Series: Materials Science and Engineering. - 2018. -Vol.327. - 042115.Shotcrete is widely used in architecture, hydraulic engineering structures, finishing works in tunnels, arc covers and ceilings. The problem of the equipment choice in shotcreting is very important. The main issues influencing the equipment choice are quality improvement and intensification of shotcreting. Main parameters and rational limits of technological characteristic of machines used in solving different problems in shotcreting are described. It is suggested to take into account peculiarities of shotcrete mixing processes and peculiarities of applying these mixtures with compressed air kinetic energy. The described method suggests choosing a mixer with the account of energy capacity, Reynolds number and rotational frequency of the mixing drum. The suggested choice procedure of the equipment nomenclature allows decreasing exploitation costs, increasing the quality of shotcrete and shotcreting in general

БГТУ им. В. Г. Шухова. - 2018. - No 4. - С. 87 - 95.Рассмотрено влияние различных технологических факторов на соотношение предела прочности цементного камня и бетона в разные сроки твердеиия. Установлено, что изменение содержания важнейших клинкерных минералов в цементе, гипса, величины удельной поверхности, водоцементного отношения в определенных пределах мало влияет на кинетические константы
твердения цементных систем. Уменьшение сечений образцов стандартной формы с 4×4 до 2×2 см 2 на 20–25 % уменьшает отношение марочной прочности к 7 суточной.
Установлены пределы рационального содержания таких клинкерных минералов как, С3S и С3А, при которых обеспечиваются такие значения физико-механических свойств цементного камня. На основе установленных в данной работе закономерностей предложены поправки к коэффициентам пересчета 3-х и 7 суточной прочности на марочную

This review pays principal attention to application of the rubber crumb to cement concrete mixtures. Use of the rubber crumb in cement concrete is not as successful as in asphalt concrete mixtures, due to incompatibility problems linked to chemical composition and a significant difference in rigidity between the rubber crumb and concrete mixture aggregates. Different methods are proposed and studied to mitigate the adverse influence and increase the beneficial effects of the rubber crumb when added to cement concrete

Kochina // International Conference on Research Paradigsm Transformation in Social Sciences (RPTSS 2017). - 2017. - P. 1152-1162.Strategic operation of the enterprise of the real sector of Russian economy is one of the most important instruments of protecting its interests, raising to a new development level, consolidating its competitiveness in the long-term. Scientifically substantiated management implies the use of extensive and available instruments including reliable methods of business diagnostics. The article considers the essence and significance of economic diagnostics to ensure smooth functioning of a company. Diagnostics is aimed at detecting weaknesses in the organizational structure as well as identifying and assessing reserves for the development of the company. The paper presents different views on the definition of economic diagnostics and describes the methodology to carry out economic diagnostics that includes three main stages, namely descriptive, analytical and diagnostic synthesis. With this in view, the authors developed a framework for monitoring key competence indicators of the company. In this paper, the authors state that elaborately crafted business ties with partners, clients, suppliers, which is basically referred to as relationship marketing, have a big impact on the functioning of the company at large. To this end, the authors reviewed the structure and principles of relationship marketing and added a corresponding unit to the diagnostic system. Besides, the authors assessed the main parameters of such relationships, followed by the identification of regularities and possible ways of their development
