorization, to determine the growth factor of the traffic flow intensity, which allows calculating the intensity value for a long-term period with high accuracy. The analysis of the main methods for predicting the characteristics of the transport stream is performed. The basic values and parameters necessary for their use are established. The analysis of the urban settlement is carried out and the level of motorization characteristic for the given locality is determined. A new approach to predicting the intensity of the traffic flow has been developed, which makes it possible to predict the change in the transport situation in the long term in high accuracy. Calculations of the magnitude of the intensity increase on the basis of the developed forecasting method are made and the errors in the data obtained are determined. The main recommendations on the use of the developed forecasting approach for the long-term functioning of the road network are formulate
